7 PREVIOUS WORK. The Buck Property and surrounding areas has been the subject of numerous hard rock and placer exploration campaigns over the past 1 years. Well documented exploration programs conducted over the property have consisted of prospecting, geological mapping, geochemical samples, geophysics, and diamond drilling. A summary table is provided below (After Andrezejewski et al., 1). The most recent program on the property was carried out by Quartz Mountain Resources Ltd., who conducted airborne magnetics, reconnaissance and grid scale IP, along with soil geochemistry on select targets. 17 Heliborne Magnetic Survey

11 REGIONAL & PROPERTY GEOLOGY The Buck property is located within the Stikine Terraine, and is situated on the Nechako Plateau in northeastern British Columbia. The property is underlain by Lower Jurassic volcanic arc assemblages overlain by Upper Cretaceous to Tertiary volcanism associated with a large resurgent collapsed caldera referred to as the Buck Creek Volcanic complex or basin. Intrusive rocks are primarily Late Cretaceous to Eocene in age. Mineralization at Bob Creek (93L 9) is associated with a quartzfeldspar porphyry dyke/breccia swarm belonging to the Late Cretaceous Bulkley Plutonic Suite. (After Andrezejewski et al., 1). The author would refer the reader to the BC Ministry of Energy and Mines Assessment Report Indexing System (ARIS) for the historic public reports. 17 Heliborne Magnetic Survey

13 PURPOSE. The purpose of the survey was to obtain high resolution airborne magnetic coverage over the core the Buck creek property and to expand the existing m line spaced coverage to the east in an effort to develop new exploration targets. 17 Heliborne Magnetic Survey
1 SURVEY SPECIFICATIONS. The Airborne Magnetic Survey. The airborne magnetic survey was conducted using a bird type system towed on a 6 line by a ASTAR BA (GSKJ) operated by Silver King Helicopters Ltd of Smithers, British Columbia. The bird unit consists of three main components C8 Cesium Magnetometer manufactured by Geometrics San Jose, California, AR3 Laser Range Finder manufactured by Acuity of Portland, Oregon and a 19x GPS manufactured by Garmin International Inc. of Kansas City, Kansas. The C8 Cesium Magnetometer is a highly sensitive magnetic sensor capable of providing sensitivity up to.1 nt and sampling rates up to 1 Hz. On this survey a sampling rate of 1 Hz was employed. The respective components were in turn connected to the helicopter via a shielded multiconductor cable within the tow line for power and data transmission to the logging units on the helicopter. Flight line navigation data was obtained using Hemisphere R33 GNSS receiver with a 1 Hz update rate. Data logging and navigation were carried out utilizing Geometrics MagLogPro software on a Panasonic CF19 Toughbook computer with a secondary 7 daylight viewable pilot navigation monitor. In addition to the airborne unit the survey also utilized two GSM 19 overhauser magnetometer manufactured by GEM Instruments of Richmond Hill, Ontario as base magnetometers. These instruments measure variations in the total intensity of the earth s magnetic field to an accuracy of plus or minus one nanotesla. 17 Heliborne Magnetic Survey
1 SURVEY SPECIFICATIONS cont d The survey coverage consisted of some 31 eastwest orientated flight lines and orthogonal tie lines. The survey was carried out with a mean bird height of some 8 meters. Survey Area # of Lines # of Tie Lines Total Distance Buck 31 1 km Flight Lines draped in Google Earth 17 Heliborne Magnetic Survey
16 DATA PROCESSING AND PRESENTATION. The data was first exported from MagLogPro, where the various sensor inputs were merged into Geosoft compatible ascii files. This merged dataset was then loaded into Geosoft Oasis Montaj for data reduction and processing. The data was first corrected for diurnal magnetic drift, utilizing the magnetic base stations. The data was then lag corrected to account for positioning errors due to instrument delay and other positional errors. Tie line levelling was then undertaken prior to gridding. Gridding was then undertaken on the levelled line data utilizing Geosoft s Rangrid algorithm using a 17. meter cell size. The reduced and leveled data set was then subject to several filtering techniques using the Geosoft MagMap module for evaluation and presentation. The magnetic data for each of the respective blocks presented in this report is Contours of Total Magnetic Intensity, and Contours Calculated First Vertical Derivative. 17 Heliborne Magnetic Survey
17 DISCUSSION OF RESULTS. The results of the detailed airborne magnetic survey carried out over the Buck property yielded several results of potential interest. The eastern portion of the survey block show an overall elevated magnetic response. This response is likely associated with the younger Buck Creek Formation volcanic cover. It was hoped during the planning of the survey that shallow discrete features would be discovered. While the majority of the anomalous featured within this area appear to be associated with topographic relief, one large magnetic low (mla) is apparent within the northeast region of the survey. This large semicircular feature which remains open to the north does not appear to be associated with any topographical relief, and maybe of interest. Total Field Intensity (nt) 17 Heliborne Magnetic Survey
18 DISCUSSION OF RESULTS cont d. To the west of the contact, a subtler magnetic fabric can be observed. Several features of interest can be observed within the modelled magnetic response. Some of which correspond with areas of significant mineralization. Anomaly mma is associated with eastern portion of the main Buck zone. A weak response can be observed within the modelling MVI Amplitude. This anomaly appears to extend to depth, suggesting a deep routed source. 3D View of MVI Model Amplitude 8 meter Elevation View looking NE Immediately to the west of anomaly mma is anomaly mmb. This weakly magnetic plug like anomaly appears to be coincident with the western zone of gold mineralization. 17 Heliborne Magnetic Survey
19 DISCUSSION OF RESULTS cont d. EW View of MVI Model Amplitude Cut through main zone As one progresses deeper in model space, both anomaly mma and mmb appear to coalesce, and at the meter level the model shows a distinct northeasterly orientation. This orientation is of interest as is also corresponds to a resistivity trend observed within a previously completed geophysical review. Several drill holes within this trend also intercepted highly anomalous gold mineralization outside of the main zone. Anomaly mmc is situated some 1.6 kilometers to the north of anomalies mma and mmb. This plug like features show a discrete near surface expression. This anomaly is also associated with a moderate chargeability and moderate resistivity high as observed within a 1 induced polarization survey Line 1N. This magnetic anomaly appears to migrate to the east and increase in size merging with a large magnetic feature at depth. A northeasterly trend can also be observed within this feature. 17 Heliborne Magnetic Survey

SUMMARY, CONCLUSIONS & RECOMMENDATIONS. Between September th and 3 rd, 17, undertook a high resolution airborne magnetic survey over Richard Billingsley s. Buck property, located in the Houston area of British Columbia. The survey was conducted using eastwest flight lines with a nominal spacing of some 1 meters and northsouth orientated tie lines with a nominal spacing of some 1 meters. In total some 1 linekilometers of airborne magnetics was completed. The survey identified several targets of potential interest which should be followed up. Anomaly mma is a deep magnetic trend proximal to know mineralization. The zone extends beyond the current drilling extents and should be evaluated. A modern deep sensing induced polarization survey should be considered within this area. Anomaly mmc is a discrete plug like feature associated with a deeper historic chargeability anomaly. Additional lines of induced polarization should be undertaken with lines extending further to the east, to test above the large magnetic feature at depth. Modern geochemical techniques should also be considered over both target areas. Prior to commencement of a ground program, a detailed compilation should be undertaken with the results being reviewed by an experienced geologist. Respectfully submitted, PETER E.
