INTRODUCTION: The Carr township property of St Andrew Goldfields Ltd. consists of 1 unpatented mining claim ( ) with 4 units totaling 64 hectares (160 acres) located in the north half of Lot 2, Concession 2; Larder Lake Mining Division. See Figure 1 for Claim Position within Ontario. A program of re-establishing the claim boundaries was conducted on the property during mid-january, In 2008, a beep-mat survey was carried out by St Andrew Goldfields (SAS). The 2008 assessment report states that concurrent to the beep-mat survey, re-establishing the claim boundary was also carried out. In fact, it was not. It was in the report title but not in the detailed text nor in the associated expenses. LOCATION & ACCESS: The Carr property is located in the southeastern portion of Carr Township, north part of Lot 2, Concession 2 on mining claim See Figure 6. It can be accessed by driving 3 kilometers east from the town of Matheson on highway 101 then turning north on Diamond Road. Approximately 3.2 kilometers up Diamond Road, Copper Road is intersected and taken westward for.5 kilometers to reach claim post number 1 of claim See Figure 2. for Claim Position within Carr Township. REGIONAL GEOLOGY: Compilation of available geophysical and drill hole data from government and private files indicates that the area in and around the claim is underlain predominantly by (Hoyle Assemblage) clastic sediments which have been intruded by lense shaped north-south trending feldspar porphyry bodies. The metasediments of the area are part of the Porcupine Group (Jensen, 1974; Johnstone, 1986). Numerous Keweenawa and Matachewan diabase dikes which cross cut the area in a north-south orientation are the exception to the area. Mining claim lies within a roughly East-West trending belt that is for the most part comprised of the Porcupine sediments. This belt is bordered by the Pipestone Fault to the north and the Destor Porcupine Fault to the south. The sediments are of turbiditic origin and consist of interbedded packages of greywacke and siltstones.

6 2. There are two faults in the area as described above. The Destor Porcupine Fault is localized along a zone of sheared ultramafic and mafic rocks and is both a structural and lithological discontinuity. The Pipestone Fault separates the metasediments from the metavolcanics in the western half of Carr Township and to the east of Carr Township, the fault separates two metavolcanic packages. PROPERTY GEOLOGY: Claim is mostly devoid of any outcrop and is generally covered by 5 + meters of overburden. Interpretation of a ground magnetic survey carried out by St. Andrew Goldfields Ltd in 2006 indicates a relatively moderate magnetic background with values from and nt. Two linear north-south trending magnetic highs in the east part of the property may reflect Fe rich mafic volcanic rocks, diabase dikes or may be due to cultural effects. A linear north-south to south-west trending magnetic low in the center of the property may reflect a package of silicified sediments which are fairly common adjacent to the Destor Porcupine Fault Zone. Two possible fault lineaments were identified on the contour map. The approximately east-west trending lineament may possible reflect the Destor Porcupine Fault Zone or one of its splays. The DPFZ in this part of Carr Township as interpreted by airborne magnetic maps appear to have at least one parallel splay. Several east-west breaks were identified in magnetic features in the south part of the property suggesting that DPFZ or one of its splays may cut through this area. PREVIOUS WORK: The claims were first mapped in 1951 when an ODM geology map was produces locating the Destor Porcupine Fault Zone. In 1987, Lac Minerals carried out an IP survey but did not file the work. Lac also drilled one hole on the property (DH-L87-3), a 600 ft. hole to intersect a weak IP chargeability anomaly. The hole intersected mainly clastic sediments with minor quart veining. No assays were reported. In May 2004, St. Andrew Goldfields carried out a geochem/soil survey. Two and a half days were spent collecting 117 soil samples. The samples were taken on 4 flagged N-S trending lines at 25 meter intervals with UTM coordinate controles. The samples were sent to Swastika labs in Swatstika, Ontario. Gold values from nil to 10 ppb were returned. Interpretation suggests that the deep clay overburden and farming may have masked possible gold response over the DPFZ.

7 3. In January-February 2006, St. Andrew Goldfields conducted a 12.7 kilometer ground magnetic survey on the block using a GEM GSM-19 magnetometer as mentioned earlier in this report. Two linear N-S trending magnetic high features (mafic volcanics/diabase?) were identified and well as a N-S to S-W trending magnetic low (silicified sediments?). Because the surveyed area is an old farm, results may be due to cultural effects. In 2008, a beep-mat survey was carried out by St Andrew Goldfields Ltd. Several interesting anomalies were identified. Back-hoe trenching of the anomalies was recommended for future work programs. RE-ESTABLISHING CLAIM BOUNDARY: The boundaries of claim were re-established on January 07, The boundaries were re-established by blazing and flagging the claim lines as well as making sure all the posts were upright and properly tagged. The work was carried out by Ranger Explorations of Timmins, Ontario. The project was supervised by principal Peter Robert of Timmins. The field work was carried out by contactors Peter Olafson of Marathon, Ontario and Ivan Veronneau of Gogama, Ontario. Overall supervision was by the author. Vince Berard of SAS produced the maps and diagrams and filed the documents. Interestingly, the snow pack was very light for January in the Timmins area being only 1-2 feet and the weather was unseasonably warm. CONCLUSION: The re-establishing of Carr Twp. claim was successful mostly due to the rolling pasture landscape, lack of major relief, the warm weather and shallow snow pack for the month of January in northwestern Ontario.
