5 History The property is part of the Elt. Sicker Camp which has had a history of sporadic mining activity since The Tyee mine adjacent to the Nugget Creek Group produced 305,787 tons of 3/31.% Cu, 7.51.% Zn, oz/ton Au and 2.75 oz/ton Ag from The Nugget Creek Group was part of the lit. Sicker property when!it. Sicker!lines Lttl. was formed in In Ducanex made a reconnaissance geolngicd. map of the area and drilled 866 feet in two diamond drill. holes on the Queen Bee and Seattle claims. The claims were staked by the present owners Dr. P. Postuk and Elr. S. B. Fdton of Duncan and were optioned in by S.E.R.E.N. Ltd. S.E.R.E.N. geo1nogicall.y mapped, sofl. sampled and ran VLF and some DEEPEN on the property. They drllled 4 holes totalling 591. metres testing geoptiydcd. responses. S.E.R.E.N. dropped the option in when they pdled out of the entire Eft. Sicker area. WORK DONE (].7(January)). One diamond drill. hole has been completed on tlie Seattle Claim The hole was clrilled a total. of metres and was of BQ size. TECHNICAL DATA The hole was drilled to test the western strike extent of sd.pllide mineralization found 200 metres east of tlie Iiola. The hole encountered 35.4 metres of mixed andesite-rhyolite and then metres of quartz diorite. The hole was stopped at metres. Core is stored at Hykawy Road, Duncan, B. C.
