3 1.0 SUMMARY The LLC property is located near Penny Creek, a tributary of the Barrington River, some 53 kilometers west of Telegraph Creek in northwest British Columbia. The LLC claim (Tenure ) was staked in 2006 to cover a Late Triassic to Early Jurassic quartz monzonite stock with associated propylitic, advanced argillic and potassic alteration zones. The stock intrudes an Upper Triassic sedimentary package of the Stuhini Group consisting of andesite tuff, chert, and siltstone. Molybdenum mineralization is present in quartz stringer stockwork zones, largely in the advanced argillic alteration zones. Two diamond drill holes were drilled in 1968 (Roberts and Smith, 1968). One hole intersected 55 metres of 0.15% molybdenite. The objective of the current program was to assess the potential of the LLC claim group utilizing modern image analysis techniques to determine if structural corridors are present and to determine if resistive, topographic features are related to these structural corridors and may indicate prospective targets for future exploration. The image analysis techniques utilized in the current program are referred to as hillshaded topographic analysis and are described in a technical paper titled IMAGE ANALYSIS TOOLBOX AND ENHANCED SATELLITE IMAGERY INTERGRATED INTO MAP PLACE (Kilby et al., 2003). 2.0 INTRODUCTION The LLC claims were staked in 2006 to cover an area where previous historic work including drilling has proven that significant molybddenite mineralization occurs. In 2006/2007, Terracad Ltd. created six hillside shaded imagery maps that were produced by the application of artificial lighting to the 25m/pixel Digital Elevation Model. By utilizing multiple directions of lighting the image analysis was enhanced. These images are shown in Figure 4 to 9 and show lineaments and associated resistant areas that will be targets for future exploration.

4 3.0 LOCATION, ACCESS AND PHYSIOGRAPHY The LLC property is located between 900 and 1800 metres elevation on Penny Creek, a tributary of the Barrington River, some 53 kilometers west of Telegraph Creek in northwest British Columbia (NTS map sheet 104F/16W or TRIM map sheets 104F090 and 104F100) (Figure 1). A rough road from Telegraph Creek ends about 20 kilometres east of the property. The claims are in the Liard Mining. Topography in the area is fairly rugged, featuring alpine glaciers and rocky steep walled stream valleys. Elevations on the property range from 1000 to 1800 meters with treeline at about 1200 meters. Higher elevations in the region feature ice fields, cliffs, talus slopes and glacial debris. Outcrop is abundant at all le.vels. The area has a northern climate; winters are long and snow packs are deep. The exploration season lasts from late June to the end of September. 4.0 CLAIM STATUS The LLC claim (totalling Ha) was staked in 2006 by Garry Payie to cover a known area of molybdenum mineralization (Figure 2) Tenure Number Type Claim Name Good Until Area (ha) Mineral LLC HISTORY The property was initially staked in 1957 as the Balsom claims by Conwest Exploration Company Limited to cover a spectacular gossan zone. American Metal Climax Inc., optioned the property in 1958 and carried out surface stripping, rock trenching, geological mapping and built a trail from Telegraph Creek to the property. Kennco held the property in 1959 but no work is reported. Spartan Explorations Ltd restaked the LLC claim group in 1968 and followed up with mapping and two diamond drill holes totalling 479 metres. Hole number 1 is reported to contain a 55 metre section averaging greater than 0.15 per cent MoS2. Spartan followed up in 1969 with 3 more holes totalling 652 metres but results are not published. Great Plains Development Company of Canada Ltd staked the area in 1975 as the Big Red claims. They examined the property in 1976 followed by trenching and sampling in Six trenches were put in but surficial oxidation and leaching were considered so severe that it was concluded that appropriate testing could only be achieved by diamond drilling". In 1990, Candela Resource staked the area as the KR claims in order to investigate the gold potential which proved to be limited.

