2 , INTRODUCTION In February 2007 Mr. Charlie Mortimer submitted an Application for Bulk Sampling on Unpatented Mining Claims (Section 52 of the Mining Act). In April of2007, Mr. Mortimer received his Applicationfor Permission to Test Material from the Ministry of Northern Development and Mines. In the summer of 2007, Mr. Mortimer completed two diamond drill holes ( metres) on the project area, to determine the thickness and extent of the soapstone material. The drilling was performed by Charlie using his own drill equipment. The author visited the property in October 2007, at which time the core was logged. The author has also participated in meetings with parties which have expressed an interest in advancing the project. Charlie is a long time prospector who has discovered a new occurrence of soapstone on his unpatented mining claim. During the summer of 2006 Mr. Mortimer completed limited mechanical stripping, excavated and removed several small 1-2 metre sized samples of the soapstone material. Through consultation with the Tweed Resident Geologist (Pam Sangster) several companies and carvers and were contacted and provided with pieces of the material The initial feedback was positive and Mr. Mortimer initiated a chemical analysis of the material, which returned positive results. Mr. Mortimer would like to extract a larger sample «500 tonnes) for additional testing. Mr. Mortimer has submitted this application to the Ministry of Northern Development and Mines and notified by letter the First Nations Groups of the Region. The purpose for the bulk sample is to determine the suitability of the soapstone (i.e. the extent of fracturing) for carving and industrial applications and its potential marketability. The extraction of the material will consist of a backhoelbulldozer for the removal of the 0.5 to 1.0 m thick overburden cover. The removal of the soapstone will be accomplished by using chainsaws/cable saws to extract the soapstone in 0.5 metre sized blocks. The end product (blocks) will be moved by truck to offsite locations for product finishing. There is no milling or processing of the material onsite and there will not be any tailings involved in the extraction. Overburden material will be piled so that it can be used for 2

3 , the rehabilitation. Rehabilitation of the site will be completed according to the specifications in the Mining Act. LOCATION AND ACCESS The property is situated 125 kilometres southwest of Timmins, Ontario. The project is located in Garnet Township (G 1130) of the Porcupine Mining Division. The UTM coordinates are E / N. Access to the property is excellent. From a point approximately 100 km west of Timmins, take the Folyet Timber road south for approximately 75 km. Recent forestry operations have created logging roads through the property within 25 metres of the sample locations. PROPERTY The claim that the soapstone occurrence is located on is P and is registered in the names of Charles Mortimer (50%), Larry SaIo (50%), who are partners on the project. TOPOGRAPHY The project area is characterized by gently rolling topography. The vegetation consists predominantly of balsam and spruce in the low areas, and a mixture of poplar and balsam in the high areas. Outcrop exposure is approximately ten to twenty percent. Overburden depth based upon the areas sampled in 2006 is approximately 1 metre. REGIONAL GEOLOGY The project is situated in the Swayze greenstone belt of the Abitibi Subprovince. The greenstone belt is an east-west trending sequence 45 km by 25 km. Rock types include massive and fragmental rhyolite volcanics, massive basalt flows, and scattered feldspar porphyry intrusions. Sedimentary rocks are a minor component and include greywacke 3

4 and conglomerate. East-west trending fold axis are prevalent throughout the stratigraphic package. PROPERTY GEOLOGY The claims are situated over an airborne magnetic geophysical signature which has been interpreted as an ultramafic body. Twelve areas of exposed outcrop were examined in a 300m diameters area during the fall of 2006 by the author. All outcrops consisted of the similar soapstone rock type, with no observed contacts or different lithologies. PAST EXPLORATION PROGRAM In 2006, Charlie Mortimer completed a prospecting, mechanical stripping, mapping, and soapstone sampling program. The prospecting and stripping identified three prospective areas for soapstone extraction. Mechanical stripping was completed over a number of these areas as portrayed on. Soapstone blocks were extracted by gas powered saw and hand saw at three locations. The blocks typically cover a large range in sizes as displayed on the included photos. The ultramafic body appears to be a cumulate dunite. The unit is relatively soft (hardness <2) with a greasy (talcose) feel. Based upon the observed outcrops and the associated airborne magnetic response it would appear that the ultramafic body extends over several hundred square metres. Application for Bulk Sampling on Unpatented Mining Claims In 2007, the author completed and submitted an Application for Bulk Sampling on Unpatented Mining Claims on the project. The application included the work that has gone into the discovery, the marketing, and results of chemical analysis of the material. On April 4, 2007, Mr. Mortimer received from the MNDM Permission to Test Material (Appendix I) 4

5 Diamond Drilling In 2007, Charlie Mortimer completed two diamond drill holes ( metres) on the project area, to determine the thickness and extent of the soapstone material. The drilling work was performed by Charlie Mortimer using equipment he has on site. The author visited the property in October 2007, at which time the core was logged. The drill logs and location maps of the drill holes are included in Appendix II. Both drill holes intersected periodotite with sections of soft talc rich material. The holes ended in a sheared diorite or mafic volcanic flow. FUTURE PROGRAM Mr. Mortimer is involved in negotiations with local groups to form a joint venture partnership. The partnership would study the feasibility of extracting and marketing the material. Todd Keast P. Geo. 5
