1 GPEX Mineral Property Portfolio Coquihalla Gold Belt ~ Ladner Suite ~ GPEX s Ladner Suite consists of four properties, the Silver Salem, the Emancipation East, the Ladner Junction and West Hozameen claims. Three of these tenures are contiguous and jointly comprise hectares while one lies somewhat to the southwest a short distance, and comprises hectares. The claims are situate (substantially) along the Coquihalla River and Ladner Creek in the Coquihalla Valley, approximately 18 kilometers northeast of Hope, along BC Highway 5, the Coquihalla Highway. The East Hozameen Fault, a northwest/southeast trending gold-bearing serpentine zone, more commonly known as the Coquihalla Serpentine Belt (Coquihalla Gold Belt), traverses in parallel to the claim group. The general vicinity of the Ladner Suite of claims bears a rich history of hosting goldbearing mineralization, with the past producing mines, with the Emancipation Mine and the Carolin Mine, bearing the greater prominence. Access to the Ladner Suite claims, may be gained from either of four points along the Coquihalla Highway. Two such routes would be via exiting the Coquihalla Highway at the Carolin Mine Exit, #195. One said access point being the Carolin Mine Road, which cuts through two of the properties and corners on a third. The second access via the Carolin Mine Exit, being that old roadway leading northward and upstream along the Coquihalla River (and Coquihalla Highway) to the confluence of Ladner Creek with the Coquihalla River, thence westward along Ladner Creek. This access cuts through two of the properties. The remaining two points of access are via taking the Portia Turn-around Exit, Exit #202, thence traveling southward on the Coquihalla Highway. The third such access point is then via the Skylock Exit, a forestry road leading northward along Ladner Creek and cutting through the two northernmost properties. The fourth point of access, south of the Skylock Exit, while remaining southbound along the Coquihalla Highway, until the final exit point, at the immediate north end of Ladner Creek Bridge. The latter such access point also intersects with the third-mentioned, at the confluence of Ladner Creek with the Coquihalla River. The Coquihalla Serpentine Belt forms a narrow, elongate, north- northwest trending steeply dipping unit separating supracrustal rocks of the Ladner Group to the east, from the Hozameen Complex in the west. Dark, highly sheared to massive serpentinite of probable peridotite parentage, characterizes the belt. The western contact is represented by a major fracture which appears to dip steeply east. This is termed the "West" Hozameen fault and the serpentinites in this vicinity contain highly sheared talcose rocks. The serpentinite has a complex association with diorite intrusions which occur as dike-like bodies within the ultramafics. Situate just outside the claim area, yet shown here on mapping, is the Carolin Gold Mine, (Minfile 092HNW007), which offers a good accounting of the region s geology in depth. The many varied Reports by JT Shearer offers a most thorough reporting of historical mining in the area and description of the geology along the Hozameen Fault.

8 GPEX Mineral Property Portfolio SOWAQUA CREEK GOLD & PLATINUM SUITE GPEX s Sowaqua Suite represents the compilation of four contiguous properties bearing high-potential for gold and platinum. Strategically staked along the Sowaqua Creek Valley, collectively, they comprise hectares (over acres). These tenures closely follow the trend of the Hozameen Fault and encompass the more prospective sectors of Sowaqua Creek, offering both hardrock and placer opportunities. In the onset of GPEX s staking along Sowaqua Creek, the company secured a larger number of tenures, both downstream and considerably upstream, however, in result of extensive prospecting and in-depth evaluation, the property group was reduced to only that felt to bear the greater potential, leaving five cell units over four tenures in the most ideal sector for gold-bearing geology. These properties may be held in their single anthology or otherwise amalgamated into one tenure, if found to be more convenient. The Hozameen serpentine belt is well revered for its association to gold deposits, with the Carolin Mine, Emancipation Mine, and others, situated to the northwest. Southeastward (upstream) along the Sowaqua corridor and through to Manson Ridge, lie an array of quality hardrock gold showings, however, these are spotty and thus far have not been shown to bear significant reserve. The property group is situate along the Sowaqua Creek Forest Service Road, commencing from the Sowaqua Creek Exit on BC Highway 5 (the Coquihalla Highway), approximately 18 kilometres east-northeast of Hope, with access being considered good. While manageable by 2WD, in light of the steepness of the initial hill, 4WD vehicle would be recommended. Central Sowaqua Creek

Tenure # cell hectares Supplementing Hardrock Potential Placer gold and platinum have also been recovered from within the tenure area during the 1920s (see Minfile 092HSW148). In result of meticulous study to identify the origin, it was concluded the source was that of blue clay-based till which descended from the mountain peak towering above, transported through glacial dispersion. Good values of both gold and platinum were found in both the blue clay layer and in well-sorted sands with angular small and coarse gravels.

