3 1. Opis delovanja Plovno stikalo ( glejte stran 2 ) deluje po principu plovca. En ali več plovcev ( 6 ) z vgrajenim magnetnim sistemom je vodenih po nemagnetni drsni cevki ( 5 ). Ko plovec doseže določeno višino, se zaradi magnetnega polja trajnega magneta v notranjosti plovca vklopi stikalo reed, ki je v notranjosti drsne cevke. S tem se vzpostavi ali prekini tokokrog, odvisno od funkcije stikala. 2. Območje uporabe Plovna stikala se uporabljajo za nadzor nivoja tekočine in uravnavanje tekočih snovi. Lahko se vgrajujejo v rezervoarje in cisterne, ki zadoščajo tehničnim potrebam oz. za katere so določeni ustrezni obratovalni parametri. Tekočine morajo biti brez ali z malo trdimi delci ter ne smejo biti nagnjene k smoljenju, lepljenju ali kristalizaciji. Trdni delci ne smejo biti magnetni. V primeru, da so magnetni, ne smejo biti v bližini magnetov. 3. Namestitev Plovna stikala so namenjena le navpični vgradnji v rezervoarje in cisterne. Največje odstopanje od navpičnice je ± 30. Naprave so vnaprej nameščene do te mere, da se na mestu uporabe lahko že privijejo ( navoj 3 ) ali pritrdijo s prirobnico ( prirobnica 3 ). Paziti je treba, da so tesnilne površine in tesnila mehansko neoporečna. Glede na snov, tlak in temperaturo, je za zatesnitev potrebno izbrati pravilno tesnilo ( 4 ). Izmera tesnila je odvisna od priključka. Napravam, pri katerih je premer plovnega telesa večji od srednjega premera navoja ali notranjega premera priključne prirobnice, se dodajo prilagoditveni obroči ( 7 ). Ti prilagoditveni obroči se razstavijo skupaj s plovci pred nastavitvijo naprave. Nato se naprava privije ali pritrdi s prirobnico, zatem se ponovno nastavi plovce in prilagoditvene obroče. Potrebno je paziti, da so plovci nameščeni v isto pozicijo kot pred razstavljanjem, prav tako morajo biti na istem mestu blokirani prilagoditveni obroči. Potrebno je paziti tudi na to, da vijaki nastavitvenih obročev rahlo stiskajo material drsne cevke. Pri nastavitvi po standardu 3A Sanitary standard je potrebno biti pozoren na sledeče točke: Če ima naprava 3/8 vijačni spoj, je potrebno paziti, da se naprava zavari in spoj zbrusi. Hrapavost mora biti manjša od 0,4 µm. 4. Varnostni napotki Začasna namestitev ne sme biti izvedena, če so posamezne komponente ali cele naprave pomanjkljive oz. celo manjkajo, ali pa so napačne. Naprave in njihova dodatna oprema ne smejo služiti kot pripomočki za dvigovanje, kot stopnice ali kot priprave za transport. Ob nevarnostih je potrebno upoštevati smernice in nacionalne predpise, varnostne simbole, informacije, varnostne naprave, primerne zaščitne naprave ali izolacije. Pri uporabi izolacij je le-te potrebno določiti glede na posebno uporabo. Glede na lokalne okoliščine in predpise mora zaposleno osebje nositi zaščitna oblačila. Zaposleno osebje mora biti izšolano, poučeno in imeti vpogled v tehnične dokumente. Upravljavec je odgovoren za to, da nepooblaščene osebe nimajo dostopa do naprav, strojev in njihovega upravljanja. Pri prenosu strojev in naprav na tretje osebe je potrebno priložiti vso dokumentacijo, da se opozori na pravilno namestitev, upravljanje in uporabo, prav tako pa na nevarnosti. 3

4 5. Električni priklop Električni priklop sme izvesti le strokovno osebje skladno z varnostnimi predpisi o električnih napravah, ki so veljavni v tej državi. Plovno stikalo je potrebno priključiti ustrezno s priključno shemo na priključnem ohišju ( 1 ) ali na priključnem kablu. Pri napravah s priključnim ohišjem je potrebno kabel potegniti skozi vijačni spoj ( 2 ), ga zatesniti in dobro zapreti priključno ohišje. 