7 6.0 GEOLOGICAL SETTING 6.1 REGIONAL GEOLOGY The LLC area is located on the western margin of the Intermontane Belt within the Stikine Arch and along the eastern flank of the Coast Plutonic Complex. The Stikine Arch consists of Permian to Middle Triassic oceanic sed:iments unconformably overlain by rocks equivalent to Upper Triassic Stuhini Group island arc volcanics and sediments. These volcanics and sediments have been intruded by syenitic stocks and by quartz diorite and granodiorite plutons of the Coast Plutonic complex (Souther, 1971). Recent geological interpretation by the BC Geological Survey as shown on MapPlace indicates that the intrusive rocks in the region are Early Triassic to Early Jurassic in age. 6.2 PROPERTY GEOLOGY Original Assessment Reports indicate a quartz porphyry core is encompassed by an annular ring of syenitic rock up to 1.6 kilometres across. However, a map compilation shown in Figure 3 from the BC Geological Survey (MapPlace) shows a syenitic core with a monzonitic ring, the reverse of previous geologic mapping. On MapPlace, a small stock of the Late Triassic to Early Jurassic Copper Mountain Suite syenite(?) is exposed over a circular area, approximately 500 metres in diameter. Surrounding this stock is an annular ring of Copper Mountain Suite quartz monzonite(?), about 1500 metres across. The surrounding area is underlain by andesitic volcanics with finely bedded to laminated siltstone of the Upper Triassic Stuhini Group. The country rock has been metamorphosed to a red weathering, pyritiferous hornfels near the contact. 6.3 MINERALIZATION Quartz veining with molybdenum mineralization have been noted over much of the annular ring and occasionally within the central intrusive core near the contacts. Quartz stringers between 0.5 and 5 millimetres contain pyrite, magnetite, specular hematite and molybdenite, the latter occurring as fine grained disseminated flakes. Surface material is highly oxidized and leached leaving behind vuggy quartz veins with minor disseminations of molybdenite and yellow molybdenum oxide. Average surface grades are between 0.05 and 0.06 per cent molybdenite. The most significant result from 5 diamond drill holes was a 55 metre section grading 0.15 per cent molybdenite (MoS2) (Roberts and Smith, 1968).

9 /2007 PROGRAM AND RESULTS A program of image analysis was undertaken on the LLC claim area located near the Barrington River. The objective of the program was to further define the potential location of porphyry molybdenum style mineralization in the claim area by utilizing modern image analysis techniques to determine if structural corridors are present. The image analysis techniques utilized in the current program are referred to as hillshaded topographic analysis and are described in a technical paper titled IMAGE ANALYSIS TOOLBOX AND ENHANCED SATELLITE IMAGERY INTERGRATED INTO MAP PLACE (Kilby et al., 2003). The hillside shaded imagery is produced by the application of artificial lighting to the 25m/pixel Digital Elevation Model. By utilizing multiple directions of lighting the image analysis is enhanced. Maps showing the hillside shaded imagery are included. There are six such figures (Figures 4 to 9) in this study each representing a different light source direction to illustrate the variation that can occur using different lighting directions. Major north to northeast trending corridor features are noted through the west and central regions of the LLC claim where the mineralized syenite and monzonite bodies occur. Figures 4 to 9 indicate the structural features (as red and yellow lines) which will be targeted in follow-up ground exploration programs.

16 8.0 CONCLUSIONS AND RECOMMENDATIONS The image analysis completed during the current program identified multiple areas of interest on the LLC claim group with the indication of strong north to northeast trending structural lineaments. Porphyry style mineralization may be partially controlled by faults in the area and such structures must also be investigated to determine the possibility of any structural offset of the mineral deposit. Based on the results of the image analysis completed during the current program it is recommended that ground surveys, including Mobile Metal Ion (MMI) geochemical soil sampling and rock sampling be completed. A geophysical program may be useful in further defining the outline of the mineralized syenite and zones of higher grade mineralization. These surveys are preliminary steps toward definition drilling of the molybdenum bearing zones.
