6 Introduction f N Le Baron Prospecting Note to reader The work within these two adjoining tenures was filed separately by mistake by the tenure owner however the work conducted was done concurrently. The statement of work should have been filed jointly for both tenures as one project and not two. However the two joint tenures are part of one project. Exploration by Le Baron Prospecting on the Harris Creek Limestone Project has been ongoing since the initial staking of the ground in 2004, with conversion of the originalfourtenures in 2005 into tenure # and the staking of tenure # in January of Exploration in this time frame has consisted of tenure boundary establishment in areas where topographic conditions permitted, hand sampling of the limestone, small block or mini sampling, and geochemical analysis. The Limestone body is very vast in size, (1000 meters by 3000 meters - Muller 1971, confirmed by Le Baron Prospecting 2009). All the exploration to date is in preparation for diamond drilling of the Limestone body which to date there is no recorded information, which will eventually lead to bulk sampling of the Limestone body. Tenure location and access Theses tenures are located approximately 27 km north / east of the town of Port Renfrew B.C. and 22 km south / west of the village of Lake Cowichan B.C. both of which are located on south western Vancouver Island. The tenure is a large mountain of what historic minfile reports suggest is a massive body of limestone with intrusions of iron magnetite. The limestone body extends for several thousand meters in length and also at width. These mineral tenures are located within private lands owned by Timber West Forest Limited. (Owners of the surface rights). A mineral access agreement is in place between Timber West and Le Baron Prospecting {Mineral Access Agreement with Timber West, file#Phillips ). 7 Regional Geology X Le Baron Prospecting The limestone in the area is of the Upper Triassic Quatsino Formation, Vancouver Group is broken up into five major northwest trending masses by a network of west-northwest and north trending faults. The limestone masses, up to 3 kilometers in length and 1 kilometer in width, occur over a northeast-southwest distance of 3 kilometers. The limestone in individual fault blocks generally strikes west-northwest and dips 20 to 80 degrees north. The various masses are composed of fine grained, dark grey to black limestone that weathers medium to light grey. The limestone is generally high calcium in composition, although a few magnesium limestone beds are present. Siliceous protrusions are sometimes displayed on weathered surfaces. A chip sample taken every 6.1 meters along 152 meters of outcrop contained per cent CaO, 1.00 per cent MgO, 0.39 per cent insoluble's 0.16 per cent R203, 0.07 per cent Fe203, less than 0.01 per cent MnO, 0.02 per cent P205, per cent sulphur and per cent ignition loss (Minister of Mines Annual Report 1966, page 270). The Limestone in areas of the tenures is also underlain by diorite of the Paleozoic and/or Mesozoic West Coast Complex. The diorite is in contact along irregular boundaries with crystalline limestone of the Upper Triassic Quatsino Formation, Vancouver Group. In places the limestone is cut by tongues of diorite, which have locally been altered to nearly solid garnet. Regional Carbonates The Quatsino Limestone (J.A Muller- 1971) is composed almost exclusively of high -calcium limestone. The limestone is mostly dark grey with some limestone being almost dark blue. In some areas the limestone is bleached almost pure white by heat. Some of the limestone in the formation can contain magnesium and is mostly dolomitize in areas of the exploration. The Quatsino Formation is made up of massive, usually thick beds of limestone, the formation in this area is striking north to a north / west direction, and dipping at several angles throughout the area of exploration within these tenures. Skarn mineralization is usually associated with the Quatsino Formation when found in areas of contact with the volcanic rocks. Throughout the tenures there are numerous intrusive dykes which are intruding the limestone sequences. This dyke and sill complexes are andesitic rock (this assemblage is typically dominated by plagioclase plus pyroxene and/or hornblende). This intrusive indicates that these dykes and sills may be part of a much deeper formation which may intrude the volcanic basement rock and limestone. The intrusive are related and are usually aligned along the faults. Also associated with these intrusive are small bodies of copper ore.? Usually deposits of this nature may be minable if the volume is proven. 4