6. Možnosti Dodatno se lahko v drsno cevko ( 5 ) poleg stikal reed vgradijo tudi temperaturni kontakti z možnostjo preklopa odpirala ali zapirala. Dodatno je možna tudi vgradnja temperaturnih tipal z ali brez merilnega pretvornika. Pri tem merilni pretvornik spreminja vrednost upora v analogni signal 4-20 ma. Možna je tudi kombinacija stikala reed s temperaturnim kontaktom in temperaturnim tipalom. V skladu s standardi je pri temperaturnih stikalih v uporabi PT100, lahko pa se uporabi tudi drugo velikost ( npr. PT1000 ). Temperaturni kontakt se izbere na podlagi temperaturnih podatkov s strani kupca in se lahko uporabi z ali brez histereze. Dodatno se lahko opremi plovna magnetna stikala s sledečimi napeljavami: Napeljava za obratovanje na SPS z uporom 22 Ω Napeljava po priporočilu NAMUR po EN K 10K 22 Ohm 10K Pri uporabi dodatnih krmilnih naprav iz ponudbe podjetja KFG morate imeti ustrezna navodila za namestitev in uporabo. 7. Pozor Upravljavec mora poskrbeti za ozemljitev tistih naprav, ki imajo priključek za ozemljitev. Naprave s priključnim kablom niso ozemljene in lahko pri napačni uporabi predstavljajo vir napetosti. Te naprave lahko obratujejo le z majhno napetostjo. Naprave, ki so v uporabi v inštalaciji, kjer je prisoten notranji premaz, imajo izven priključne vtičnice nameščeno ozemljitveno spono ali vijak, preko katerega se lahko naredi ozemljitveni most na napravo. Pri priklopu na induktivno obremenitev se lahko stikalo uniči. Potrebno je predvideti napeljavo z RC členom ali flyback diodo. Pri priklopu na kapacitivno obremenitev je treba za omejitev najvišjega toka preklopiti zaščitni upor v zaporedju. Električna preobremenitev lahko povzroči uničenje stikala. To povzroči napačno delovanje plovnega stikala in vodenja, ki sledi, ter tako lahko povzroči materialno škodo in poškodbe oseb. Potrebno je upoštevati največje električne zmogljivosti stikala. Potrebno je paziti na brezhiben in zadosten dovod energije. 4

5 8. Vzdrževanje Naprave je potrebno namestiti in pognati strokovno. V primeru, da se upošteva parametre in vrste snovi, gostoto, temperaturo in tlak, delujejo naprave brez vzdrževanja. Glede na snov je potrebno izbrati ustrezen material plovnega stikala. 9. Preverjanje obratovanja Upravljavec ima to odgovornost, da občasno izvede preverjanje obratovanja ali vizualen pregled. Preverjanje obratovanja kontaktov se lahko izvede v vgrajenem ali razdrtem stanju, z ročnim pomikom plovca ali z napolnitvijo rezervoarja. Potrebno je paziti, da s preverjanjem obratovanja ne sprožite procesa postopkov. Dele naprave, ki prihajajo v stik s tekočino za skladiščenje, njeno paro ali kondenzatom, je potrebno preveriti za možnimi posledicami rjavenja. Ta pregled se lahko izvede le znotraj skladiščnega rezervoarja ali po razdrtju naprave. 10. Napotki Plovnih stikal ne upravljajte v neposredni bližini močnih elektromagnetnih polj. ( oddaljenost minimalno 1 m ) Plovno stikalo ne sme biti izpostavljeno nikakršnim mehanskim obremenitvam, tresljajem in sunkom. Če so te obremenitve prisotne, je potrebno uporabiti dušilke. Preko snovi ne sme biti nobenih mehanskih sunkov na napravo. Stikalne točke plovnega stikala se na dajo prestaviti. Pri nevarnosti vžiga ali eksplozije snovi je potrebno naprave uskladiti s smernico ATEX 2014/34/EU. Okoljski pogoji naj omogočajo brezhibno odčitavanje vseh prikazovalnih instrumentov, če je le mogoče v vodoravnem vidnem polju. Naprave je potrebno zavreči v skladu s krajevnimi in nacionalnimi predpisi ter smernicami. Pri odstranitvi naprave se lahko pojavijo ostanki snovi. PREDPISI ZA TRANSPORT: Pri zavijanju za transport je potrebno upoštevati, da gre za naprave, ki imajo merilne naprave z elektronskimi komponentami. Naprave je potrebno zaviti v skladu s tem. Zunanjo embalažo, les, karton itd., je potrebno opremiti z napisi, ki opozarjajo na nevarnost. 11. 