Primary mineralisatin was first encuntered at Helens in step ut drilling prgrams in late 2017.

3 Reverse Circulatin (RC) and Diamnd Cre (DC) drilling has cntinued t intersect znes f higher than average grade gld mineralisatin assciated with altered and sulphide-rich shear znes in mafic rcks at bth Helens Main and Helens Suth. See Table 1 and Figures 2, 3 and 4. The Helens drilling prgram cnsists f 17,500 metres f drilling (apprximately 25% DC and 75% RC) in 3 Stages. Stage 1 drilling is due fr cmpletin by mid July, with 7,276m (1,862m f DC and 5,414m f RC) cmpleted t date. Tw main shear structures at Helens Main are cnsistently present. The lcalised fabric f the sheared basalts is slightly blique t, and discrdant frm, the lcal stratigraphic strike. See Figure 3. Bth shear znes are assciated with basaltic flw cntacts with fine grained sedimentary interflw units. The mineralized shear znes are marked by sericite alteratin with silica flding and minr quartz veining and fine sulphide mineralisatin in mafic rcks. One main shear structure is present at Helens Suth cnsistent with the Western Shear present at Helens Main. Results Assay results fr the area returned t date include: Helens Main 1.7 g/t Au frm 81m and 2.2 g/t Au frm frm 122m (HE18RC197) Helens Suth 1.8 g/t Au frm 154m (HE18RC198) 15.9 g/t Au frm surface (HE18RC192) 3.9 g/t Au frm 71m (HE18RC201) 8.2 g/t Au frm 100m (HE18RC204) 7.1 g/t Au frm 107m (HE18RC206) Figure 4 illustrates the results received t date with an verall shallw suth plunge t the mineralisatin, cnsistent with the structural interpretatin. Mineralisatin has been encuntered ver 1,500m f strike length dwn t a maximum vertical depth f 140m belw surface. The new gelgical interpretatin unflding with the Stage 1 drilling will feed int an update Mineral Resurce estimate scheduled t be cmpleted by late August r early September dependent upn drilling prgress. A number f drill hles, particularly at Helens Main have been cmpleted with assay results awaited. These hles (see Figure 2 fr cllar lcatins) have intersected the mineralised shear psitins between 100m and 150m belw surface and will prvide a brader understanding f the extent f the Helens Main Sht. Stage 2 drilling will target infill f this area nce cnfirmed. Only minr, shallw drilling has been cmpleted between the Helens Main sht and the Helens Suth sht (see Figure 4). Stage 2 RC and DC drilling will als target this area t cnfirm the presence f gld mineralisatin.

7 Mertndale Results f fur DC drill hles cmpleted in May have been received. Refer t Table 1 and Figure 5 fr hle cllar lcatins and results. The DC hles were designed t test extensins t deeper mineralisatin and t cllect data t aid structural and gelgical interpretatin and drill targeting. All fur drill hles intersected the shear structures that hst the gld mineralisatin at Mertndale. The mineralised system remains pen at depth. Gld anmalism was detected thrughut the sheared intervals, with best results being: 6.5 g/t Au frm 189.9m (MT18DD045) 2.1 g/t Au frm 72.2m (MT18DD046) 2.2 g/t Au frm 131.6m and 2.7 g/t Au frm 143.9m (MT18DD047A) 1.6 g/t Au frm 240.2m (MT18DD048) All drill hles intersected wide znes f shearing and anmalus levels f gld thrughut significant prtins f the drill hles. Hwever, the shear znes cntained relatively thin re grade intercepts. The drilling cnfirmed that the gld-bearing system remains fertile at depth, and may hst further significant gld mineralisatin at and belw the depths drilled t date. The gelgical and structural infrmatin cllected frm the drill hles is currently being interpreted t update the gelgical mdel f the Mertndale area. This wrk will flw int the develpment f additinal drill targets which will be drilled later in the year.

