5 1.0 SUMMARY In 2006, an analysis of hillshaded iagery was conducted on the Falcon clais to ascertain if there are structural controls on the property lithologies which ay hold potential for agnetite (iron foration) ineralization siilar to the adjacent Falcon showing to the west. 2.0 INTRODUCTION The property is located approxiately 46 kiloetres north-northwest of Mackenzie, B.C., within the Misinchinka Range of the Rocky Mountains (Figure 1). The Falcon clais lie east and adjacent to the Falcon showing, MINFILE 093O 016. A hillshaded iagery interpretative study was conducted on the property in the fall of 2006 by F. Shirvani, P.Geo. of Terracad Ltd. 3.0 PROPERTY DESCRIPTION AND LOCATION The Falcon property is located approxiately 46 kiloetres north of Mackenzie in north-central British Colubia on NTS ap sheet 093O/11W, or TRIM aps 093O074, 064. This is at latitude 55 42' 14" N and longitude ' 57" W in the Oineca Mining Division (Figure 2). The property consists of two clais totalling about 218 hectares. The Falcon clai is 100% owned by G. Payie and the Falcon 2 clai is 100% owned by G. Owsiacki. Good Until Tenure Nuber Clai Nae (y//d) Area (ha) FALCON FALCON ACCESSIBILITY AND PHYSIOGRAPHY Access to the property is by helicopter fro Mackenzie or fro a logging road 7 kiloetres to the west-southwest of the property. The property is located at an elevation of approxiately 1500 etres ASL (above sea level) in the oderately rugged Misinchinka Range. The slopes are generally less than 40 degrees with sall localized cliffs and rounded ridge tops where elevations range fro 1300 etres in the eastern portion of the clais to about 1700 etres in the west. The property is located at the alpine-tiber boundary. The suers are basically dry and war, with cold winters and up to 4 etres of snow. 5.0 HISTORY Prospector A. Potter discovered the adjacent Falcon showing in August, 1975 and staked the original Falcon clais in April, Preliinary geological and agnetoeter surveys were carried out between April and Septeber of 1976 by Welcoe North Mines and Ventures West 1

8 Capital Ltd. These two copanies optioned the property in July, 1976; preliinary etallurgical tests were also run on soe ore saples. The property was then optioned by J. Sefel and Associates in October, An airborne agnetoeter survey was flown at this tie, resulting in the Falcon 3 discovery. The Falcon 3 discovery was staked in the spring of R. Keeny of Stokes Exploration Manageent Co. Ltd. carried out ore etallurgical testing and a preliinary arketing study. J.G. Payne, geologist, Ph.D., supervised a detailed geological and agnetoeter survey on the showings during the suer of The property reverted back to A. Potter and lay dorant until Rhyolite Resources Inc. acquired 100% interest by Bill of Sale in July of A 1.5 tonne bulk saple was taken fro several test pits on the Falcon 1 in July of GEOLOGICAL SETTING AND MINERALIZATION The Misinchinka Range is coposed of clastic etasedients, with possible associated inor volcanogenic sedients of Upper Proterozoic age (Figure 3). These clastic sedients grade into a carbonate sequence and then grade back into another clastic sequence also of Upper Proterozoic age. This clastic-carbonate-clastic sequence fors the Misinchinka Group. Overlying this is a thick sequence of Cabrian carbonates. The rocks trend northwesterly and the ajor units can persist over 50 kiloetres. Structurally, the regional units have been folded into inhoogeneous folds with tight parasitical folds in the ajor fold libs. These folds trend north-northwest, with an overall gentle plunge to the southeast. A series of ajor thrust faults, generally low angle with an eastward overthrust, have displaced and stacked the gross sequence of rocks. Within the less copetent clastic units of the Upper Proterozoic, a pronounced regional axial plane foliation has been developed. The Falcon and Falcon 2 clais are underlain by the Upper Proterozoic Misinchinka Group. The Misinchinka Group is divided into a lower and upper clastic unit with a iddle carbonate unit. The Falcon clais are underlain by the lower clastic unit. This lower clastic unit is the host for the iron foration (agnetite) found on the adjacent Falcon showing to the west. 7.0 WORK PROGRAM F. Shirvani, M.Sc., P.Geo. of Terracad Ltd. conducted a structural lineaent interpretation of hillshaded iagery of the Falcon clais (Figure 4). The work was conducted to assess any controls on the lithologies of the Misinchinka Group which doinates the property geology and ay host iron foration (agnetite) siilar to the adjoining Falcon showing to the west. The iage analysis techniques utilized in the current progra are referred to as greyscale, hillshaded topographic analysis and are described in a technical paper by Kilby, W.E., Kliparchuk, K. and McIntosh, A. titled Iage Analysis Toolbox and Enhanced Satellite Iagery Integrated into The MapPlace and published in B.C. Ministry of Energy, Mines and Petroleu Resources, Fieldwork 2003, pages The hillshaded iagery is produced by the application of artificial lighting to the 25/pixel Digital Elevation Model. By utilizing ultiple directions of lighting iage analysis is enhanced. 4

11 There are six figures each representing a different light source direction to illustrate the variation that can occur using different lighting directions. Structural analysis aps based on the hillshaded iagery for the Falcon clais are included in Appendix A. Known faults are drawn as red solid lines and interpreted lineaents are shown as yellow solid lines. 8.0 CONCLUSIONS AND RECOMMENDATIONS The iage analysis copleted during the current progra identified ultiple areas of interest on the Falcon clais. Structural areas exhibit a doinant north trend with inor north-northwest and crosscutting northeast trends. The northerly structural lineation trends approxiate the lithologic strike and ay be a related feature that is conducive for iron foration. Based on the results of the iage analysis it is recoended that a geological apping survey be copleted to assess any iron foration developent. 7