6 Lastnovaren način zaščite vžiga Učinkovite notranje induktivnosti in zmogljivosti so zanemarljivo majhne. Samo za priklop na enega ali več potrjenih lastnovarnih tokokrogov. Pri vgradnji enega ali več merilnih pretvornikov je potrebno upoštevati električne karakteristične vrednosti priloženega posebnega potrdila. Način zaščite vžiga kapsula, odporna na tlak Samo za priklop na tokokrog z varno omejitvijo električnih znanih velikosti zgoraj omenjenih vrednosti. Kadar je naprava dobavljena brez vijačnega spoja, se lahko uporabi le vijačni spoj, ki ustreza normi EN ( na tlak odporna strnjena kapsula Exd ). 12. Napotki za ex naprave Plovno - magnetno stikalo je po standardu RL 2014/34/EU priloga I naprava skupine II kategorije 1G oz. 2G, ki se lahko uporablja po standardu RL 99/92/EC (ATEX 137) v conah 0, 1 in 2 oz. 1 in 2, ter v skupinah IIA, IIB in IIC, ki so zaradi gorečih materialov ogrožene zaradi eksplozije v območju temperaturnih razredov T1 do T6 oz. so v spodaj navedenih napotkih napisane vrednosti. Pri uporabi je potrebno upoštevati zahteve po standardu EN Pri izvedbi lastnovarnega načina zaščite vžiga se lahko uporablja v coni 0 le procesni priklop, drsna cevka in plovec plovnega stikala, ter vrsta glede na vrsto reference. Pri tem je treba upoštevati te dele pri ponovnem preizkusu tlaka na napravi. Material delov kategorije 1G delež legirnih elementov skupno ne sme presegati sledečih vrednosti: < 10% za: aluminij+ magnezij + titan + cirkonij, ali < 7.5% za: magnezij + titan + cirkonij. Plovno - magnetno stikalo je po standardu RL 2014/34/EU priloga I naprava skupine II kategorije 2D, ki se lahko uporablja po standardu RL 99/92/EC (ATEX 137) v conah 21 in 22, kjer je prisoten gorljivi prah. Pri uporabi je potrebno upoštevati zahteve po standardu EN in EN Plovno stikalo oz. komponente morajo ustrezati načinu zaščite IP6*. Dopolnitve, izpopolnitve in popravila ( kot npr. menjava merilnega pretvornika, priključne vtičnice ) sme izvajati le poučeno strokovno osebje ( po ATEX 137 ). Upravljavec je odgovoren, da merilni sistem ustreza prvotnemu načinu izdelave. Tipske oznake se ne sme spreminjati. Razvrstitev med temperaturnim razredom oz. površinsko temperaturo in najvišjo dovoljeno okoljsko temperaturo razberete iz sledeče tabele, vključno z vgradnjo temperaturnih stikal. 8 Za vmesne velikosti premerov cevk se lahko dovoljene vrednosti določijo na podlagi razmerja aktivnih površin cevi ( obseg ) pri tipalu. Pri vgradnji merilnega pretvornika je potrebno upoštevati termične vrednosti priloženega posebnega. potrdila. Pri vgradnji tlačnega senzorja je potrebno upoštevati termične vrednosti priloženega posebnega potrdila. Temperaturni razred T4 pri T amb -40 C do +80 C Če se pri vhodu kabla pojavijo višje temperature od 70 C oz. pri razvejanju žil 80 C, se sme priključiti le preizkušen kabel, odporen na toploto. Vhod kabla mora biti primeren za to temperaturo. Plovno stikalo, vrsta glede na vrsto reference, v izvedbi načina zaščite vžiga kapsula, odporna na tlak oz. ulita kapsula, je določeno samo za priključitev na tokokrog z varno ( zunanjo ) omejitvijo električnih znanih velikosti na dane vrednosti. Ohišje plovnega stikala, vrsta glede na vrsto reference, mora biti prevodno povezano z izravnavo potencialov naprave. EX naprave so označene s posebno tipsko tablico, na kateri so vidni vsi potrebni podatki za EX napravo. 13. Napotki za ex naprave z dovoljenjem za rudarstvo Plovno stikalo tipa EMR1-MOS-L130-SB26A-M/Ex je po RL 2014/34/EU priloga I naprava v skupini naprav I kategorije M1, ki se po RL 99/92/EC ( ATEX 137 ) sme uporabljati v nevarnih območjih rudnikov 1 in 2. Temperaturo snovi oz. okoljsko temperaturo je pri uporabi naprave skupine I treba omejiti tako, da površinska temperatura naprav ne preseže 150 C. Za potrebne podatke se obrnite na te napotke. 8
