5 Trouble shooting guide I V player is stuck; buttons and remote controller are invalid; picture is frozen or blurred auses: (i) bend or scratched disc (ii) environment temperature exceeds 0- (iii) improper operations (iv) violent electricity interference Solutions: Switch the player and start again II III IV No picture, no sound, no indicators auses: power supply faults: (i) improper connection of power plug (ii) power voltage is out of the range of 0V-0V (iii) fuse is broken Solutions: (i) exclude man-made faults (ii) heck part (iii) heck I (iv) check I or short circuit in output The player works properly except no picture and no sound causes: faults may come from audio /, audio circuits solutions: (i) check if there are signal outputs in P, P,P,P,P of ZR; if no, ZR does not work (ii) heck if there are audio inputs in each input root; if no, / or audio power is down (iii) check if there are signal output in each output root the player works properly, except no picture or bad picture causes: faults may come from video / or video circuits solutions: (i) check if there are digital signal outputs from PIN- - roots in ZR; if no, ZR does not work properly (ii) check if there is video signal output in PM0 (iii) output circuits works improperly V the discs can be loaded but can not be read; picture is normal causes: faults may come from laser head or servo parts solutions: (i) clean laser head (ii) change laser head or loader
