The field wrk was cmpleted n December 20, The reprt was cmpleted n February 8, PRPERTY LCATIN AND ACCESS - Figure 1 The prperty is lcated in the suthern prtin f Killala Twnship, Red Lake ining Divisin, ntari at Latitude '50" and Lngitude 94 0 r20" r apprximately 19 kilmeters suthwest f Red Lake. The prperty is accessible by a lumber rad frm adsen, apprximately 10 kilmeters suthwest. PRPERTY GELGY The details regarding the prperty gelgy were nt available t the authr at the time f writing this reprt. LINE CUTTING The grid was chained utilizing the metric system. The grid lines were established in a true nrth-suth directin at 100 m intervals with pickets at 25 m intervals. The eastwest base line was established thrugh the middle f the prperty. A ttal f 115,095 meters f lines and 5,800 meters f base line was cut n the prperty.

7 GRUND AGNETETER SURVEY The grund magnetmeter survey was cmpleted utilizing a prtn magnetmeter Gemetrix del G-816 capable f reading ttal field values t an accuracy f 1 gamma. The main base statin was established at BL with the value f gammas. Secndary base statins were established at 100 m intervals alng the base line t prvide data fr diurnal crrectins. Diurnal variatin was crrected by tieing in t the base statins at time intervals less than 60 minutes. aximum misclsure was 25 gammas. A ttal f 4,901 readings were taken. VLF-E 16 ELECTRAGNETIC SURVEY The electrmagnetic survey was carried ut utilizing a Genics E-16, VLF-E receiver. The unit measures the ver tical In-phase cmpnent {tangent f the tilt angle f the plarizatin ellipsid) and vertical ut-f-phase cmpnent (the shrt axis f the plarizatin ellipsid cmpared t the lng axis) f the secndary field generated in the vicinity f the cnductrs. The transmitter statin used fr the survey was NAA Cutler aine with a frequency f 24.0 khz. The azimuth t the statin (NAA) is All the readings were taken with the peratr facing nrth. prperty. A ttal f 4,669 readings were taken within the

8 SURVEY RESULTS*- AGNETETER aximum magnetic relief is apprximately 4,700 gammas within the prtin f the prperty suth f the base line. The several linear magnetic high features indicate the presence f mafic vlcanics and/r magnetite irn frmatin. The bedrck strike n the eastern half f the prperty is 090 ( and n the western part f the prperty. The fllwing tw majr magnetic lws are interpreted as being faults. L38W 2+25S - L28W 8+75S L26W 0+25N - L20W 12+50S The prtin f the prperty which is nrth f the base line has lw magnetic relief typical f felsic intrusive (granite). * The survey results are presented n ap 1 in a back pcket. SURVEY RESULTS VLF - E 16 The survey results are presented n ap 2 in a back pcket. A ttal f 152 individual anmalies were interpreted Anmalies with amplitude less than 10^ were nt interpreted. The qualitative interpretatin f VLF data is ambi guus especially when cnsidering the interactins f depth t cnductr, cnductive verburden, resistivity f the cn ductr etc. The detail interpretatin will be pssible in cnjunctin with a high degree f gelgical cntrl.

9 CNCLUSINS AND RECENDATINS A ttal f 152 individual cnductrs were lcated during the present survey. As mentined earlier, cnsiderable ambiguities and incnsistencies are prbable when evaluating data frm VLF surveys, in the absence f a high degree f ge lgical cntrl. Therefre, prir t further evaluatin f cnductrs Tasu Resurces Ltd. shuld cmplete detailed gelgical mapping and gechemical sampling. nce this data is available, reinterpretatin f VLF data will be pssible and then a meaningful decisin can be made regarding thse anmalies which require further evaluatin.