12 JORC 2012 Table 1 Lenra Gld Prject (2018 Drilling) SECTION 1 Sample Techniques and Data Criteria Sampling techniques Cmmentary Reverse Circulatin (RC) drill hles are sampled as ne metre (1m) riffle r cne split samples, as drilled. Samples were cllected as individual split metre intervals. Apprximately 3-4kg f sample was cllected ver each sampled (1m) interval. All submitted samples are drill spil cllected via a riffle r cne splitter attached t the rig cyclne and cllected/split as drilled. RC sampling techniques are cnsidered t be in-line with the standard industry practice and are cnsidered t be representative. Diamnd cre drilled (DC) hles are sampled under selective sampling Gelgist discretin. Inferred mineralized intervals and ntable gelgical segments f cre are selected t be sampled by n-site gelgists prir t the sample being ½ cre cut with ne half then sent fr analysis; the remaining cre is then pallet laded and stred fr future reference. Certified reference material (CRM) is emplaced with the sampling sequence at pre-determined intervals and is inline with the cmpanies QA/QC plicy. DC sampling techniques are cnsidered t be in-line with the standard industry practice and are cnsidered t be representative. All drill hles are accurately lcated and referenced with grid crdinates recrded in the standard MGA94 Zne51 grid system. Samples are cllected using a standard RC face sampling hammer bit, they are split/bagged/lgged at the drill site. Samples were analysed via Fire Assayed (50 gram charge) fr Au nly. Only the drill results cntained in the table f significant intersectins are cnsidered in this dcument. All samples and drilling prcedures are cnducted and guided by Kin Mining NL prtcls, QA/QC prcedures are implemented as per industry standard. Drilling techniques Drilling frm surface is cmpleted by standard Reverse Circulatin (RC) and Diamnd (DC) drilling techniques. RC drilling was cnducted by Orbit Drilling Pty Ltd using a Hydc 350 8x8 Actrss drilling rig with a 350psi/1250cfm air capacity. RC drilling used a face-sampling hammer ver 140mm diameter drill hles. RC hles have been surveyed (dwn hle) using a multi-sht dwnhle camera. Surveys are at the cmpletin f the hle and at varius dwnhle intervals, depending n hle depth, inside stainless steel rds cnnected t the end f the drill string. DC drilling was cnducted by Orbit Drilling Pty Ltd using a Hydc x4 Mitsubishi retrieving HQ3 3m cre samples. DC hles have been surveyed (dwn hle) using a multi-sht dwnhle camera. Surveys are at the cmpletin f the hle and at varius dwnhle intervals, depending n hle depth, inside stainless steel rds cnnected t the end f the drill string. Drill sample recvery Sample recvery is measured and mnitred by bth the drill cntractr (Orbit) and Kin Mining representatives withbag vlume visually estimated and sample recvery typically very gd. The vlume f sample cllected fr assay is cnsidered t be a cmpsite representative sample f the metre drilled. Sample recvery is maximized by using best-practice drill techniques, the entire 1m sample is blwn back thrugh the rd string, the cyclne is then sealed at the cmpletin f each metre, and the cllected sample interval riffle r cne split. The riffle/cne splitter is attached t the

13 Criteria Cmmentary rig cyclne; the entire (1m) sample is split. The riffle/cne splitter and cyclne is cleaned with cmpressed air at the end f each 6 metre drill rd and then extensively cleaned at the cmpletin f each hle. Drilling prir t 2018 utilised riffle split cllectin whereas sample cllectin via a cne splitter was cnducted fr drilling undertaken since March 2018; cyclne cleaning prcesses remained the same. The vast majrity f samples were cllected dry hwever n rare ccasin wet r damp samples were encuntered.the majrity f reprted intersectins were dry sample intervals and drilling equipment was cleaned peridically t inhibit ptential cntaminatin. RC drill samples are cllected and recrded using pre-numbered calic bags and then remved frm the field and stred in a secure yard prir t being dispatched fr lab