8 PREVIOUS WORK Early prospecting in the area resulted in the discovery of copper occurrences on the property in 97, with follow-up adit drifting by prospectors through 93. In 964 Noranda Exploration carried out a programme of geological mapping, sampling and ground geophysics followed by limited diamond drilling. During Texas Gulf Sulphur took over the property and carried out additional mapping, induced polarization IP- trenching and drilling. Blue Rock Mining Corporation conducted further IP work between 97-7, followed by more extensive drilling holes. Canadian Superior Exploration Ltd. followed up between 974 to 8 with more mapping, IP surveying and extensive drilling 88 combined percussion and diamond drill holes. They completed a preliminary ore reserve estimate with figures of 76,9, tons of.339% Cu and.7 % Mo. Vantech Resources Ltd. added some,, tons to the estimated reserve in 99 by drilling 8 more holes using larger core diameter holes HQ. Eagle Peak carried out comparison drilling by twinning holes in 6, followed by a further 73 holes in 7 to early 8. In the fall of 8, Induced Polarization and Ground Magnetics were carries out on areas proximal to the Big Onion Deposit. In 9, Metal Mountain Resources Inc. purchased the interest of the property from Eagle Peak Resources, which was subsequently sold to Lloyd Minerals Inc., a wholly owned subsidiary of Metal Mountain Resources Inc. For more detailed information the reader is referred to reports held by Eagle Peak and/or to those accessible in the mineral branch s files of the B.C. government. Heliborne Magnetics Survey
9 GEOLOGY AND MINERALIZATION The reader is referred to the previously mentioned reports and in particular to the 43- report on the property by Daryl Hanson, P.Eng. & Gary Giroux, P.Eng.. The property is primarily underlain by andesitic flows and tuffs of the Telkwa Formation of the Lower to Middle Jurassic Hazelton Group beneath an extensive veneer of Pleistocene glacial debris, overlain in places by sedimentary rocks of the Nilkitkwa and Smithers Formations. The sequence generally dips to the southwest and is offset by steeply northeast trending reverse faults which could be the conduits for the emplacement of the Cretaceous igneous stocks. Mineralization is dominated by pyrite with lesser amounts of chalcopyrite, molybdenite, bornite and magnetite. Heliborne Magnetics Survey

PURPOSE The heli-borne magnetic survey was designed to give property wide high resolution magnetic data in an effort locate addition area for potential mineralization similar to that of the Big Onion deposit. Heliborne Magnetics Survey
SURVEY SPECIFICATIONS. The Airborne Magnetic Survey. The airborne magnetic survey was conducted using a bird type system towed on a 6 foot line by a Bell Jet Ranger 6B CF-JOR operated by Fireweed Helicopter Ltd. of Whitehorse, Yukon. The bird unit consists of three main components C-84 Cesium Magnetometer manufactured by Geometrics San Jose, California, AR3 Laser Range Finder manufactured by Acuity of Portland, Oregon and a 9x GPS manufactured by Garmin International Inc. of Kansas City, Kansas. The C-84 Cesium Magnetometer is a highly sensitive magnetic sensor capable of providing sensitivity up to. nt and sampling rates up to Hz. On this survey a sampling rate of Hz was employed. The respective components were in turn connected to the helicopter via a shielded multiconductor cable within the tow line for power and data transmission to the logging units on the helicopter. Flight line navigation data was obtained using Hemisphere R33 GNSS receiver with a Hz update rate. Data logging and navigation were carried out utilizing Geometrics MagLogPro software on a Panasonic CF-9 Toughbook computer with a secondary 7 daylight viewable pilot navigation monitor. In addition to the airborne unit the survey also utilized two GSM 9 proton precession magnetometer manufactured by GEM Instruments of Richmond Hill, Ontario as base magnetometers. These instruments measure variations in the total intensity of the earth s magnetic field to an accuracy of plus or minus one nanotesla. Heliborne Magnetics Survey
3 SURVEY SPECIFICATIONS cont d The survey coverage consisted of some 69 flight lines orientated at /9 and 8 orthogonal tie lines orientated at /8 azimuths over the respective area as seen below. The survey was carried out with a mean bird height of some 44 meters. Survey Area # of Lines (EW) # of TieLines (NS) Total Distance Big Onion km Big Onion Flight Lines Heliborne Magnetics Survey
4 DATA PROCESSING AND PRESENTATION. The data was first exported from MagLogPro, where the various sensor inputs were merged into Geosoft compatible ASCII files. This merged dataset was then loaded into Geosoft Oasis Montaj for data reduction and processing. The data was first corrected for diurnal magnetic drift, utilizing the magnetic base stations. The data was then lag corrected to account for positioning errors due to instrument delay and other positional errors. Tie line levelling was then undertaken prior to gridding. Gridding was then undertaken on the levelled line data utilizing Geosoft s rangrid algorithm using a 33 meter cell size. The reduced and leveled data set was then subjected to a number of filtering techniques using the Geosoft MagMap module for evaluation and presentation. The magnetic data is presented in this report as Contours of Total Field Intensity, and Contours of the Calculated First Vertical Derivative at a scale of :,. Heliborne Magnetics Survey
