9 ENVIRONMENTAL STUDIES IChoose a day to visit a restaurant or snack bar, ask for your favorite meal or snack. Ask the chef which plant food type is included in this snack or meal vegetable, fruits, cereals, pulses, nuts and spies used to prepare the snack. Create a scrap book with the pictures to show the growth of the plant from week 1 to week 8. You can get ideas from the picture! ENGLISH I A child s life is full of stories. So, enjoy your holidays reading interesting stories.write one good thing you learnt from each story and make a list of proper nouns, common nouns and describing words on a train made out of empty match boxes/pictures/sketch (Eg. Aesop's fables,grimm's Fairy tales, Moral stories, Jataka tales etc.) IIPick out 5 words of English from(newspaper/storybooks/magazines), find their meanings from the dictionary and frame sentences every weekend.
