Drmana recently cmpleted it s n site technical due diligence wrk at the Lngnj prject, where ver 500m f surface sampling and 200m f undergrund adit sampling was led by Drmana s cnsulting gelgist Andrew Richards. Histrical explratin wrk cmpleted at Lngnj shwed a high grade cpper depsit at Cassenha Hill, and this prgram designed by Drmana was aimed at cnfirming these histrical results and extending the ptential f the knwn mineralizatin.

OVERVIEW The Cassenha Hill depsit sits within the larger 3670 km 2 Lngnj tenement area, and is highly prspective fr cpper, gld, rare earths and irn mineralizatin, much f which utcrps at varius

2 OVERVIEW The Cassenha Hill depsit sits within the larger 3670 km 2 Lngnj tenement area, and is highly prspective fr cpper, gld, rare earths and irn mineralizatin, much f which utcrps at varius prspects within the tenement. During April-May 2013, a field visit was made t Cassenha Hill where utcrpping, high grade cpper xide mineralizatin was mined in several adits and undergrund levels in the 1950s and 1960s. 7 trenches ttaling 500m were established r extended acrss the 1.5km f knwn strike at Cassenha Hill with the results presented in Figure 1 belw. Despite sme issues with sil cver the results cnfirm the presence f strng cpper mineralizatin within quartz veins assciated with breccia znes and shearing within a brader quartzite and metasedimentary sequence. The mineralizatin appears t have had Irn Oxide Cpper Gld (IOCG) style affinities, as des the surrunding district, but smewhat impacted by variably intense shearing, faulting and granitid intrusins. The rientatin f the mineralised ldes appears t be sub parallel t granitid cntacts and assciated majr shearing. 3 In summary the trench and rck chip results have cnfirmed and extended the cpper mineralizatin encuntered by previus wrkers and as reprted t the ASX n 21 March 2013 and in subsequent annuncements. There als appears t be a gd crrelatin f wide cpper mineralized znes seen at surface with that expsed in undergrund wrkings up t 35m belw. A secnd level f nw flded wrkings was accessed by an internal shaft in Adit 2 indicating that cpper mineralizatin extends further again t depth. Nn-Executive Chairman Gabriel Chiappini said We are very pleased with the results at Cassenha Hill as it clearly shws a highly mineralized structure with cnsistent high grade Cpper. 4 LONGONJO PROJECT: Drmana has an ptin t acquire a 70% interest in the Lngnj Prject thrugh the prpsed acquisitin f Sable Minerals Pty Ltd. The Lngnj Prject is lcated in suth west Angla ideally lcated nearby t existing infrastructure including a rail line that traverses the Prject area and ~70km frm the Huamb internatinal airprt (Figure 2). Numerus targets have been identified within the Prject area including the Catabla Cpper/Gld Target (Cassenha Hill), Lngnj Rare Earths Target and the Bng Gld Target. Trench samples are generally taken in 1m r 2m increments unless field cnditins r gelgical reasns dictate therwise. Samples are nt less than 0.5m in size and sample weights are a minimum f 2kg. Samples were prepared in SGS Labratries in Namibia and sub-samples taken t SGS Suth Africa s labratries in Bysens, Suth Africa. All samples were fire assayed fr gld and select samples will be check assayed with Screen Fire Assay techniques. All samples were als assayed by aqua regia methds with an ICP-MS technique finish fr a full suite f 37 elements including cpper, base metals, irn, manganese and rare earths. High grade cpper were reassayed using sdium perxide fusin, ICP-OES.
