EXECUTIVE SUMMARY The Klow property covers part of the Cache Creek complex and consists of obducted ultramafics, associated intrusive, volcanic and sedimentary rocks, and a Cretaceous intrusion (Mitchell Batholith). The ultramafics were episodically serpentinized and deformed, and host natural occurring Ni-Fe alloys called awaruite. Fieldwork in 2010 consisted of regional mapping of the Klow property. Rock and silt samples were also collected throughout the property. Medium to coarse awaruite and composite grains, which are a mixture of awaruite and Ni-rich sulphides, are disseminated within the serpentinized harzburgite. Follow up fieldwork in 2011 will include detailed mapping and sampling of known awaruite occurrences, as well as an airborne or ground magnetic survey. 2

1. INTRODUCTION 1.1 Background The claim group known as Klow was first staked by First Point Minerals Corp. on March 6 th Four of the original claims were dropped on March 6 th 2010, while three new ones were staked on April 15 th The claims cover a total area of 3545 ha. They have been staked to explore and evaluate the potential of Ni-Fe alloys hosted in the ultramafic rocks. 1.2 Location and Access The Klow Property is located approximately 120 km northwest of Fort St. James in Central British Columbia (Figure 1) within the Mitchell Range. The property is located north of Middle River, south of Tsayta Lake, and approximately 12 kilometers east of Takla Lake. Primary access to the property is via forestry service roads and helicopter. A CN rail line is located approximately 12 km west of the Klow claim boundary, running along the east shore of Takla Lake. Figure 1: Location map of the Klow property in central British Columbia. 6
1.3 Claim Data This assessment report covers eleven claims (listed in Table 1) for a total area of approximately 40 square kilometers. Claims are located on Figure 2, centered on coordinates N, W, or 337,934 E, 6,143,399N (zone 10, NAD83) on NTS map 93 N/4. 8 Figure 2: Location of Klow claims with tenure numbers that correlate to Table History Since 1949, various individuals (Armstrong, 1949) and groups (ie. Imperial Metals) have explored the Klow Property area for chrome, platinum and gold. Chrome and chrome spinels were investigated in the Cache Creek Group, which includes the Klow Property area (Whittaker, 1983). In 1987 Imperial Metals conducted exploration work to the west and within the Klow property, including prospecting, mapping, and geochemical soil and rock surveys (Taylor, 1987, Assessment Report 16095). Few samples of peridotite returned anomalous Ni. Imperial Metals did no further follow up. 8
FPM initially staked 12 claims in the area on March 6, 2009 with the intention of exploring for disseminated Ni-Fe alloy mineralization. Eight of these claims were renewed, while three others were acquired on April 15 th 2010 (Figure 2). 1.5 Current Work Geologists Ron Britten and Marie-des-Neiges Gagnon and field assistants Garth Thomson and Ian Carr explored the Klow property for five days (July 2 nd to 6 th ). Regional exploration involved silt and rock sampling and geological mapping. A portable XRF Niton NLp 502 Analyzer (Niton) was instrumental to guide rock sampling in the field, analyzing rock samples for Ni content (Appendix I). Sample 07KNB007 (analyzed by ACME, returned 2561 ppm nickel) was the standard used to check the Niton with a reading taken about every 20 sample analyses. Garmin 60 GPS units, using projection NAD 83, Zone 10, were directly downloaded into a computer using the Garmin Map Source application, and copied into excel spreadsheets. The sample ID and location were later matched with corresponding technical data pertaining to rock and silt sample locations and sample mineralogy (Appendices I and II). The data was imported into MapInfo for spatial plotting. Additional forestry roads were surveyed by GPS and imported into MapInfo. All other technical outcrop, structural and interpretation was compiled with excel and graphically displayed using MapInfo. 9
2. REGIONAL GEOLOGY The Klow Property covers a portion of the Cache Creek Complex. The Complex likely represents part of an obducted or imbricated sequence of upper Paleozoic to lower Mesozoic oceanic rocks that was significantly deformed and sheared. Four litho-tectonic units have been defined by Schiarizza and MacIntyre (1998) in the Cache Creek Complex. Two of these units are within or adjacent to the Klow claims, namely the Trembleur Ultramafics and Permian-Jurassic phyllite-chert unit. The older Trembleur ultramafic units represent mantle and crustal portions of an ophilolite sequence (Figure 3). Lithologies of the Trembleur Ultramafic Unit are dominated by pyroxene phyric peridotites, with lesser fine grained ultramafics and dunites. These rock types show various overprinting styles of alteration dominated by serpentinization. Other litholigies belonging to the Cache Creek terrane include the Sitlika Assemblage. This rock package is dominated by phyllites and limestones that are Permian to Lower Jurassic in age (Figure 3). The older Cache Creek rocks are intruded by younger tonalite, granodiorite and granite intrusions belonging to the Mitchell Batholith, and are inferred to be Cretaceous in age (MacIntyre and Schiarizza, 1999). Many geological contacts in the area are thrust faults or local shear zones formed during obduction (Figure 3). These features are cross cut by cryptic right-lateral strike slip faults, and bisect northwest regional trending faults (MacIntyre and Schiarizza, 1999). These fault networks generate structurally complex geological contacts and may have provided higher permeability to allow for pervasive serpentinization in the ultramafic belt. South of the Klow Property, Schiarizza and MacIntyre (1998) recognized a regional westverging open antiform in addition to minor warps and buckling formed during imbrication of the Cache Creek terrane. This open antiform is truncated to the east by younger Cache Creek meta-sediments and volcanics. The northern contact appears to be poorly defined and may offer potential for further exploration. 10
