MODE < Display Mde Lamp > TIMER HEATER OUTPUT Display mde Lamp TIMER : If user set wait-ff timer, lamp turned n. Lamp blinks until temperature reach t set temperature. Lamp stp blinking and start cunt dwn when temperature reach t set temperature. HEATER OUTPUT: Red lamp n and ff when cntrller heat up incubatr. [ BUTTONS ] MODE MODE SHIFT (AT) INC (DSP) Mde Buttn Push t Change temperature and time. Push t change parameters. Push and hld fr 20 secnds t enter parameter mde. (Remarks) Operating parameters are set befre shipment. D nt change withut understanding f each functin f parameters. SHIFT (AT) Buttn Shift t left digit AUTO-TUNING Functin Press and hld fr 30 secnds t start aut-tuning. Aut-tuning was finished befre shipment. INC (DSP) Buttn Increase value when setting temperature and timer. Press t display temperature and timer alternatively in nrmal display mde

8 0 MAX SAFETY 100 SAFETY Safety dials fr ver temperature cut-ff. Set dial 10 ~ 20% higher than perating temperature. If temperatures rise ver perating temperature, safety autmatically cut-ff heater utput t prevent ver heating. POWER SWITCH Main pwer switch. POWER CHAPTER 7. OPERATION:- Befre peratin 1) Check electrical requirement n the name plate befre cnnect t cnsent. 2) Remve packing material in the chamber and install shelves. 3) Cnnect pwer plug between AC inlet cnsent n the left side panel and wall munt receptacle. Hw t Set Temperature 1) In nrmal display mde. 2) Press MODE buttn. 3) LED displays "TEMP "symbl and prmpt user input. 4) Press MODE buttn again. 5) LED displays current perating temperature. 6) Input new perating temperature by using SHIFT and INC buttn. 7) Yu can input perating temperature range frm ambient +5 C t 70 C. 8) Press MODE buttn t set timer. 9) Press mdel buttn three times t skip timer setting

9 Hw t Set Timer 1) Press MODE buttn twice t set timer. 2) LED displays "TIME "symbl and prmpt user input. 3) Press MODE buttn again. 4) LED displays current timer setting (ex. 00:00 ). 5) Input new wait-ff timer value by using SHIFT and INC buttn 6) Default time scale is HH:MM. 7) Fr cntinuus peratin set timer at ) Yu can input timer range frm 1min t 99hr 59min. 9) Press MODE buttn back t nrmal display mde. (Remarks) Timer can be changed in different scale by changing Parameter 1) mm : ss 1 sec ~ 99 min 59 sec 2) hh : mm 1 min ~ 99 hr 59 min 3) dd : hh 1 hr ~ 99 day 23 hr Refer parameter setting t change time scale MODE 0, N1: time scale selectin parameter 0 : mm:ss 1 : hh:mm 2 : dd: hh 0 Over Temperature Prtectin MAX SAFETY 100 1) User must set the ver temperature prtectin befre peratin. 2) Turn ver temperature prtectin dial with screw driver. 3) Set temperature abut 10~20% higher than the perating (user set) temperature. 4) If ver-temp. Prtectin value is under perating temperature, temperature cannt be reach up t perating temperature. Start Temperature Cntrl 1) After setting temperature and timer, incubatr start increase temperature t perating temperature. 2) Put samples t be incubated n the shelves. 3) D nt put samples n the bttm f the chamber. 4) Clse Glass dr carefully and firmly

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTION 8.1 Temperature keep increasing and decreasing under perating temperature Cause: SAFETY setting is lwer than perating temperature Slutin: Turn SAFETY setting clckwise higher than perating temperature 8.2 Temperature Oversht Cause: High rm temperature. Slutin: Yur incubatr has n cling system. If rm temperature is higher than 30 C, yur incubatr cannt maintain 37.0 C. Use incubatr in ptimum perating cnditin. 8.3 LED displays uuuu and beep Cause: Over heat higher than 70 C. Slutin: Yur incubatr cannt be used ver 70 C If temperature increase ver 70 C, cntrller warning high temperature and cut-ff heater. CHAPTER 9.
