2 Executive Summary The Substitution Property is comprised of 17 mainly contiguous mining claim blocs comprising 223 mining claim units located south east of Temagami. A larger bloc of claims is located in Hebert and Burnaby townships (Substitution East) and a smaller group of claims is in Eldridge Township (Substitution West). The Substitution Property is prospective for diamond and base metals with the potential to host diamond-bearing kimberlite and intrusion-hosted magmatic Copper, Nickel, Platinum and Palladium mineralization. The Property has potential to host diamondiferous kimberlite or lamprophyric dikes due to its favourable position within the Lake Timiskaming Structural Zone, and specifically the Montreal River Fault. The Substitution Property, also referred to as the Temagami East Extension claims, is located approximately 30 km east-southeast of the Town of Temagami. Access to claims is through a network of logging roads, including and branching from Rabbit Lake Road, which is accessed east off of Highway 11. A total of 322 meters of diamond drilling was completed in two diamond drill holes. The program was designed to test two geophysical anomalies. Drilling commenced on September 12 th, 2006 and was completed by September 23 rd, The work was completed on claims and , in Hebert Township. Random intervals were selected for icp analysis. No kimberlite was intersected in any of the diamond drill holes. The magnetic anomalies that were drill tested were explained by the presence of magnetite hosted in a medium grained gabbro. Several random intervals were selected for analysis and shipped to Accurassay Labs in Thunder Bay, ON. No significant assays were returned. 1

4 1.0 Introduction The Substitution Property is situated in the Sudbury Mining Division, consists of 2 areas of mining claims comprising 13 contiguous mining claim blocs in the first area (Hebert and Burnaby Townships), and 4 contiguous mining claim blocs in the second area (Eldridge Township) (Figure 1. The geological setting of the Substitution Property is prospective for diamond and base metals with the potential to host diamond-bearing kimberlite and intrusion-hosted magmatic Cu-Ni-Pt-Pd mineralization. A 322 meter diamond drill program, designed to test several geophysical (magnetic) anomalies, commenced on September 12 th, 2006 and was completed by September 23 th The work was done on claims an in Hebert Township. This mining claim is part of the larger claim package known as the Temiskaming Rift Property. This report summarizes the results of this drilling program preformed on claims and , and makes recommendations for future exploration work. 2.0 Property Details 2.1 Location and Access The Substitution Property is located approximately 30 km southeast of the Town of Temagami, within National Topographic System (NTS) map sheets 31L/14, 31M/03 and 31M/04, with one claim bloc (Hebert/Burnaby townships) centered at approximately mE and mN, and the second bloc (Eldridge Township) at approximately mE, mN, NAD83 Zone 17 (Figure 1). 6 3.0 Previous Work Prior to 2002 no systematic exploration had been completed on the Substitution property. However, there has been some exploration activity for diamonds in the area. Due to the modifications in claims and claim status in the area of the Substitution Property, some of the exploration work covers mining claims that were part of the original Temagami East claims. A total of 5 days were spent ground truthing on the Substitution property. A review of previous ground magnetic surveys (ie. Cooper Lake Cluster Grid, HE-09/HE-10 Grid, Owain Lake Grid) identified several targets for field review. Upon review of the Cooper Lake Cluster Grid, the strong magnetic signatures in most part represented a magnetic pegmatitic gabbro. This unit could possibly by part of the East Bull Lake Suite (ie. Pacific North West Capital s River Valley Property >30,000,000 Tonnes of <2g/T of Pt+Pd+Au), Randsburg International s Flett Township Fe-Ti deposit. HE-09 and HE-10 magnetic anomalies were ground truthed. Both targets are beneath circular swamps adjacent to regional faults which are part of the Timiskaming Rift Structural Zone (Figure 3). 4.0 Regional Geology The property is located within the southeastern region of the Lake Timiskaming Structural Zone and is underlain by the Grenville Front Tectonic Zone, a belt of reworked Archean Superior Province rocks that separates the Grenville Province rocks in the south from the Southern and Superior Province rocks to the north. The Lake Timiskaming Structural Zone and its various fault systems are major controlling factors in the emplacement of kimberlitic bodies along the Timiskaming Rift. 5.0 Property Geology Rocks of the Southern Province, Grenville Province and Superior Province occur within the area of the Property (Figure 2). The geology of parts of the Property was included in previous mapping by the Ontario Geological Survey (OGS) at scales of 1:63,360 and 1:31,680. The Property is located within the southeastern region of the Lake Timiskaming Structural Zone and is underlain by the Grenville Front Tectonic Zone (GFTZ). The mining claims are primarily underlain by re-worked basement rocks (gneiss and migmatite) of the Superior Province in the GFTZ, Huronian Supergroup sedimentary rocks, 2.2 Ga Nipissing Gabbro intrusions, and northwest-trending ( ) magnetite-bearing olivine diabase dikes (Sudbury Dike Swarm). Nipissing Gabbro intrusions are known to host magmatic Cu-Ni-Pt-Pd sulphide mineralization. The Property has potential to host diamondiferous kimberlite or lamprophyric dikes due to its favourable position within the Lake Timiskaming Structural Zone, and specifically the 5