DISCUSSION OF RESULTS. The heli-borne survey conducted during the late fall of consisted of some 63 line kilometers of airborne magnetics. The survey was designed to expand on existing ground magnetic coverage, and aid in locating new exploration targets similar to that of the Big Onion deposit. The airborne magnetic data in general shows a good correlation to mapped geology as illustrated below. In an effort to refine potential target areas, a property wide 3D inversion of the magnetic dataset was carried out using Geosoft Voxi. Airborne TMI (nt) with Property Geology Heliborne Magnetics Survey
6 DISCUSSION OF RESULTS. The resulting model, was then merged with other historic datasets in both D and 3D space and four target areas were then selected. Perspective view looking Northwest 3D Magnetic Susceptibility Model Heliborne Magnetics Survey
7 DISCUSSION OF RESULTS cont d. Big Onion (Target Area A) The area proximal to the Big Onion has been extensively explored by numerous exploration programs utilizing numerous types of geophysical techniques over the past 6 years. The Big Onion is situated within a zone of reduced magnetic susceptibility flanking the eastern edge of a north easterly high magnetic trend. In the southern portion of the deposit, a larger magnetic body appears to extend to depth beneath the deposit. This deeper body appears be bisected and truncated in both the north and the south by north westerly trending structure (sa and sb). Cross Section 6333E (Looking NE) 3D Susceptibility Model Southern End of Deposit Heliborne Magnetics Survey
8 DISCUSSION OF RESULTS cont d. Cross Section 6333E (Looking NE) 3D IP Model Southern End of Deposit A 3D inversion of historic induced polarization data was carried out. The above cross section is cut through the southern portion of the deposit. The deposit itself is situated within a moderate chargeability anomaly, flanked by elevated responses. The western chargeability high is situated on the eastern magnetic contact. The more intense eastern chargeability anomaly appears to directly correspond with a magnetic high extending from the deeper magnetic body. Heliborne Magnetics Survey
9 DISCUSSION OF RESULTS cont d. Target Area C lies on trend with the Big Onion deposit beneath cover in the valley. This could be a fault offset of the magnetic feature which underlies the south portion of the Big Onion deposit as illustrated below. Perspective view Target C looking Northwest 3D Magnetic Susceptibility Model Heliborne Magnetics Survey
DISCUSSION OF RESULTS cont d. Target Area B is situated within the south eastern corner of the survey block. This is a region of elevated magnetic susceptibility and is associated with a dioritic body of the Buckley Plutonic phase. Within this unit a number of discrete magnetic are readily apparent and of interest. Perspective view Target B looking Northwest 3D Magnetic Susceptibility Model A historic geochemistry survey conducted on the western flank of this broad feature is anomalous in both copper and molybdenum, thus a number of these features may be of interest and should be investigated. Heliborne Magnetics Survey
DISCUSSION OF RESULTS cont d. Target Area D lies immediately to the west of the claim block and on the park boundary, northwest of the Big Onion deposit. The anomaly appears to extend to depth with limited surface expression. The anomaly is truncated in the south by a northwesterly trending feature which also appears to bisect the Big Onion deposit across the valley. Perspective view Target D looking Southeast 3D Magnetic Susceptibility Model Heliborne Magnetics Survey
SUMMARY, CONCLUSIONS & RECOMMENDATIONS In late-november, conducted a heli-borne magnetic survey over Lloyd Minerals Inc. s Big Onion Property. The survey consisted of some 63 line kilometres of airborne magnetics carried out on east-west flight lines. The survey identified three areas of interest outside Big Onion deposit (Target area A), which may warrant follow up. While a number of other areas may be of interest, the focus was on features which appears to have a depth extent. Target area B, which is situated in the south eastern corner of the property, contains a number of discrete magnetic features. Flanking the western edge of the target area, historic copper and molybdenum soil geochemistry yield anomalous results suggesting potential for mineralization within this region. A review of all historic data should be compiled within this area. A number of deep recce IP lines should also be considered to test for sulphide mineralization. Target area C is a discrete magnetic feature on trend with the Big Onion deposit, and may be a fault offset of a larger magnetic feature which underlies the southern portion of the deposit. A single line of deep investigation IP should be conducted over the target. Target area D is situated in the north eastern corner of the survey, immediately to the northwest of the claim block. Historical data, if available in this area should be reviewed for comparison. However, given the anomaly s proximity to the park boundary, this target is of low priority at this time.
