Claim and Data Gathering Overview The Vergo Placer Claims encompass a large portion of the suspected subsurface drainage systems surrounding the historic Camp McKinney and Waterloo mines. This area, especially the current path of both Rock Creek and McKinney Creek, has been explored and mined for placer gold for more than a century, and this was the site of one of the earliest gold rushes in British Columbia history. In addition, Regional GeoChemical Surveys available online from BCGS Geology also indicated high gold values from soil samples on Rock Creek and several of the streams in the surrounding area. Other factors that contributed to the selection of this area for exploration and development included proximity to roads and power and a lack of conflicting interests. The majority of the claim is not privately owned, although legacy placer claims and mineral claims overlap in some areas especially in the area of the original underground mines. The claims covered by this scope of work are owned and operated by Phil Bedard. The tenure numbers for the overall group of adjacent claims are , , , and and they are outlined in red on the index map in this report. The specific claims upon which these investigations were performed were and These specific claims are also identified on Plan Map A on page 8 of this report. Access to the claims is via Mount Baldy Road on the west side of Rock (or Jolly) Creek, approximately 60km east of Osoyoos on Hiway 3. There is a substantial system of non-maintained forestry and mining trails throughout the claims, and these typically require varying degrees of preparation or maintenance for safe usage during placer exploration. Main access to the areas where the radar work was performed in this study are approximately 7.5 km north of Hiway 3 on Mount Baldy Road near the intersection with the west end of Fish Lake road. For this particular scope of work there was no need to clear trails or roadways. The existing network of trails and roads were sufficient for 4x4 access and then the lines of radar data were collected on foot. Many of the areas where data was collected, however, were especially overgrown and covered with deadfall on fairly steep banks of apparent glacially deposited overburden. This increased the data gathering time, both due to the need to traverse obstacles more slowly for safety as well as readjusting radar system settings between lines to optimize for the varying expected depths to suspected channels through overburden. Vergo April 2015 Radar Report Page 4

Approximately 4.7 km of 50 MHz radar data was gathered on April These paths were roughly pre-selected to use the most apparently traversable ground based on readily-available satellite data and pre-data gathering orientation and line layout. These lines were intended for preliminary subsurface mapping of the suspected channel where from where it had been noted during previous scans. Indications of this portion had been noted during mapping of suspected channels related to the McKinney/Rice Creek subsurface system in October of On April 9 approximately 4.3 km of 50 MHz radar data was gathered east and south of the April 9 lines. The depth of the radar data was set variably depending upon the terrain and suspected overburden and subsurface conditions. Some of the lines gathered wandered outside of the claim boundary due to terrain and easy road access. The data was not omitted from this report, however the applied cost was adjusted to account for this overage. These lines did not cross onto any other known claims. The purpose of the Ground-penetrating Radar (GPR) survey was to gather supporting data for the hypothesis that Stanhope and Rock Creeks once flowed south into the existing Rice Creek, possibly carrying placer gold from sources such as the Victoria, Old England, and Lemon historical workings in a now covered channel. As mentioned above, indications of this channel had been found during previous radar studies of this property, and it appeared to converge with an apparent large subsurface channel on the west side of Mount Baldy Road. Overall approximately 9 km of radar data was gathered, analyzed and prepared for reporting and further exploration work. This exploration could include a drilling and sampling program in identified target areas. N Current to the writing of this report, enough preliminary data has now been gathered to support the probability that now-buried channels converge from both the Camp McKinney workings and the upper reaches of Stanhope/Rock Creek. It would be reasonable to investigate this probability further based on the data from this and other radar studies. N Vergo April 2015 Radar Report Page 5

