4 PROPERTY CLAIMS LIST The property consists of 45 contiguous Crown Land ndning claims al.01 the Ach/ml T-aVg Ar^. f Patricia. Mining Divison of Ontario, and are numbered as follows: PA38579 to PA38596 (inc.) j PA4414S to PA44153 (inc.). PA43469 to PA43489 (inc.) J The Electromagnetic Survey was carried out over all of the above claims except for claims PA38J)85; PA ; PA43469 and PA43A86. The Maaaetometr.xc Survey was carried out over all of the claim group except for claims PA44153; PA43469 and PA LOCATION AND ACCESSIBILITY The property straddles the i-iisehkow River and is loc ated ir. the Area of Achapi Lake, Patricia Mining Division of Ontario. The geographical centre of the claiir. group lies 3; miles SE of the village of Pickle Crow and 63 miles NW of ^he village of Armstrong which is on the transcontinental line of the C.K. R. Best means of access is by charter bush aircraft from Pickle Lake airbase near Pickle Crow, operated presently by Hooker Air Services. Pickle Crew is reached via gravel road 170 miles north east of the village of Ignace, Ontario which is on the C.N."P. G50LOGY The area is underlain by typical Archtvji Age sediments, volcanics, and intrusives of the Precambrian Era. Prospecting and drilling shows these rocks more specifically to be andesite, tuff, graphitic tuff, banded iron formation, greywacke, quartzite and possibly rhyolite as well as granitic porphyry, gabbro and diorite. The main geological feature is the main band of iron formation which crosses the middle of the claim group striking N 650 E and dipping steeply north and south.

5 - 3 - SUMMARY OF THE ELECTROMAGNETIC SURVEY The property was gridded with cut, chained and nick- T striking N 53O E up the middle of the Misehkow River. The survey was conducted with the. Crone J. E. M. 460/ 1800 c. p. s. E. M. Unit, using the "shoot-back" method. Rea ve're taken at 100 foot station intervals and at 50 foot er vals over conductive areas. SfiYprL nnrr! '"^'t"^ Yfi zones were detected and are described as follows: Conductive Zone l A sit3.ll one-line conductor which plots over a magnetic iigh and is probably caused by minor pyrite and pyrrhotite in jabbro or diorite. Conductive Zone 2 This is a long, strong conductor caused by the main band of magnetite heavy iron formation, which includes tuff and graphitic schist. Conductive Zone 3 This is a weak discontinuous conductor probably attrib uted to surficial features. Conductive Zone 4 This is a medium to strong conductor with coincident magnetics and is probably caused by magnetic iron formation with some pyrite and pyrrhotite. Conductive Zone 5 This is a weak to medium strength conductor. One drill hole which sectioned the conductor with a small coincident magnetic high showed the cause to be banded tuff with minor magnetite plus disseminated pyrite and pyrrhotite plus a narrow massive inter section of the latter sulphides. Conductive Zone 6 This is a weak conductor lying just south of and parallel to Zone 5 and is probably caused by sheared or bedded tuff with minor pyrite.

6 - 4 - Conductive Zone 7 This is a weak short conductor possibly caused by sheared tuff projected from Conductive Zone 5. mcsietometsic SURVEY The survey was conducted over the same line grid as the Electromagnetic Survey using the XcPhar Fluxgate Magnetometer. Model No. M70G.. Readins we ra t at. ion foot with 50 foot readings take.i in some anomalous areas. Eight magnetically high anomalies were detected, designated A to K and are described as follows: Magnetic Zone "A" A weak xo moderately high anomaly lying in an area of kr.pvrr; gabbro outcrops. Cause of the anomaly is a sill-like gabbro mass. Magnetic Zone "S" Similiar and parallel to Zone "A" and probably caused by a sill-like mass of gabbro or diorite. Magnetic Zone "C" Weakly magnetic anomaly parallel to above. Reason unknown but could be gabbro or diorite under deep overburden. Xa^netic Zone "D" Caused by a thick bed of banded magnetite in tuff. (Iron formation). Magnetic Zone "E" A moderately high anomaly probably caused by minor magnetite and pyrrhotite in tuff. Magnetic Zone "F" A discontinuous zone with probable folding. probably tuff with minor magnetite and pyrrhotite. Cause is

7 Magnetic Zone "G" A local magnetic high which was tested by one drill hole which intersected tuff with minor magnetite and dissemin ated pyrrhotite plus a narrow zone of massive pyrrhotite and pyrite.
