9 ط Legal Controls and Legitimecy for the Consent in Contracting Comparative Study Prepared by Abd-alrahman za'al al-sharayeh supervised by Prof. Dr. Waleed owjan Abstract Thie study aimed to know the lawful and legal controls for the satisfoction in the contracts (compative stud). The problem of theis sthdy embay's in the differentation between the satis faction delcts in the joranian civil lawand the Islamic jurisprudence. So,l will collect these delects from lts orinal assumptions and indicating to them and coding them, uorking aith them an editing tlem in a newway free from these defects. The study has reached many results including that the constract is established by the acceptance of link legally, that result on the commitment of the parties to each other. The figh and the law meet together in consifering the satisfaction between the parties is the base upon which the work of the contractors is established. Also, the researcher recommended the necesery to re-forulate article (67) to be as follow:. The right contract is the project by itself and description..
