3 EXECUTIVE SUMMARY EXPLORATION and DEVELOPMENT REPORT on Conrad Creek in SOUTHEAST BRITISH COLUMBIA PLACER and MINERAL CLAIMS , , Ed Friesen has Placer and Mineral claims in the Conrad Creek valley located approximately 50 km by air ( 104 km by road ) south of Golden, B.C. Access to the zone of interest in the Conrad Creek valley is very difficult as no roads or trails exist and the forest floor is littered with deadfall making walking (crawling) extremely challenging. Therefore to make exploration and development practical, the construction of a trail suitable for use by ATV s was decided upon, applied for and permission received. Stream sediment samples have been collected by hand in the years 2007 and 2008 ( lab analysis included in Appendix 9.2 ). The 2007 the lab analysis indicated the presence of Pt ( 904 ppb ), Pd ( 427 ppb ) and Au ( 80 ppb ). Vehicle access to the north end of the Conrad Creek valley ( east side of creek ) is achieved via existing logging roads, commencing at Parson B.C. The ATV trail then commences south for approximately 450 m before it is forced to cross the creek to the west side because the terrain abruptly becomes a rock wall. This area is referred to as the gorge. The west side of the creek is suitable for continuation of the ATV trail. Upon completion of the ATV trail, it will be possible to transport test equipment to the zone of interest. The mining season is controlled by snow, and is expected to commence in mid May and end in October. During the mining season of 2008, approximately 400 m of ATV trail was constructed ( and seeded with grass ) and a stream sediment sample was obtained from the north end of the gorge. This sediment sample was subsequently processed into 5 lab samples which were then submitted to Activation Labs. Reports are included in Appendix 9.2 Expenses incurred during the 2008 mining season total $16, and this amount is being claimed for assessment credit on the placer and mineral claims. 3 P age ED Friesen

5 1 Terms of Reference I, Edward John Friesen, have a degree in Electrical Engineering ( BSc. E.E. ) and am registered as a Professional Engineer ( P.Eng. ) in the Province of British Columbia. 6 3 Access, Climate and Infrastructure Access to the north end of the Conrad Creek valley is via logging roads as follows: At Parsons B.C. Columbia River crossing, proceed west on Crestbrook Main FS Road to km 17 turn left onto Spillimachine FS Road ( South Fork Road ) follow to Bobbie Burns FS Road ( to km 27 ) follow to Vowell Creek FS Road ( to km 39 ) CMH sign follow Vowell Creek FS ROAD to km 54 cross Crystalline Creek bridge keep left at Conrad Creek Road turnoff cross Vowell Creek bridge follow Vowell Creek FS Road to km 58 turn right and follow to km 62 turn right on Branch B follow 2.9 km to parking area ( north end of placer claim and start of ATV trail ) The ATV trail, when completed, will provide access to the south end of the Conrad Creek valley. The claims are located at or above 1590 m ASL in terrain varying from forest to alpine. The mining season is controlled by snow, and is expected to commence in mid May and end in mid October during which time the temperature can vary from freezing ( 0C ) to +30C. Annual snow fall is reported to be in excess of 330 cm. The forestry road is the only infrastructure. There is no power or cell phone service. The CMH Bobby Burns lodge is located approximately 16 km away ( is passed on the way in ). 4 Geology Silver, lead, zinc, gold, copper, barite, and cadmium have been mined at the nearby Mineral King and Ruth Vermont mines and also at a number of smaller operations. The known mineral deposits occur as vein deposits, mostly in carbonates of the Mount Nelson and Horsethief Creek formations (of Proterozoic age) where these formations lie in close proximity to quartz monzonite and granodiorite intrusive bodies. Uranium and columbium have reportedly been found as placer deposits. Platinum, gold, and palladium along with some rare earth elements were found to occur at abnormally high concentrations in stream samples recovered from Conrad Creek which flows through the property. The work to date has been focused principally on gaining better access to the claims so that we can transport the necessary equipment in to properly evaluate the mineral potential of the claims. 6 P age ED Friesen

7 5 Detailed Investigations 2007 In 2007, stream sediment samples were collected, panned and the concentrate submitted to Activation Labs for analysis ( refer to Appendix 9.2 ). Sample # CON was obtained from the base of the waterfall, located at the south end of the Conrad Creek placer claim # ( refer to Map Conrad Creek Valley April 2009 in Appendix 9.1 ) In 2008, a stream sediment sample was obtained from the north end of the Conrad Creek gorge, located in placer claim # ( refer to Map Conrad Creek Valley April 2009 in Appendix 9.1 ). The sample was screened and dissected under a microscope to separate the quartz into two (2) samples. 8 6 Interpretation of the Laboratory Results The 2007 lab analysis indicated the presence of Pt ( 904 ppb ), Pd ( 427 ppb ) and Au ( 80 ppb ). ( sample taken at the south end of the valley at the base of the falls ) The 2008 lab analysis indicated the very low presence of Pt ( 11 ppb ). ( sample taken at the north end of the valley at the outlet of the gorge ) The distance between the locations where the two stream sediment samples were taken is approximately 2.3 km, in an area where the gradient of Conrad Creek is very shallow. Therefore it is suspected that materials with a high specific gravity are not transported by the creek any significant distance in this area. More detailed sampling is required south of the gorge on Conrad creek. 7 Expenditure The expenditure realized on these claims after the date they were registered is $16, and is detailed in Appendix 9.4 The cash requirement to maintain these claims in good standing for 2009 is Claim # $ 4, Claim # $ 1, Claim # $ 2, Total $8, P age ED Friesen

9 8 Conclusions and Recommendations The lab analysis of sample # CON obtained in 2007 is significant and requires a detailed follow up. To accomplish a proper mineral analysis of the Conrad Creek valley requires the establishment of a test gravity separation circuit on site.
