2 The Company The CBC Mineração Ltda is a company of BETONITA group created to develop this project copper. It s a solid group in the brasilian market very present in construction companies providing various market inputs such as sand, gravel and high quality concrete for use in contruction.

3 Introduction This project started from regional investigations with indications of mineralization of copper ore; After the indicative elements, broke the scientific research to back up the visuals; Follow along this presentation the results.

4 Localization The research area are adjacent to the big copper production of Mineração Caraíba S/a discovered in 1874 and in operation since Wrapped in a favorable geological context, the project seeks to assess for a future economic exploitation. The project are located in the municipality of Jaguarari, in the region called Vale do Curaça, northem of the State of Bahia. 8 Local Geology The typology of the deposit is related to mafic- ultramafic intrusions in cratonic areas. Throughout the mapped area found this scenario that clearly expresses what the regional geology argues in its various literatures. The constant presence of sulfides, and other malachite indicative geological argue that the consistency of this deposit. Among various geochemical associations have results with Fe, Ca, S, Na, K. The evidence is proven in points described below and in their pictures that follow. The Mining Right NS is located in the same direction that all operations are located Caraíba Mining S / a. The copper mineralization in the River Valley are part of the thermal evolution of the orogen nortre segment Itabuna-Salvador-Curaçá, who spent the range from 2.6 to 1.8 Ga. The set of data, both on a regional scale as in deposits, reveals the high complexity of this type of ore, which preserves traces of inherited characteristics and formation processes of successive modifiers. Preliminary data led to the conclusion that the host rock of our deposit of copper are mafic / ultramafic rocks all duly recorded by photographs and thin sections.

9 Concluding Remarks Presence of basic and ultrabasic rocks; Sulphides and copper oxides (malachite and azurite) comproved by outcrops; Presence of mineral Malachite, Chalcopyrite and Pyrrhotite in the mineralogy characterization; Shear zones associated with basic-ultrabasic rocks Rocks with low potassium concentration indicating the presence of ocean basins (OISC); Evidences of other metals such as chromium, gold, nickel and tungsten not yet verified in the field.

10 Mapping 76 (seventy six) points were mapped over mining right for identification of their local geology and continue to defend the presence of copper ore.

11 Geochemistry Chemical tests were made on the "Brazil Intertek" laboratories. This laboratory is certified internationally was chosen to not compromise the results of the work. All samples were prepared and homogenized in PR01 standards. The analysis used the, GA01, GA51 and FA50AUPP methods. PR01 Description: Rock Preparation and Testimony (Routine "150 #) drying, crushing to 2mm, homogenization, quartering, spray 250g to 300g sample of steel mill to 95% - 150mesh. GA01 Description: Determination of Cu by digestion with Água Régia / AAS. Lower Limit: 10 Upper Limit: 5000 Unit: PPM GA51 Description: Determination of Cu by digestion with acids 4 / AAS. Lower Limit: Upper Limit: 30 Unit:% Description FA50AuPP: Determination of Au, Pd and Pt by AA or ICP (Fusion 50g). Au Lower Limit: 5 Upper Limit: 20,000 Unit: PPB. Pd Lower Limit: 5 Upper Limit: 20,000 Unit: PPB. Pt Lower Limit: 20 Upper Limit: 20,000 Unit: PPB Description : Determination of parameters 31 for 4 acid / ASA. ICP / OES. Ag, Al, Ba, Be, Bi, Ca, Cd, Co, Cr, Cu, Fe, Ga, K, La, Mg, Mn, Mo, Na, Nb, Ni, P, Pb, S, Sb, Sn, Sr, Ti, U, V, W and Zn.

Geophysics 30 (Thirty) geophysical profiles were made delimiting na area of 1,600.00 x 1,600.

19 Geophysics 30 (Thirty) geophysical profiles were made delimiting na area of 1, x 1,600.00m, completing a total of 256ha to start the process of mining the mineral-ore. This information allows us to select fifty-four (54) holes so we can cube the ore from this area and complete the final report to deliver to DNPM.