8 The limestone deposit geology K Le Baron Prospecting The Harris Creek Limestone's main body of this deposit lies mostly upon the upper reaches of this tenure however in areas previously explored it goes much further. The main body of this deposit lies (UTM co-ordinates) in the south part of the tenure UTM E x N to the northern portion of the tenure boundary UTM E x N. This gives for the most part a distance of 3250 meters north of the southern boundary. The width of this deposit (some measurement to date due to topographic conditions) varies from a few hundred meters to over 2000 meters in the north. The limestone is similar in mineralization throughout this deposit. The limestone of calcium is medium to fine grained and usually course grained. The color variations differ from grey to dark grey to almost dark blue. The extensive recrystallization of the limestone makes it difficult to define the stratigraphy. The southern part of the tenure along the roadside there is distinct banding which corresponds to the original layering of the Quatsino Formation, and in the northern part of the tenures the limestone is more in block formation, indicating that more faulting occurred in this area. To the immediate north / west the geological formation is different with a massive basalt formation. Minability of the limestone deposit The Harris Creek Limestone deposit is held by mineral tenures to the Province of British Columbia. The tenures are 100% owned by Scott Phillips of Le Baron Prospecting. This limestone deposit holds minable reserves. I conducted in June of 2008 (ARIS report # 30518) a preliminary resource estimate in a small portion of tenure # , (see below) This suggests a preliminary resource estimate at: 400m* x 600m* x 80 meters thick x 3m cubic / tone = 19,000,000 tones of limestone for economic purposes. The possibility of the Limestone body being much greater in size or a possibility of less potential depends of the results of test drilling. Though, potential for more tonnage is a strong possibility. The mapping also suggests the limestone outcropping along the main road is a good start for testing. A diamond drilling program may prove the limestone is much thicker; therefore, projected tonnage may be much greater. However, one of the most important considerations is the steepness of the ridges; this would have to necessitate numerous benches in order to reduce wall height. Also there must be consideration given to what to do with the intrusive rock. Future consideration must consider the above mentioned situations. Transportation of the material The tenure provides easy access, the existing roads are in good shape, with one small bridge which is currently load restricted to 25 tons (to be replaced by Timber West due to future logging in the area in 2010). Overall, with consideration of the topography and the vast mineralization, the deposit is minable. 5

9 Exploration overview K Le Baron Prospecting As mentioned earlier in the introduction, these two tenures (#504668, #504670) are adjoining, and the work should have been filed as joint work and not as separate work reports. However this was the case and separate work had to be conducted on adjoining tenures even though the work is related to one project. The main objective of this exploration was to establish the size of the limestone body as it lies within these two tenures, by utilizing GPS survey lines. (Prior work was mainly exploration upon existing roads). Work within this program was conducted conducted over two periods commencing on April 17 th 2009 and ending on April 30 th During this exploration period several survey lines (see working maps) were commenced though the tenures which included a detailed sampling every 100 meters with some geochemical analysis conducted of some of the samples obtained. 22 Technical Information K Le Baron Prospecting Microscopic analysis of thin slice limestone samples: Objective - To study the thin slice limestone samples under a 40x microscope, to study a grain structure and analyze the crystal structure of the grains. Most samples studied the crystal structure was naked to the eye however under microscopic the structure was very different. Limestone is very susceptible to alteration by various mineralizing solutions. Valuable mineral deposits are associated with limestone. Some minerals formed in this manner are Barite, Calcite, Celestite, Fluorite, Galena, Gypsum. Beside thin slice analysis, solubility tests were conducted on most of the samples obtained and the results are found within the technical section of the report and each sample obtained. 30 Conclusions X Le Baron Prospecting The Harris Creek Limestone deposit is a minable reserve. The purity of the limestone (average of 54% Ca) meets within the expectable industrial needs for the making of concrete products. Another alternative is the potential for dimension stone products. Moving forwards, Le Baron Prospecting will continue to explore the possibility of this deposit to prove its full potential for industrial purposes. Also to explore the possibility of future options of other who are very interested in this deposit? A full scale feasibility study and discussions with all the regulatory bodies of the Energy and Mines is warranted for the future growth of this deposit.
