3 BACKGROUND Physical work was performed on the mining claim (two claim units). The work was done to expose mineralization outlined in past work. Several bears were observed during the work program. GREAT CARE MUST BE EXERSICED DURING WORK PROGRAMS DONE ON THE PROPERTY AS IT IS LOCATED NEAR A GARBAGE DUMP. HENCE, THERE IS A GREAT DANGER TO PERSONAL DUE TO THE POSSIBILITIES OF ENCOUNTERS WITH BEARS, AS WELL AS OTHER WILDLIFE. In addition, the brush cover on the property is very heavy greatly limiting observation distance. MINING CLAIMS Mining Claim SO (2 claim units), Lot 24 South Half Concession X, Lot 24 North Half Concession IX, Monmouth Township (G-1298), Southern Ontario Mining Division MINING CLAIM HOLDER Sharpmin Developments Incorporated Suite St. George Street Toronto, Ontario M5R 2N1 Client Number LOCATION AND ACCESS The mining claim is located on Lot 24 South Half Concession X and Lot 24 North Half Concession IX, Monmouth Township, Southern Ontario Mining Division. The claim is located south of the Monmouth Township Garbage Dump. The Garbage Dump is located 1.2 km west of the intersection of Highways 121 and 648. The Garbage Dump is located 2.3 km east of the intersection of Highways 503 and 121. The latter Highway intersection is location within the village of Tory Hill. The Garbage Dump is located 0.75 km west of the southward trending Hadlington Road. The southern porton of the mining claim is traversed by the Hadlington Road. Sharpmin Developments Incorporated

SUMMARY OF PAST EXPLORATION AND DEVELOPMENT WORK In the years 1954 to 1956, Saranac Uranium Mines Ltd. held the property in addition to other contiguous mining claims. Saranac Uranium Mines Ltd. explored the occurrence by bulldozed strippings, trenches, an open cut, and at least two diamond dirll holes. A geiger counter survey is also reported. Between 1973 and 1975 Imperial Oil Limited conducted a geological and radiometric survey of the area. LIST OF EQUIPMENT USED Argo 8 wheel ATV, Pionjar 120 jackhammer/drill, drill steel, wedges and feathers, boulder buster, chainsaw, sledge hammer, pick, shovel, chisels, come-along, chains, crow bars. LIST OF PEOPLE/DATES WORKED Scott Harper, Larry Landsborough, Don Gratton, Oliver Bolton, Mark Harper Work was done on April 29 and 30,2000. The report was written in May DESCRIPTION OF WORK One area approximately 10 metres by 3 metres was cleared of rock debris. Then the mineralization was sampled to depths of centimetres. The mineralized area was quite friable surrounded by competent rock. The mineralized area contained euhedral zircon crystals up to 2 cm in length. The zircon was dark brown in color. Zircon samples were taken but no analyses have been done. The zircon concentration in the rock approached 10*^ by volume and by visual estimate in some areas. RECOMMENDATIONS FOR FURTHER EXPLORATION It is recommended that a scintillometer geophysical survey be performed over the entire property. The preparation of a grid and survey should be performed after complete freeze up. This will allow access to the complete property including the swampy areas and the lakes. In addition, it will insure that bears should be hibernating. Sharomin Developments Incorporated 5

6 A VLF and Magnetic Calibration Survey should be done as they might help to define the mineralized structures. These methods might work to define the mineralized structures as the mineralized area in the area of the open cut is extremely fractured. Hence, the mineralized structure may contain water. In addition, the mineralized area is slightly gossanous so it may contain magnetite or another iron mineral. It will be important to keep the same sensor orientation as the response will probably be weak. The geology of the property should be mapped.
