3 Introduction The central focus of the this program was to prospect gold mineralization in the north west part of Lebel and southwest part of Morrisette Townships. The claims covered in this report are L and L Claim L , a single unit which the northern half is in Morrisette Twp. and the southern half is in Lebel Twp. Mining claim L a 9 unit, is located to the east of L is in Morrisette Twp. The area has a long history of activity in later years, but no significant exploration programs have been carried out in recent years. This group of claims are of interest due to the fact that a number of north - east, south - west faults are known in the area. The Kirana fault is projected on to the subject claims, but has yet to be located. The Kirana fault is a gold bearing fault which ore grade material was located at the Kirana Mine l mile to the west. This area is perfect for prospecting due to the number of recent clear cuts. Location A Access The subject claims are located approximately 4 km north of the Town of Kirkland Lake. To access the claims, the airport road is used then a number of old dozer roads leading east to the claims are accessed. None of the old roads can support a truck, an ATV or walking is the only form of transportation to the claims. The Program Traversed lines using a compass, north south in direction were ran over mining claim L On the southern west boundary some out crops were located. One was a quartz porphyry and the other were Andesine. Most of claim L is covered by a spruce swamp. No mineralization was found at these outcrops. On the south western part of mining claim L the same pattern of compass lines were traversed in a north south direction. The area was recently clear cut and is prime for prospecting.

4 The Program contd. In area # l a l foot sample was taken across a 6 cm white quartz vein striking N 92 degrees East. It is located 8 metres north of the # l post of claim L Only minor sulfides were noticed. Sample # M-L Nil g/t In area # 2 a Andesite shear was located at the southern edge of a glacial ridge. The shear is striking at N 30 degrees East and is only exposed for approximately l metre. Only minor sulphide was present. Sample # M-L Nil g/t. In area # 3 the ground is very low and flat. The outcrop that was located was uncovered by a skidder during recent logging operations. The rock is a Andesite shear striking at N 70 degrees East. The shear is very well mineralized and is only exposed is few places. A grub hole was used to obtain samples from this zone. A total of four samples were taken. Sample # M-L was taken 25 metres east of the main outcrop. It is an Andesite shear with 3 "/o fine sulfides. Nil g/t Sample M-L was take across.5 metres. The shear is well mineralized in this location g/t. Sample M-L , 2 metres south of M-L , l metre in width, Andesite shear, 3 07o sulfides, Nil g/t Sample M-L , l Metre south of M-L , l metre in width, Andesite shear, 2 *^o sulfides, Nil g/t

5 Conclusions Although the results of the sampling were poor, the area is truly under prospected. Since the recent logging operations the area is prime for a prospecting program. It is felt that this summer and fall the prospecting program will continue be fore the alders and brush grow in.
