12 ل The Role of Second Legislative Council in the Jordanian legislative process Prepare students Ziad Tawfiq al adwan The supervision of Dr. Abd AlSalaam Hammash Abstract The aim of this study is to indicate the role of the Legislative Council II of Jordan in the legislative process, and the statement of the most important practical problems faced by the Legislative Council, the second in the legislative process, as the aim of this study to look at the problem of relying on the Legislative Council, and the first not to reject the laws thoughtfully. The research aims to demonstrate that the Jordanian Senate beyond his role merely represent a slice, or social class, or economic, or political elites specific, but represents segments and layers and different categories of Jordanian society, with the experience of administrative, political, legal and wide As The importance of this study in that they evaluate and analyze the role of the private nature within the Jordanian political system in light of the recent constitutional amendments and determine what role to play in stabilizing the system currently and in the future. The findings of this study to the most important results including the fact that the floor of the Senate by creating legal and legitimate for a set of political reforms that could be made on the political and social systems, economic, and through the main role of the parliamentary institution a legislative role.
