6 1. INTRODUCTION (A) Location. Access and Phvsiography The Minors Corridor claims are situated about 55 km southeast of Terrace; immediately at eastern foot of Mount Nimbus, along the Clore River, just North of North Hope Peak. The property lies on the eastern slope of Mount Nimbus. The property consists of logged areas and some remaining stands of hemlock. Access to the property is provided by the existing Copper and Clore Forest Service Roads. The property is easily accessed at the current end of the Clore FSR at the time of writing of this document. Further access to the property is provided by existing FSR spur roads that are in place under the existing Tsimshian Forest License. Ministry of Energy, Mines and Petroleum Resources in The 2017 surface exploration work program consisted of a site visit and surface exploration activities to identify further areas for sampling in exploration, to photograph and document the site, and to conduct surface rock sampling from strategic locations within the claim, based on sample results from the 2015 visit. A total of 10 rock samples (intrusive quartz diorite) were collected using the grab sample method; 6 of these were further selected for detailed chemical analysis (as listed below). 8 MC2017_ Me Mn MC2017_ Me Mn MC2017_ Me Mn The program was conducted on September 28, Caption: Minors Corridor Claim field visit and site sampling 2017 (September 28) As with previous field seasons, information on the planned exploration activity was provided to area First Nations (Kitselas and Wet su wet en Nations) in relation to the mineral property. Noordmans will seek to maintain the working relationship with further engagement in subsequent field seasons. Please note that no time was allocated within the expense reporting for this First Nations engagement work. 2. REGIONAL / PROPERTY GEOLOGY and MINERALIZATION With reference to Duffel & Souther (1974, and other associated reports): the area is underlain by Lower and Middle Jurassic volcanics of the Hazelton Group and Upper Cretaceous granites of the Coast Mountains batholith. The Hazelton Group is subdivided into a lower division consisting almost entirely of massive, bedded, pyroclastics, and andesitic flows with intercalated argillaceous sediments. The Upper division consists of variably colored andesite flows and breccias with lesser quantities of flow-banded rhyolites. Upper Cretaceous intrusions vary in composition from granite to diorite with granodiorite being the most common. Swarms of diabase dykes represent the last period of igneous activity and are believed to be Tertiary in age. The geology of the claim area is characterized with andesitic and rhyolitic flows from the Upper division of the Hazelton Group. The area is intruded by granite and granodiorite

9 intrusions of the Coast Mountains batholith. The Hazelton stratigraphy appears to strike easterly and dips northward at moderate angles. The property is illustrated by (in Appendix 1): Map #1 at 1:250,000 scale. Map #2 at 1:25,0000 scale. Map #3 at 1:4,000 scale, with assay results and locations for each rock sample. The Minors Corridor property is essentially a porphyry molybdenite deposit. Rock samples taken were of intrusive quartz diorite. Exploration was conducted along the same creekbed areas from previous exploration seasons; collecting samples that displayed Molybdenite mineralization. This years results, with analysis again conducted by AGAT Labs (as attached in the appendix to this document), illustrate interesting but not strong mineralization anomalies this year; with the exception of one sample. Sample MC provided elevated results of Au and Cu showings (see test results). This anomaly may have been due to the technical delay that was experienced by AGAT labs during processing; however, the location of Sample 5 will form the basis for next year s exploration season.

INTERPRETATION / CONCLUSION Please see assay results attached for the mineralization showing from the 2017 field season. While it t this time there is not enough data to make full conclusions on mineral potential for the area, this year s results provide more data to focus future exploration. A recommended approach is for more detailed on the ground grab sample exploration, further extensive photographic documentation, field mapping and geophysics for next year s field season. The 2018 exploration season will provide an approach that focuses on the potential of the more promising results that were identified during the 2017 field season results.
