3 . 3 Introduction The Broken Hill mineral property, tenure # , a thirteen cell claim comprising hectares, was staked on March 13, 2009, to investigate outcroppings and bedrock exposures along a four and one half kilometre stretch of the Coquihalla River and Valley. Communication with an individual who is now no longer interested in explorations or mining, related to his discovery several years the prior, of a mineralized bedrock vein crossing the Coquihalla River which assayed high in platinum. However, this now aged out-of-province party could not recall the exact location of such occurrence, thus, the Broken Hill property was staked to conduct explorations in the area. The claim area is cut by minor fracturing and contacts, which divides the claim area with a band of sedimentary rock striking northwest through the central portion of the property, while being bounded by volcanic rocks on both the north and south parameters. The claim area lies approximately 3.5 kilometres west of the Hozameen fault, a northwest trending gold-bearing structure more commonly referred to as the Coquihalla Gold Belt. Elevation over the claim ranges from 230 metres at river level to 780 metres at the upper-central northwest portion of the property. Location & Access Located 7 kilometres east-northeast of Hope, BC, along BC Highway #5, the tenure is centrally situate on coordinate W Longitude, N Latitude. Both the Coquihalla River and the Coquihalla Highway (BC Highway #5) cut lengthwise north/south through the property, offering optimum access to most any portion of the claim. Primary access to most portions of the property, as pertains to the target locations focused on during the fiscal period of this Report, is gained via the Othello turn off, 6 kilometres north of the junction of BC Highway 3 and BC Highway 5. With exception of one day s work program that was effected on the west side of BC Highway 5, the other areas prospected lie on the east side of the Coquihalla River accessible via an old partially-paved thence un-kept roadway leading up along the river. This being, on the east side of BC Highway 5. Summary & Conclusion As previously noted, this report deals with four different work locations within the claim, which were prospected over four individual dates. In all cases, attempts were made to prospect for and trace, precious metal showings. On the first date, May 20, 2009, focus was placed on reconnaissance prospecting along the slope paralleling northward on the west side of the Coquihalla Highway until striking Nine Mile Creek, thence following the steam s banks downhill to its termination point alongside said highway, as demonstrated by labeled line marking on Excerpt Map 4, hereto attached. Varied rock samples were examined along the traverse, none of which held interesting mineralization, however, two samples found along Nine Mile Creek, and of which was determined to have originated upslope, held copper and other sulfide mineralization. The second date of prospecting on the Broken Hill property, occurring on July 17, 2009, focused on pan sampling for platinum indicator elements along the eastern bank of the Coquihalla River, following the

4 . 4 Summary & Conclusion continued. traverse shown on Excerpt Map 4. Sampling was conducted along an area of the river bearing larger boulders. Approximately 1.3 cubic meters of material was screened, and carefully panned down to heavy element content. The concentrates were further refined off site to determine precious metal content, which resulted in the recovery of 1.1 grams of fine gold. No presence of platinum was detected, however, it was noted the greater percentage of fine gold came from the upstream portion of the work area. On the third visitation to the property explorations were conducted along the traverse noted on Excerpt Map 5. Work was performed on September 12, 2009, along an exposed rock face, pool and river-bend with beach gravels. Said location is situate at the base of the mountain, immediately beneath the old microwave cable tram, 2.2 kilometres north of the Othello turnoff. This location lies in a fracture zone which created a sharp 90 bend in the Coquihalla River, whereby the exposed rock face extends for approximately 100 metres downstream. Due to the river s velocity at this bend, as it thrusts to deflect off the bedrock exposure, its turbulence has scoured a deep pool at its base, creating a catchment basin for heavy minerals. The exposed rock face also bears a few quartz stringers, which are fundamentally protected from close-up viewing due to their location over the pool. There exists the extreme possibility of close-up evaluation and sampling pending abnormally low water conditions, or otherwise from a raft. Approximately 0.75 cubic metre of gravels from along the beach and behind larger rocks mid-river downstream from the pool, were panned, in search of platinum indicator elements. In result, 2.1 grams of gold were recovered, which included two small nuggets of approximately 3mm breadth. While no platinum was discovered, there were four small fragments of epidote observed in the black sands. On the final date of prospecting on the Broken Hill property, October 11, 2009, the gravels along the Coquihalla River, 1 kilometre downstream from the above noted pool area, or 1.25 kilometres north of the Othello turn-off, as shown on Excerpt Map 6 were inspected for indicator elements of both gold and platinum cubic metres of gravels had been screened and panned, resulting in 13 grains of fine and flake gold, with no indication of the targeted platinum.
