i SUMMARY This report documents work done by Eagle Peak Resources Inc in 2013 on the Jacobie prospect. Work comprised metres of diamond drilling in three holes on the Jacobie property eastt of Jacobie Lake, British Columbia. Holes were designed to test a zone of chalcocite-rich rocks trending northwest from the original trenches near Jacobie Mountain. No mineralization was observed during the program.. Expenditures total $ 83,692.

1 INTRODUCTION This report documents work done by Eagle Peak Resources Inc in 2013 on the Jacobie prospect area, part of a large claim block collectively known as the Miocene project. Work comprised 600.1metres of diamond drilling in three holes to test previous work. Results of the program are detailed herein and recommendations made for continuing work. Expenditures total $ 83,692. Work was paid for by Eagle Peak Resources. LOCATION The Jacobie property lies in the Cariboo Mining Division on map sheet 093A/12 (Figure 1). The prospect lies east of Jacobie Lake 20 km southwest of Likely. It is reached via the Jacobie Lake public road 7 km from the Likely Highway. The claims lie in the Quesnel Highlands physiographic region of the Interior Plateau which is characterized by numerous lakes, broad valleys and low rolling hills and rocky escarpments. Local vegetation consists of pine, spruce, birch, alder and poplar interspersed with meandering streams, shallow lakes, grasslands and boggy wetlands. Glacial till, often thick, predominates and outcropping bedrock, generally Roche moutonee and rocky rubble, is rare. CLAIMS The Property consists of ten mineral tenures covering an area of 1063 hectares (Figure 2, Table 1). Expiry dates assume the work documented herein is accepted for assessment requirements. Work was filed on October 1, 2013 under event # Work was completed between September 2, 2013 and September 28, 2013 under Mine Permit MX and was ongoing throughout that period. All claims are in good standing until April 30, 2015.

3 HISTORY Placer and bedrock exploration of the region began with the discovery or placer gold deposits in Subsequent placer discoveries were made at Cedar Creek, Antler Creek, Keithley Creek and along the Quesnel River. The Likely- Horsefly region was extensively prospected. Government sponsored airborne geophysical surveys and regional geochemical surveys prompted extensive exploration activity. The QR gold deposit was discovered in 1975 and the Mount Polley mine, a few kilometers to the east of the claim area, was discovered in 1966 and commenced production in The area west of Mount Polley in the vicinity of the Jacobie claims has been explored by Milestone Mines (1966), Silver City Petroleum (1967), Lecmac Mines Ltd (1973), Dome Exploration and Newconex (1975), Quintanna Resources (1976), Hennesy Resource Corp. (1984), Pamicon Developments Ltd. (1991), White Channel Resources Inc. (1993)and Navarre Resource Corp. (1996). Globex Mining Enterprises prospected the Jacobie showing in 1994 and 1996 completing a program of geological mapping, magnetometer surveying and extensive trenching including excavation of the main showing area. Further mapping and geochemical soil sampling was done by Phelps Dodge Corporation in 2000 (Kulla, 2001). Eagle Peak Resources completed a follow-up soil and rock sampling program in 2011 (Fox, 2011). 11 5 REGIONAL GEOLOGY The Miocene claim group lies along the Central Quesnel Terrane, a complex continentmargin basin forming a regional synclinal structure west of the North American plate during the Triassic-Jurassic (Panteleyev, 1996). Oldest strata are black shale, argillite, siltstone and sandstone of Middle Triassic age. These rocks underlie much of the Miocene claim area. Overlying this older unit are basaltic pillow lava and breccia of Norian age and still younger fault-bounded blocks of Lower Jurassic felsic breccia. Extensive beds of Jurassic pebble conglomerate, shale, siltstone and sandstone with thin red bed units underlie the southwest corner of the Miocene claim area. These rocks are cut by numerous Cretaceous granitic bodies and are overlain by extensive flat lying Chilcotin group basalt flows of Miocene age. Regional geology of the Jacobie area is given in Figure 3. GEOLOGY The Jacobie claims are underlain by grey and maroon basaltic flows and breccia of the Nicola Group (Figure 4). Felsic breccia (Lower Jurassic?) overlies these rocks to the east with local beds of limestone and greywacke (Bailley 1990). Irregular zones of maroon basalt underlie the summits of Jacobie Mountain and low ridges to the west near Jacobie Lake, some mineralized with zones of chalcocite and native copper. A pinkish quartz porphyry dike is exposed on the access road leading south along the east shore of Jacobie Lake. Other dikes were intersected in holes13-2 and 3. MINERALIZATION Mineralization consists of veinlets and stringers of chalcocite, covellite and minor native copper dispersed throughout a grey-green basalt breccia exposed on a low ridge west of Jacobie Mountain (Fox, 2011). This area was trenched in 1996 and backfilled at that time. However rubble and spoil remain showing large amounts of malachite- and azurite-stained talus that marks the old trench areas.

7 WORK PROGRAM The 2013 program comprised m of diamond drilling in three holes north and west of the historic prospects near Jacobie Mountain. A drill plan is given in Figure 5. Drilling was performed by Atlas Drilling of Kamloops BC using a LGG2 track-mounted portable unit designed and manufactured by Atlas. The drill rig is designed to be a portable, small footprint unit to minimize environmental disturbance. Setups were established on existing logging roads minimizing overall disturbance. NQ core was recovered and logged at the Company core facility east of Gavin Lake a few kilometres from the property. Core was not sampled at this time. Drill logs are given in Appendix I and cross sections in Appendix ll. Work was done under permit MX RESULTS Holes 1,2 and 3 cored inlayered units of massive grey and maroon basalt of the Nicola Group (unit 2 of Bailey, 1990) and thin bedded redbed sandstones and mudstones. These rocks comprise augite-plagioclase porphyritic rocks composed of 35% euhedral augite phenocrysts and 20% tabular plagioclase phenocrysts set in a fine grained maroon matrix. Vesicular zones are common, usually filled with calcite and pinkish zeolite. Clay and brown carbonate alteration is common. No mineralization was noted during the drilling program. Core was not sampled at this time CONCLUSIONS AND RECOMMENDATIONS.The basalt units cored during the current program are barren of chalcocite mineralization. No further work along the mineralized trend west of Jacobie Mountain is warranted at this time. However the north target area, which returned rock samples assaying 5.4% copper (Fox 2011), was not tested during the current program and remains a possible target area for future work.