analysis. N relatinship was bserved between sample recvery and grade. Lgging Kin s prcedure fr gelgical lggingin the field includes recrding clur, lithlgy, sulphide cntent, veining, alteratin, xidatin, grid crdinates, sample interval, water table depth, and hle depth. Data is bth physically and electrnically lgged and stred. The level f lgging detail is cnsidered apprpriate fr resurce drilling. Lgging f lithlgical cmpnents, such asclur and texture, are interpretative and qualitative, whereas lgging f mineral percentage is quantitative. All drill hles are lgged in their entiretyt the end f hle. All drill hle lgging data is digitally and physically captured, data is validated prir t being upladed t the database. Subsampling techniques and sample preparatin See Sampling techniques in the abve sectin. The sample cllectin methdlgy is cnsidered apprpriate fr RC drilling and is within tday s standard industry practice. Split ne metre sample (1m) results are regarded as reliable and representative. RC samples have been split with either a riffle r cne splitter at ne metre intervals as drilled. Analysis was cnducted by SGS Mineral Services Labratries. At the labratry samples are dried, crushed and pulverised until the sample is hmgeneus with 90% passing 75micrns (µm). Analytical techniques emplyed were fr gld (nly); a Fire Assay 50 gram charge with AAS finish (Lab methd FAA505). The majrity f samples were cllected dry. Occasinal grund water was encuntered and a minimal number f samples were cllected damp r wet. Peridically certified reference material (CRM), inclusive f blanks (Bunbury Basalt) and standards bth at a rati f 1:25, as well as duplicate samples were submitted with each sample batch. The assay labratry (SGS) als included their wn internal checks and balances cnsisting f repeats and standards; repeatability and standard results were within acceptable limits. N issues have been identified with sample representatively. The sample size is cnsidered apprpriate fr this type f mineralisatin style. Quality f assay data and labratry tests Gechemical analysis was cnducted by SGS Labratries in Kalgrlie. Sample preparatin included drying the samples (105 C) and pulverising t 95% passing 75µm. Samples were then riffle split t secure a sample charge f 50 grams. Analysis was via Fire Assay (FAA505) with AAS finish. Only gld analysis was cnducted (ppm detectin). The analytical prcess and the level f detectin are cnsidered apprpriate fr this stage f explratin. Fire assay is regarded as a cmplete digest technique. N gephysical tls were used t determine any element cncentratins. Internal labratry quality cntrl prcedures have been adpted and accepted. Certified reference

14 Criteria Cmmentary material in the frm f standards, blanks and duplicates are peridically imbedded in the sample batch by Kin Mining at a rati f 1:25 as previusly stated. Verificatin f sampling and assaying Lcatin f data pints Data spacing and distributin The reprted significant intersectins have been verified by cmpany gelgists. All the lgged samples have been assayed; the assay data has been stred physically and electrnically in the cmpany database using Kin Mining s prtcls. The sampling and assay data has been cmpiled, verified and interpreted by cmpany gelgists. N hles were twined. N adjustments, averaging r calibratins are made t any f the assay data recrded in the database. QA/QC prtcl is cnsidered industry standard with standard reference material submitted n a rutine basis. Drill hle cllars were lcated and recrded in the field using a hand held GPS with a three metre r better accuracy and then fllwed up by licensed surveyrs using a RTK DGPS (with a hrizntal and vertical accuracy f ±50mm.). The grid crdinate system utilised is (GDA94 Zne51). Hle lcatins were visually checked n the grund fr spatial verificatin. Tpgraphic cntrl (i.e. surface RL) was recrded by the surveyrs as part f the DGPS pick-up. The drill hle spacing is prject specific; the RC drilling patterns emplyed were dependent n previus drilling and current gelgical interpretatin. The