1 MC493B Quad 2-Input NND" Shmitt Trigger The MC493B Shmitt trigger is onstruted with MOS Phannel and Nhannel enhanement mode devies in a single monolithi struture. These devies find primary use where low power dissipation and/or high noise immunity is desired. The MC493B may be used in plae of the MC4B quad 2input NND gate for enhaned noise immunity or to square up slowly hanging waveforms.
