3 -1- INTRDUCTIQN The 459 hectare prperty cnsists f 27 unpatented cntiguus mining claims in the Mattagami-Kamisktia River area, Jamiesn Twnship, Prcupine Mining District, ntari. The claim grup is held by Granges Explratin Ltd f Vancuver, BC and are recrded as fllws: P t P inclusive P t P inclusive P and P P t P inclusive P t P inclusive P t P inclusive LCATIN AND ACCESS The prperty is 6 km nrtheast f Highway 576, apprximately 16 km west f Timmins. The claim grup is 400 meters nrth f the junctin f the Kamisktia with the Mattagami River, which then traverses the central prtin f the claim grup. Accessibility is affrded by bat r mtrized tbggan frm Highway 576, r by Helicpter frm Timmins. HISTRY F THE PRPERTY Cnsiderable explratin has been carried ut in the general area, and n the prperty itself ver the past several years. A renewed interest in the area resulted frm the airburne input survey by Geterrex Ltd. n cntract frm the ntari Gelgical Survey. The survey indicated 8 airburne electrmagnetic intercepts, which appeared t warrant further explratin. GELGY The general gelgy cnsists f acid t basic vlcanics and sediments f Precambrian age. The prperty is drift-cvered with lcal gelgy being described in previusly-reprted diamnd drill hles, cnsisting f tuffs, pillw lavas and banded sediments.

4 -2- GEPHYSICAL SURVEYING A ttal f km (16.09 miles) f linecutting was cmpleted by Alquest Explratin Services f Timmins, ntari. Tw grids were established t cver previusly-utlined airburne anmalies, as fllws: Grid Pan km (13.11 miles) Grid Pan km (2.98 miles) December, 1988 January, 1989 The airburne EM survey indicated 5 anmalies east f the Mattagami River, ranging in strength frm 4 t 12 channels. Tw 12-channel znes were lcated n the river and anther strng cnductr was lcated 1000 metres west f the river. Grund EM gephysical surveying was undertaken by Exsics Explratin Ltd. f Timmins, ntari. Surveying ver all the airburne anmalies lcated r indicated nly ne cnductive zne which appears t have been previusly drilled by Internatinal Nickel in March, With the exceptin f the zne west f the river, the cnductrs appear t be the result f causes such as cnductive verburden. The study f the airburne charts indicates that the anmalus zne west f the river appears t be a true cnductr which warrants further explratin. RECMMENDATINS A resurvey f the western anmalus zne is recmmended t determine if the grid is in the prper lcatin. At the same time, further explratin shuld emply a larger cil separatin in rder t have a greater depth penetratin.