12 GPEX Mineral Property Portfolio GHOST VALLEY GOLD & PLATINUM SUITE GPEX s Ghost Valley property, tenure # , a ten cell tenure, is situate within the Cascade Mountains of southwestern BC, and comprises hectares. The general area is more commonly recognized for its gold-bearing geology along the Hozameen Fault structure, with explorations dating to the early part of the 20 th century. Relief over the tenure ranges from 1,460m at the southern extremity of the claim, to 980m at the claim s northern sector, at the mergence of Ghost Creek with Sowaqua Creek. While no actual production has been conducted on the property, both its hardrock potential and the presence of gold and platinum nuggets are documented within work reports by J. Shearer and others. Though some logging has been effected in the area (adding to the convenience of access), the general region s physiology would be considered as heavily forested with Douglas Fir and other coniferous growth, with soils consisting primarily of glacial till. Annual precipitation is slightly above average, with heavy snowfalls rendering the claim conducive to prospecting for approximately five months out of the year, generally commencing mid to late June. 13 GHOST VALLEY GOLD & PLATINUM SUITE Location & Access The Ghost Valley property is located along the lower elevations of the northeastern slopes of Mount Outram, or as otherwise known, the Manson Ridge range, and lies approximately 20 air kilometers east of Hope BC. Access is best gained via the Sowaqua Creek Forest Service Road, a seasonal two-lane, graveled logging road leaving BC Highway #5 (the Coquihalla Highway) at the Sowaqua Creek Exit, #192, fifteen kilometers north of the BC Highway #3 intersect (or otherwise, nine kilometers north of the Orthello Tunnels Exit, #183). Said FSR is taken to various spur roads close its terminus, of which enter the claim at varied points along Ghost Pass Creek, which flows in a northerly direction through most of the property s coverage.

14 GHOST VALLEY GOLD & PLATINUM SUITE Expanded View Inner Ghost Creek & Ghost Lake Geology & History Exploration interest in the general claim area dates back to the 1920 s when gold was discovered by E.C. Rice and associates out of Coalmont, BC. The area lie dormant from the 1940 s until the mid 1980 s, and has since received only sporadic interest toward proving out the ground, with no actual mining development occurring to date. However, in the general region, during the late 1940's an independent mining consultant, W.S. Ford observed quartz veins containing chalcopyrite; copper carbonate and some float carrying visible gold and silver tel1urides. Other vein systems were also observed to carry "ribboned" or "banded" arsenopyrite in quartz. Sperrylite (arsenide of platinum) was believed to have been detected in some of the (hardrock) specimens.

It is believed, however, that the nugget factor could in all likelihood be derivative of both the hardrock occurrence from the overtowering mountains (not shown in the foreground of this image) and from within the glacial till laid down following the last glacial event. Clay content within the till strongly suggests this hypothesis.

20 GPEX Mineral Property Portfolio ANDERSON RIVER - SPUZZUM GOLD CORRIDOR ~ ANDY ONE ~ The Andy One prospect, tenure , a one cell tenure comprising hectares, lies adjacent to the Anderson River, 32 kilometers north-northeast of Hope, 140 kilometers northeast of Vancouver, and approximately 6 ¾ kilometers east of Spuzzum. Access is via 17 ½ kilometres of forestry service road, leading eastward from its intersect with BC Highway #1, immediately north of the Alexandria Bridge. This property is situate along the eastern margin of the Hozameen Fault, a gold-bearing structure extending from Boston Bar in the north, to well into Washington State, south of the International Border. The claim was staked in 2006, subsequent to the discovery of strong precious metal readings along a number of sulphide-bearing quartz stringer veins within the rock-cut shown in the accompanying photos. Massive blebs of pyrite inseminated throughout the host rock, along with several additional veins of pyrite offers strong indication of a workable precious metals deposit. The geology of the rock-cut comprises folded country rock, complimented by a massive array of quartz veinlettes, ranging from spider veins to 6 mm in thickness, some of which share bedding with decayed sulphides. This showing remains under further investigation, and holds potential for at least a small-scale operation. This property is conducive to prospecting for approximately seven months out of the year. 24 GPEX Mineral Property Portfolio SHUSWAP GOLD & SILVER ~ New Ives ~ Tenure # cells hectares Central Coordinate W Longitude, N Latitude The New Ives claim comprises hectares over 6 cell units, and is situate on the south-facing slope of Anglemont Mountain, in the immediate vicinity of St. Ives, B.C. Located along the north shore of Shuswap Lake, this tenure lies 90 kilometers northeast of Kamloops, 65 kilometers west of Revelstoke, or, 47 kilometers north from Enderby. The tenure was staked as a result of three considerations - - previous research indicating the presence of glacial deposited gold; formerly identified silver showings on the slopes of Anglemont Mountain; and, a reliable report of a sizable gold nugget measuring 1¼ to 1½ cm ( ½ to ¾ ) being discovered in the area some years earlier by a senior trying his hand at panning with a metal pie plate. Such report coincided with the research previously conducted by GPEX - - and the report itself was investigated and verified to be authentic. Historically, and to date, Scotch Creek has been and remains to be, worked annually for its placer gold. (continued)

Access to the property would be considered excellent, gained from a two-lane paved secondary road leading north from BC Highway #1, approximately nine kilometers east of Chase, cutting through the Quaaout 1 Indian Reserve, thence following said paved roadway for approximately 45 kilometers in an easterly direction, passing through Scotch Creek and Anglemont, to the vicinity of the claim, at St. Ives.
