9 ط Abstract The Criminal Responsibility for Possible Crimes Prepared by: Moutaz AboSoulm Supervised By: Dr. Ahammad Alwzi This study aimed to shed light on the nature of criminal liability and possible crimes and related concepts, study adopted in answer to the problem before the descriptive approach, as well as the dependence on the method of content analysis to analyze the criminal responsibility for the crimes possible and everything relating directly or indirectly to this topic, in addition to the use of a qualitative approach in order to reach the desired results of the objective of the study. The findings of this study to a number of important results : that criminal liability is based on freedom of choice restricted down the offender because he willingly went about breaking the law, but if it was not possible to impose the penalty, it was found that freedom of choice is the basis for criminal liability.
