3 Page 1 Y J NTRO DUCT I ON Locat ion The Mundy claim is situate in Greenwood Mining Division in the upper centre of Map 82/E2. The Hamilton claim is situate in the north east corner of the Mundy claim and is completely contained within the Mundy claim. The Southerly boundary of Mundy is approximately 7 kilometers north of Greenwood. The legal corner post is located approximately 100 meters ESE of the confluence of Windfall and Boundary Creeks, and 9 meters north of the gate on the Boundary Creek Road. The claims lie within the drainage areas of Mundy and Clement Creeks which flow into Boundary Creek. Access Access is from the Boundary Creek road which runs north from Highway 3 at the turn off for Jewel Lake. There are several logging roads which give access for four-wheel drive vehicles, from Boundary Creek road. There is a logging road on the south easterly corner of Mundy which branches from the road to Mount Roderick Dhu. Topography and Climate Elevatiions range from 2750 to 3500 meters on the claims. On the average the ground could be considered moderately rugged but not precipitous. Aside from a few ridges the ground is covered with a variety of vegetation. Some of the area has been logged. The predominant tree types are fir, black pine, spruce and cottonwood. Outcrops are scarce on the average except on the ridges. There is considerable variation in the depth of overburden. Snowfall is moderate with the ground mostly bare from April 15th to November 15th. History The claims are part of what was known as the Kimberly camp in the Greenwood area around the turn of the century. The Hamilton was staked in September, 1896 and Crown Granted in March of No records as to actual work performed nor are there any results available. The owner secured the Hamilton claim in December, 1982 and staked the Mundy in April, The Mundy claim includes the Ruby Crown Grant and Ruby Fraction Crown Grant which adjoin the Hamilton to the west. Surveys of the Ruby and Ruby Fraction have been cancelled.

5 Page 3 BRIEF ECONOMIC ASSESSMENT OF PROPERTY In the north west corner the claim is overlain with a sedimentary series of greenstone, paragneiss and greywacke. Approximately one third of the claim on the west is under active agriculture and would appear to have no mineral potential. An air borne survey for Scurry Rainbow as shown in Assessment Reports Nos. 703 to 706, inclusive, indicates no apparent mineral potential. From the middle of the northern boundary of the Mundy claim there appears to be a dome extnding in a southerly direction for approximately 1000 meters. The dome is approximately 200 meters wide and extends above the surrounding area a height of approximately 25 meters to 100 meters. This dome appears to be intrusive in nature. The dome is mostly covered with overburden but there are several outcrops containing mineralization mainly pyrite and pyrrhotite. The southerly half of the claim has not been thoroughly prospected but appears to be overlain with volcanic rock mainly trachyte and andesite. In view of the unsatisfactory results obtained from the geochemical soil survey and the previously reported erratic values encountered it would appear that the potential for the discovery of commercial mineralization is very low. In view of the poor results obtained on the Hamilton and Ruby claims it is recommended that no further funds be expended on the property at this time.

6 Page 4 SUMMARY OF WORK PERFORMED On the recommendation of our consulting geologist the following work was performed. Physical Work Seven man days were spent digging trenches. Trench number one was located at the area of pit # 6. The trench was dug 2 meters in length by one-half meter in width and approximately three-quarters meter in depth. This extended the' width of the vein to a width of 8 meters. Rock samples taken. Trench No. 2 was dug at the location of pit # 7 and extended the width of the zone to 20 meters. The trench was dug to 18 meters in length by one-half meter in width by approximately one-half meter in depth. Rock samples taken. Trench NO. 3 was also at the location of pit # 7 but was 20 meters west of trench No. 2. This trench was dug to 2 meters in length by one-half meter in width by approximately one-half meter in depth. Rock samples taken. All trenches dug with hand tools and by hand labour. Geochemical Work 1 man day was spent running lines and doing THM soil tests in the vicinity of Pit #7. All samples tested were dug with a pulaski and were from a depth of thirty centimeters. All samples were from the B horizon and were put through an 80 mesh screen prior to testing. Twenty-five samples were taken.

7 , DETAIL TECHNICAL DATA AND INTERPRETATION PurDose To extend the width of the known zones and to take rock samples and to test the soil for THM. Results The results of the rock sampling were quite disappointing with the best samples being BPO showing Au.013 oz per ton and Ag.17 oz per ton. Sample RP 18MS showed only background gold values and Ag 1.05 oz per ton. All other samples showed only background values. All samples tested with a mineral lamp. Rock samples R4MS and ROO showed pyrite and pyrrhotite. All THM tests were disappointing. Intermetation A review of the work performed in the past several years together with this years work seem to indicate that the potential of any commercial mineralization is very limited unless prospecting reveals any further areas on the claims that would be worthy of further exploration. It is recommended that no further funds be expended on the property at this time.
