Ltd., Suite 4 -)3, 62 Richmond Street West, Toronto, l, Ontario, 42A11SE HOYLE 010 Gentlemen: This report describes the result* of a program of geophysical survey conducted on your properties known as Blocks NOB. 9 and H, located in Hoyle Township, Timmins Area, Ontario. The results are depicted on two pinna accompanying this report. PROPERTY. LOCATION AND ACCESS - The two blocks of claims covered by the program of geophysi cal survey are listed as follows: Block No. 9 (8 contiguous, unpntented mining claims) - P to P inclusive; at Lot 12, Concession VI. Block No. 11 (4 contiguouaf unpatented mining clatnis) - P to P-72283, Inclusive; at Lot 8, North-Half, Concession VI. Both blocks are located in Hoyle Township, Porcupine Mining Division, Ontario.

2 2. Access was made by Winter roads from Timmins* via ft'urphy Township, to the property. TpPOGR APHY AND ^EQLOG Y - The two blocks of claims ere located in an area which is generally swnmpy. Details as noted by the geophysical operators, are depicted on the two plans accompanying this report. The operators observed only one smnll outcrop just e&st of Claim P According to Geological Map 48n, O. D. M., smell outcrops observed in the penersl are are all greywacke with minor diabase dikes, however, none r*re located within these two blocks of claims. Aeromngnetic Map 298G, G. 8. C., showed o strong magnetic locnted pt about one-hsslf mile to the enst of Block No. 11, but with no Indicntion whatsoever st the aren of Block No. 9. A magnetic low located at about two claims to the southeast of Block No. 1 1, strikes northwesterly toward your four claims. 3 3. carried out along picket linea cut at 400-ft. interval*, eaat-weat, to cover the two blocks of claims. The electromagnetic survey was carried out by using a Ronka Mark IV unit with a 300-ft. cable and receiver leading. Readings were recorded et the receiver station. The magnetometer check survey was carried out by using a Sharpe A" 2 magnetometer with a sensitivity of 20 gammas per scale division. The mileages involved are listed as follows: Block No. 9 Block No. 11 Line Cutting end Chaining miles miles Electromagnetic Survey 7, 14 miles miles Magnetometer Check Survey miles SURVEY RffgVLtTS AND The electromagnetic survey on Block No. 9,obtatned no indication of appreciable concentrations of conductive minerals at shallow depth. There are two marginal Indications encountered 2, 000 feet east of Lines 288. and 388. These indications would be of limited significance, if they were associated with an interesting structure.

4 4. On Block No. 11, the electromagnetic purvey outlined two conducting zones which are indicative of concentration* of conductive minerals. The stronger of the two conducting tone*, ha* phase changes up to -21 "o for in-phase readings end -8fc for out-of-phase reading*. The ratio is food, Furthermore, this conducting cone melt** a gradual turn from a north-southerly direction in Claim P to southeasterly in Claim P The indicated length is about 1500 ft. to 1700 ft. However, the electromagnetic check survey data indicate that the conducting zone is narrow. The other conducting con* outlined on Block No. 11, is located at the eastern boundary area of Claim P-72282, Here, the in-phase changes were up to -2ft, but the out-of-pha*e change* were up to -1^, indicating B poor ratio and poor conduction. The magnetic check survey data showed that the strong conducting zone is associated with a weak magnetic anomaly with readings in the order of l SO gamma* above background. In view of the fact that the area is inferred a* mostly greywacke, this weak magnetic anomaly is inferred as Indicating probable occurrence of sulphides, though the conducting axt* could be partly due to graphite, which is common in the sediment*.

5 a. CONCLUSIONS AND RECOMMENDATIONS - The claims in Block No. 11 are eonatderably amaller than normal, and should be corrected in due ootirae. The geophysical aurvey traced two conducting cone* on Block No. 11, none in Block No. 9. One fairly-etrong conductor haa been traced for a length of over 500 feet on Block No, 11. Thia conductor is associated with a weak magnetic anomaly. The writer recommende to test-drill thia conductor by a 500-ft, hole, aa ahown on the plan acoorapanying thia report, tt would be preferable to carry out thia teat diamond drilling Jointly with the testing of other targets which may occur on other blocks of claims you have in the area, or with other mining compantea operating in the area.