sample spacing is cnsidered clse enugh t identify significant znes f gld mineralisatin. The drill prgramme is a fllw up/nging explratin exercise that was designed t identify areas f gelgical interest and t cnfirm existing knwn mineralisatin at Helens. Clser spaced drilling n surrunding crss sectins and additnal diamnd drilling will be required t truly delineate the extent, size, and gemetry f sme areas within the identified znes f gld mineralisatin. The drill spacing and drill techniques emplyed at Helens are apprpriate t establish gelgical cntrls n minersalisatin and grade cntinuity in-line with the reprting f mineral resurces and re reserves. Estimatin parameters and re classificatins applied t the resurce are suitable fr this style f mineralisatin;hwever the mineralised system remains pen and additinal infill and/r deeper drilling maybe required t cnfirm the full extent f the re bdy and clse ff the mineralized system, particularly at depth. Orientatin f data in relatin t gelgical structure The sheared Mertndale greenstne sequence displays a NNE t Nrth trend. The tenement package is cntiguus; the drilling and sampling prgramme was designed t prvide, as best as practicable, an unbiased lcatin f drill sample data. The chance f sample bias intrduced by sample rientatin is cnsidered minimal. N rientatin sampling bias has been identified in the data thus far. The vast majrity f histrical drilling and this campaign (HE18RC ; inclusive f HE18RCD ) is rientated tward 2450 dipping at Hwever several hles have been rientated tward 65 and -60 as interpretatin f the mineralized hrizn has becme mre rbust. Gld mineralisatin at Helens ccurs in weathered, xide, and transitinal mafic (Basalt) sequences. Gld mineralisatin cmprises f vertical t sub-vertical ldes assciated with a large N-NNE trending shear zne. The Helens depsit is slightly t mderately weathered and transprted cver is typically thin. Originally the depsit was Aircre drilled n a 20m x 40m grid pattern by Navigatr Resurces. Kin Mining have infilled the grid pattern with RC drilling als n a nminal 20m x 40m grid, drilling in between and utside the existing Navigatr drill pattern, as well

15 Criteria Cmmentary as fllwing up ntable intersectins with diamnd drilling. Sample security Audits r reviews Once samples are cllected frm the field they are stred in a secure lckable lcatin in Lenra. Upn cmpletin f several drill hles batches f samples were transprted t Kalgrlie by an SGS transprt cntractr. The samples were then stred at the SGS Kalgrlie lab in a secure lckable building. Samples are checked against the field manifest, srted, and prepared fr assay. Samples were then prcessed and assayed under the supervisin f SGS at their Kalgrlie labratry. Once in the labratries pssessin adequate sample security measures are utilised. Sampling methdlgies and assay techniques used in this drilling prgramme are cnsidered t be mineral explratin industry standard. In an effrt t ptimise the treatment f samples KIN Mining NL have undertaken and cmmenced a cmprehensive audit f bth the SGS Labraty in Kalgrlie, as well as review ur current field techniques, in rder t remain n par with industry best practice. Several pre-liminary audits have already been undertaken and investigatins int imprving ur sampling methdlgy and cnsistency will cntinue as KIN prgreses tward near term mining peratins. Sectin 2 Reprting f Explratin Results Criteria Mineral tenement and land tenure status Cmmentary The RC-DC drill prgram was cnducted n the Helens prspect tenement M37/317; with this general area referred t as the Cardinia Mining Centre apprximately 35km NE f Lenra. The tenements are held in the name f Navigatr Mining Pty Ltd, a whlly wned subsidiary f Kin Mining NL. All tenements are managedand maintained by Kin Mining NL. Tenements drilled represent a small prtin f the larger Cardinia-Mertndale Prject which hsts the 1,023,000z Lenra Gld Prject (LGP) Resurces (ASX annuncement 30/8/17). The tenements are lcated within the Shire f Lenra in the Mt Margret Mineral Field in the centre