3 SUMMARY Reeta Exporations Limited has acquired a property consisting of ten (10) contiguous caims in the Patricia Mining Division (Sturgeon i Lake area) of northwestern Ontario. 4 PROPERTY -2- I The property consists of 10 contiguous unpatented minera caims registered in the provincia recording office at Sioux Lookout. ~ The caims are shown on caim map M 2238 and designated as isted " beow: P. A incusive LOCATION AND ACCESS The caim group is ocated two mies west of the Sioux Lookout-Thunder Bay branch of the Canadian Nationa Rairoad and about X m ie south and west of Smock Lake., - - m^ J Access may be provided by rai to a point within two mies. of the Reeta property or aternativey by foat-equipped aircraft from Sioux Lookout, a distance of approximatey 16 mies from Smock Lake. J m Exporation suppies are readiy avaiabe at Sioux Lookout, which is serviced by the Canadian Nationa Raiway. m TOPOGRAPHY The topography is typica of the Pre-Cambrian shied with genty roing terrain, some abrupt ridges, sedom more than feet above the surrounding enviroi/nent. The atitude on the C.N. rai way nonfch of the Reeta property is about 1220 feet above sea eve.

5 -3- GENERAL GEOLOGY The property appears to be underain by Archean metavocanics m consisting of massive avas, piow avas, tuff, aggomerate and derived schists and gneisses. The northwest sector of the caim bock is intruded by basic gabbroic rocks. A arger granitic intrusive is in contact with the gabbroic rocks about ^ mie north of the Reeta property. DESCRIPTION OF SURVEYS Eectromagnetic and magnetometer surveys were carried out over the property in order to deineate zones containing possibe B I suphide mineraization. The magnetic survey was carried out using a Ruxgate ~~" magnetometer mode MF-2^ seria number , manufactured by Scintrex Limited, Downsview, Ontario. The survey stations were estabished at 100 foot intervas aong ines cut at 900 to the base ine which is oriented in an east-west direction through the centre of the caim group. Intermediate stations were estabished where more magnetic detai was required for purposes of interpretation. A determinations are corrected for magnetic diurna variation and a circuits are reated to an arbitrary base station magnetic intensity of 120 gammas. A. C A. HOWE INTERNATIONAL LIMITED

6 * The eectromagnetic survey was carried out utiizing a " V.L..F. instrument (mode EM-16, seria no. 120) manufactured by Geonics Limited, Toronto. The picket ines estabished for the magnetic survey were aso used for the eectromagnetic survey. The transmitter station used was NAA. Cuter. Maine, Determination of in-phase and Quadrature of the eectro- magnetic fieds were recorded at reguar 100 foot stations. RESULTS OF GEOPHYSICAL SURVEYS The eectromagnetic survey has indicated nine anomaous conditions. Of these nine anomaies, three conductors shoud be further investigated. These conductors are designated A, D, and H. m Conductor A Conductor A ies in the southeast portion of the caim group, and is about 600 feet in ength. It is ocated on ines 21E, m 24E and 27E about 5OO feet south of the base ine. The conductor has an east west strike and anomay A-1 occurring about 6OO feet west of anomay A is probaby an extension. This conductor appears to occur in B an area of outcrop and is interpreted to be caused by a wet shear or faut, but shoud be checked in the fied geoogicay. Conductor D Anomay D ocated on ine 12W at approximatey 900 feet south from the base ine athough ony a one ine conductor has a shaow m source. This anomay coud be caused by edge of outcrop, however, has J a good quadrature infection and shoud be further foowed up in the fied,

7 -5- * Conductor H Anomay H is ocated in the northwest section of the caim f group on ines 33W, 36W and 3SW, is about 600 feet in ength and has. a northeast/southwest strike. This is a poor conductor and is probaby caused by a faut or shear. The anomay appears to occur within an f area of outcrop and shoud be further investigated by a geoogic fied check, AU other conductors are generay of weak response and are attributed to edge of outcrop conditions. The magnetometer survey indicates generay fat magnetic conditions with the exception of two zones, one ocated at the west end of the property and the more significant zone at the extreme east end, i both in the area of the base ine. The west zone is ony weaky magnetic and coud be caused by outcrop conditions. The east zone appears to be truncated by a north-south faut, is more magnetic and may represent a sma pug. In addition to these zones at the north end of ines 36W and 3SW a narrow dyke-ike body is indicated. CONCLUSIONS AND RECOMMENDATIONS Eectromagnetic and magnetometer surveys have been competed on the Reeta -airn group ocated in the Patricia Mining Division of northwestern Ontario. - Nine eectromagnetic anomaous zones are indicated, three of which shoud be further investigated in the fied.