Figure 3: Regional geology map (MacIntyre and Schiarizza, 1999) and Klow claim group. 11
3. PROPERTY GEOLOGY 3.1 Units In Figure 4, geology was compiled from previous work by Taylor (1987), MacIntyre and Schiarizza (1999) and by First Point Minerals during the 2010 field season. At the Klow property, the Trembleur ultramafic unit measures approximately 6 km northwest and 3 km in width. They are the oldest units on the property and consist of peridotite, lesser fine grained ultramafics and relatively minor dunite. Dark green-black peridotite contains 10-30% medium grained pyroxenes set in a fine to medium grained, mostly relict olivine rich matrix that is variably serpentinized. This rock type is typically micro-fractured, and probably allowed for moderate to strong serpentinization or Fecarbonate/silicification alteration. The east boundary of the ultramafic belt is in fault contact with the Sitlika Assemblage, a massive package of north-northwest trending metavolcanics and metasediments. In the southern end of the Klow claims fine grained gabbro intrusions that range from 5-10 meter wide dikes, and up to 50 meter long sills that trend northwest and east. Other semi-continuous dikes measure approximately 100 meters long and are elongate to the north-northeast. Differentiating fine grained gabbros verses metavolcanics can be difficult. The gabbro or microdiorite contains fine to medium grained sub-euhedral feldspar and ferromagnesian minerals, dominated by amphibole group minerals. The youngest rocks on the property consist of coarse grained granodiorite from the Mitchell Batholith. 12
Figure 4: Klow property geology map. 13
3.2 Structure Micro-fractures in hand sample indicate that the ultramafics underwent multiple breakage and brecciation events prior to and during serpentinization but are difficult to recognize in outcrops. 3.3 Alteration Two dominant types of alteration are present on the Klow property; serpentinization and Fe-carbonate/silicification. Moderate to strong serpentinization consists mainly of widespread lizardite and chrysotile. Most olivine and pyroxene were altered to serpentine and secondary magnetite, awaruite and local sulphide composite grains. An alteration assemblage of Fe-carbonate/silicification occurs to the southeast portion of the claim boundary. This alteration is spatially associated with small feldspar-porphyry intrusions, and pegmatitic granite. Some of these smaller plutonic rock bodies have been altered to sericite, chlorite and carbonate(s) with magnetite or pyrite (Taylor, 1987). 3.4 Mineralization Awaruite mineralization exists in 2 different styles: fine grained ( microns) disseminated awaruite, and larger composite grains of awaruite associated with millerite, pentlandite, heazlewoodite and magnetite. 4. GEOCHEMISTRY 4.1 Rocks During the 2010 field season, 68 rock samples were collected from outcrops as hand samples (Figures 5 and 6). 18 samples were analyzed with the portable Niton XRF for the total Ni values, and 8 samples were sent to Acme Laboratories for detailed analyses (Appendix I). The analytical technique used by acme to analyze the rock samples consists of a strong multi-acid digestion of most minerals combined to an ICP-ES analysis (package 1E). Rock sample locations are presented in Figures 5 and 6, and correspond to descriptions in Appendix I. Six samples of the central zone of the Klow property show awaruite grains ranging from size 1 to 3 (Figure 7). In four samples, awaruite occurs in association with sulphides. 18 samples were analyzed with the portable Niton XRF for their Ni content (Appendix I). The Ni values obtained with the Niton range from 1294 ppm to 2423 ppm (Figure 8). All those samples are located in the central zone of the Klow property. Eight samples were sent to Acme Laboratories and were analyzed for total Ni (Appendix I). The values range from 1894 ppm to 2897 ppm (Figure 9). The highest Ni values com from samples located in the central zone of the property. 14

4.2 Stream sediments Seven stream sediment samples were collected during the 2010 field season (Figures 10 and 11). All the samples were sent to Acme Laboratories to analyze their Ni content (Appendix II). Acme sieves the samples with a 80 µm mesh. The analytical technique used by acme to analyze the rock samples consists of a strong multi-acid digestion of most minerals combined to an ICP-ES analysis (package 1E). The Ni values range from 188 ppm to 1210 ppm (Figure 12). The highest values come from samples located in the central zone of the property. 37 5. CONCLUSIONS The Klow property is part of the Cache Creek Complex, which consists of obducted ultramafic rocks. These ultramafics have been episodically serpentinized and deformed. Exploration works have highlighted a zone containing medium to coarse Ni-Fe alloys and composite grains consisting of a mixture of awaruite and Ni-rich sulphides. Awaruite grains are disseminated within moderately to strongly serpentinized harzburgite. Overdurden covers an important part of the lower elevation of the property. 6.0 RECOMMENDATIONS FOR FUTURE WORK Follow up fieldwork in 2011 will include detailed mapping and rock sampling around known awaruite occurrences in the central zone of the property. The objectives of this detailed mapping are to define the full extent of awaruite in outcrop, map the grain size of awaruite and define the areas with the best grade. One or two kilos samples will also be collected for metallurgic tests. An airborne or ground magnetic survey will be processed to evaluate the usefulness of this technique for mapping the awaruite occurrences. 7.0 EXPENDITURES Expenditures for the 2010 field season at the Klow property include mapping and sampling (table 2). These expenditures total 23,717.22$. 37