f the Nrth Eastern Gldfields. There is n knwn heritage r envirnmental impediments ver the resurce areas. Explratin by ther parties Previusly the Cardinia depsits have been extensively drilled by a number f cmpanies including Mt Edn, SGW, and in mre recent times Navigatr Resurces. Revisin f cmpany data cllar files illustrates that the fllwing cmpanies Navigatr (NAV), NR (Nrmandy Resurces?), MET (Metana), SGW (Sns f Gwalia), CIM (Centenary), AZT (Aztec), and HLM (Harbur Lights) have all cntributed t varius explratin drill prgrammes, hwever the vast majrity f previus explratin at Helens was cnducted by Navigatr. A test parcel f re was mined by Navigatr Resurces frm the nearby Brun pit (100,000t) with bth grade and recvery exceeding expectatins. Navigatr cmmissined Runge Limited t cmplete a Mineral Resurce estimate fr the Cardinia depsit in January Drilling cnducted by KIN Mining NL has been primarily fcussed in the immediate area surrunding previus Navigatr explratin, resurce, and grade cntrl drilling prgrams. The current KIN database has been interrgated,scrutinized, and validated t a level where current LGP mineral resurces are JORC 2012 cmpliant (ASX annuncement 30/8/17). Validatin

16 Criteria Cmmentary included but was nt limited t visualdrillhle appraisal, utilising 3D gelgical sftware, as well as crss referencing with histric reprts. Mdelled mineralisaed hrizns are chesive and rbust thrughut the entirety f each auriferus dmain, suggesting that drillhle data is valid and representative Gelgy The reginal gelgy cmprises a suite f NNE-Nrth trending greenstnes psitined n the Mertndale Shear Zne (MSZ), a splay f the Kilkenny Lineament. The MSZ dentes the cntact between Archaean felsic vlcanclastic and sedimentary sequences (west) t Archaean mafic vlcanics (east). Archaean felsic prphyries as well as later stage Prterzic dlerite dykes have intruded the mafic basalt/felsic and vlcanclastic/sedimentary sequences f the MSZ. Reginal alteratin is typically mid t upper Greenschist facies with lcalised structures appearing t hst narrw bands f lwer amphiblite facies metamrphism. The Cardinia Prject itself cmprises primarily f intermediate mafic and felsic vlcanic lithlgies and lcally derived epiclastic sediments. The reginal lithlgical strike is typically 345 and cntacts are generally steeply dipping t sub-vertical with fliatinstending t dip mderately east. Gld distributin and grade cntinuity within Cardinia depsits is typically quite variable and subsequently clse spaced drilling is necessary t cnfidently delineate mineralized the greater auriferus hrizn as well as ecnmically viable znes. Primary gld mineralisatin is assciated with increased shearing alng lithlgical cntacts between bth mafic and felsic rcks and mafic and sedimentary units. Disseminated t pervasive carbnate-sericite-silica-pyrite alteratin znes are typically assciated with gld mineralizatin and pyrite cncentratins are ften an excellent precursr t grade Drill hle Infrmatin Data Aggregatin methds The lcatin f drill hle cllars is presented as part f the significant intersectin table in the bdy f this reprt. Significant dwn hle gld intersectins are presented in the table f intersectins. All depths refer t dwn hle depth in metres. All cllars are surveyed and MGA94 Zne51 DGPS psitined. Elevatin (R.L.) is recrded as part f the surveyed cllar pick up. Drill hles are measured frm the cllar (tp) f the hle t the bttm f the hle. N averaging f the raw assay data was applied. Raw data was used t determine the lcatin and width f gld intersectins and anmalus gld trends. Gelgical assessment and interpretatin was used t determine the relevance f the pltted intersectins with respect t the sampled medium. Individual grades are reprted as dwn hle length weighted averages. Only RC intersectins greater than r clse t 0.5 g/t Au are regarded as significant. Anmalus intersectins are tabled in the bdy f this reprt. Reprted mineralised znes have a cut-ff grade f 0.5 g/t Au with n mre than 2m f internal dilutin (<0.1g/t Au). N tp cuts were applied t any assay values.
