The locations and logs of the holes are Included with th.i;s report. The equipment consisted of a Longyear Mk. 38 drmi complete wftfv a Compressor and a water pump mounted on a Plextac Rodwell fn 160, Hater or a water air mixture is pumped down the outer ana l usof the doutrte walled drill rods, circulates around the button trncone El't and returnswith the cuttings up the central opening tn the drill rods\ The return water passes through a ' 'mesh screen and into a 5 gallon pam t Overflow: from the pail passes into the main water tank and *te then reciyculated to the drill. The drill cuttings are examined as tfiey pass through" the screen and overburden/bedrock Hthologles are recorded.
