3 AMORE GROUP Victoria --- Mining Division -- INTRODUCTION In Noverber 1979 a limited program of trenching and diamond drilling was carried out en the Armore group. The work was to investigate a narrow gold-bearing vein and to examine molybdenite showings. The work was authorized by the Directors 05 Aquarius Resources Ltd., who currently own the claims. The core was logged and trenches sampled by A.S. Ashton, P. Eng., the writer of this report. 5 - 3 - The claims were in good standing at the time the work T, as done. LOCATION & ACCESS The main groups can be reached by about 60 km. of road from Duncan along the north shore of Cowichan Lake to the McKay Creek road. The north part of the group is reached by travelling about the same distance from Nanairno but on the Nanaimo Lake road, and hence south on logging roads to the head of Jump Creek. Permission for either route must be obtained from the appropriate logging company and due care exercised while travelling these roads. The centre of the group is located at approximately 48O57' north and 124O18' west. The location is indicated on map 92C/16W. HISTORY Initial discoveries of molybdenite were reported in The showings consisted of quartz veins carrying pyrite, chalcopyrite and molybdenite. Further work indicated some rosettes and seams in the host granodiorite. Some adit work and trenching was carried out, but the area was relatively dormant until 1964 when Gunnex carried out some

7 - 5 - stream and soil sampling with geological mapping. Follow up was not done and in 1968 Cominco carried out regional work in the area. In 1978 Mr. E. Specogna staked the presently held claims after prospecting and finding scattered showings of molybdenite and a quartz vein with some visible gold. GEOLOGY The area is underlain by Saanich intrusives which have intruded Sicker sediments and volcanics. The general geology of the area has been mapped by J.T. Fyles. In the area of the claims, the Sicker rocks are very widespread with apparently the only exception in the south part of the group. The complex of sediments and volcanics is of unknown thickness. Although the formations are silicified, little other alteration was observed. Faults and fracturing observed within the claim group particularly in the north part, strike north west with vertical to steep dips to the west. Many of the paralleling fractures are quartz filled and in at least one case the fracture becomes a quartz stock-work within the formation. Mineralization appears to be associated with the faults, fractures and intruding dikes.

8 - 6 - WORK PROGRAM Work completed on the group consists of a series of five diamond drill holes and nine trenches. The first trench was blasted on claim 1 West, 1 North of Amore 5. The trench is in a fault zone just south of the height of land and near the south centre of the claim. The fault in which a creek flows south strikes north with an apparent vertical dip. Molybdenite occurs as roset-tes and patches in a granodiorite dike. Blasting of the trench indicated a narrowing of the dike and only minor traces of molybdenite. The trench is four feet wide by two feet deep. The other work was approximately on the boundary of 1 W est and 2 West, 5 North of Amore 2. A small quartz vein was located in a road cut and traced southerly for 300 metres on a bearing of 150. A total of nine trenches were blasted with eight south of the road and one north of the road. The trenches were appi.2ximately 1.:. metres wide and 1 m etre deep. Surface exposure of the quartz vein was 15 to 25 cms. wide with an apparent steep dip westward. Generally on exposure the surface expression appeared to change to a quartz vein stock-work in a widening siliceous zone. The drilling at the road indicated the vein, although restricted in three holes and not in the fourth deeper hole.

13 ADDENDA AMORE - ASSESSNENT REPORT, MARCH 5, The core was collected at the property and transsorted to the hme of Jon Stewart, Director of Aquarius Resoucces Ltd., where it was logged and sampled by A.S. Ashton, P. Eng. The split half of the core is stored in racks on the Stewart property, Black Point Road, Powell River, B.C. c Assays were carried out by Loring Laboratories Ltd. of Calgary. In most areas free gold was noted in the quartz veins but, due to its erratic nature, samples chipped V across veins did not always carry visible gold as they were taken at predetermined locations.