Radar Equipment, Methods, and Ground Conditions 50 MHz radar data was gathered by a crew of two technicians towing the radar transducer across the targeted areas by foot. Non-differential GPS tracks were gathered to assist with real time line layouts. A Real Time Kinematic (RTK) positioning system was also used to embed coordinates in the radar data for future reference and evaluation. For this study the 50MHz Rough Terrain Antenna made by MALÅ Geoscience was used. The transmitter and receiver are both contained in a single, snake-like unit. The system operates at 50MHz with trace spacing based on elapsed time. For all of the data in this survey, the X3M/CU-II control module was connected to a Spectral Precision SP80 GNSS Receiver. The SP80 is a next generation GNSS RTK Receiver capable of tracking all GNSS constellations. Combining the 240-Channel 6G ASIC and the Z-Blade GNSS-centric features allow for the highest possible resolution. For data gathering as well as initial setup the MobileMapper 20 with Survey Pro software were used. The Mobile Mapper 20 is a field ruggedized, IP67 field computer build specifically with rugged environments in mind. Setup of GNSS constellation, RTK and RS232 communication as well as other advanced settings are all controlled via the Survey Pro Software package. All depth measurements were based on an estimated radar velocity for the expected soil type. For the purposes of this survey, all depths were relative rather than absolute and intended to be verified and corrected in the future through other forms of testing such as drilling. Specifically, depth was indicated by nanoseconds corresponding to the signal travel time to and from the radar unit. Based on the estimated soil conditions, a depth approximation in meters was also provided by the radar unit, and this was used to estimate the depth to specific located subsurface features. On the surface, there appears to be an abundance of overlying glacial till in all areas, which is typically excellent material for radar penetration. No bedrock was noted. The topography, as shown on the index map, is variable and is generally comprised of ridges and hollows, likely glacially deposited. Both surface evidence and subsurface data indications show mixed-size material ranging from sand to cobbles to boulders. Overall the materials appeared to be mixed with the exception of the open flats in seasonally wet pockets in the bush and the fields at the Kirkham residence. Vergo April 2015 Radar Report Page 6

Areas of obvious horizons, boulders or cobbles, bedrock, channel contours and other indicators were noted for consideration for future exploration. The following geological sketch map (Figure 3) is taken from the 2007 Boundary Project: McKinney Creek (NTS 82E/03) and Beaverdell (NTS 82E/06E, 07W, 10W, 11W) Areas, South-Central British Columbia by N.W.D. Massey and A. Duffy. A red star has been added onto the geological sketch map to roughly correspond to the geographical centre coordinates on the index map of this report. Apart from this addition, the sketch map is included as it appears in Geological Fieldwork 2007, Paper Additional features such as Rock Creek, McKinney Creek and the main roads can be used for orientation as needed. 11 Data and Diagrams Figure 3: Sample Radar Data HORIZONS HYPERBOLAS/ ATTENUATION/HOMOGENEOUS MIXED MATERIALS APPARENT WATER SATURATION This figure is an example of 50MHz radar data gathered during this survey. The salient features include subsurface horizons or layers, apparent water saturation, and hyperbolas indicating features such as boulders or tree roots. Below noted features, there are no distinct features due to attenuation or a homogeneous matrix. The April radar data is provided in its entirety in the appendix to this report. The depth in the data is given in nanoseconds, which is the most accurate representation of signal return. Any depth estimates are based on an estimated velocity and are intended to be verified during further testing as required. Distances along the ground were not taken from legend across the bottom of the data. Real-time RTK tags were employed instead and transferred as waypoints to Garmin MapSource and Google Earth Pro. Trace and position coordinates are included for noted features in the results tables of this report. Vergo April 2015 Radar Report Page 9

GPR Survey Results The following results are taken directly from the data files captured by the MALÅ X3M/CU-II control module connected to the Spectral Precision SP80 GNSS Receiver. The "Depth" and "Noted Signatures/Indications" columns were added by the radar technician for analysis, and specify the approximate depth to and description of the significant or typical apparent feature described. As mentioned previously, the depth is set deeper for lines that followed ridges to penetrate better through the overburden. In general, the greater depth scans followed the apparent glacial deposit hills and the shallower scans traversed hillsides and hollows. The heavy overburden, deadfall water saturated areas and other sources of interference created unique challenges in this terrain. Overall, however, instances of channel signatures were noted corresponding to the expected subsurface channels. In earlier scans, the there were indications of possible subsurface connections between the seasonal lake above the Kirkham property and the wet flats around their fields. There appeared to faint signatures of these features as well, however it was extremely difficult to adjust the contrast and filters in the data for optimal presentation in a single image format for the purposes of this report. Some start/stop lines did not contain significant amounts of data and are not included in the appendix of this report. Vergo April 2015 Radar Report Page 11