7 Montreal River Fault. The property is also prospective for Ni-Cu-Pt-Pd mineralization within the Nipissing Gabbro intrusions which are present on the property. Figure 2: General geology and location of the Substitution Property mining claims, Sudbury Mining Division, Ontario. In the drill core, quartzofeldspathic gneiss represents the dominant lithology. The quartzofeldspathic gneiss is characterized by being white to pink in colour, medium to coarse grained, and gneissocity generally at 70 degrees to the core axis. Stratigraphically below the gneiss is a fine grained, dark green gabbro. The green gabbro contained variable amounts of disseminated pyrite and magnetite. 6

8 6.0 Hebert Township Drilling Program Methods A 322 meter diamond drill program, designed to test two geophysical (magnetic) anomalies, commenced on September 12 th, 2006 and was completed by September 23 rd The work was done on claims and in Hebert Township. Ron Kor Drilling of Copper Cliff, Ontario was contracted to perform the diamond drilling. The core diameter was BQ in size (36.5mm). All drill casings were removed after the completion of the two drill holes. Map 1 shows the drill hole locations. Table 2 summarizes the diamond drill hole information. The drill core was transported from the drill site by a pick up truck to the field office in Cobalt. Prior to transportation, the core boxes were fitted with lids and closed using fibre tape. Once in the field office in Cobalt, the core was unloaded and put into sequential piles prior to logging. Both diamond drill holes were logged and sampled. The sampling interval was one meter and a total of 10 core samples were collected. The samples were put into labeled plastic bags along with a corresponding sample tag. The plastic bags were then rolled and taped to prevent any core from falling out of the bags during transportation to the laboratory. The samples were then placed into a rice bag and shipped by bus to the Accurassay Laboratories in Thunder Bay, ON. Once the drill holes were logged and sampled, metal tags were attached and inscribed with the hole number, box number, and corresponding interval. The drill core was then transported to the core storage facility in Cobalt, ON. Core samples were prepared and assayed for platinum, palladium, gold, copper, and nickel by Accurassay Laboratories of Thunder Bay, Ontario. Platinum, palladium, and gold were done using fire assay (lead collection). Copper and nickel were completed by using an ICP (Inductively Coupled Plasma) finish. A blank and standard check, one of each, were submitted along with the samples for quality control purposes. Table 2. 9 6.2 Diamond Drilling Summary Diamond drill holes HE06-01 and HE06-02 respectively were designed to test two separate circular magnetic features that are typical of kimberlite pipes and/or dykes. Drill hole HE intersected quartzofeldspathic gneiss with few felsic and mafic dykes that were no longer than 2.5 meters in width. Sulphide mineralization was rare, and when present, consisted mainly of trace amounts of pyrite. Magnetite was also present in trace amounts in the intermediate gneiss. Drill hole HE intersected quartzofeldspathic gneiss and underlying gabbro. The gabbro consisted of trace sulphide mineralization including pyrite and magnetite. The logging data was entered into the DH Logger Database, using an Acer TravelMate 4220 laptop computer. The detailed logs for holes HE-06-01, and HE can be found in Appendix Conclusions The principle conclusions of the Fall 2006 Substitution Property (claims , and ) diamond drill program are as follows: 1.) No kimberlite was intersected in any of the diamond drill holes. The magnetic anamolies that were drill tested were explained by the presence of magnetite hosted in a medium grained gabbro. Assay results did not indicate the presence of any anomalous mineralization. 8.0 Recommendations Further work on the Substitution East Property should include the following: 1) Complete ground truthing on remaining magnetic anomalies. 8
