3 INTRODUCTION 1 The following report will deal with the results of a preliminary prospecting program carried out on the Benoit Township Gold Property. This property consists of a single unit mining claim ( ) located in Benoit Township, Larder Lake Mining Division, Ontario (Figure #3). This work was supervised by Steven Anderson. A total of 2 days were spent by two individuals, in an attempt to relocate an old incline shaft reported to occur within the claim. A total of 6 grab samples were taken from the dump area around the shaft. The purpose of this program was to take samples from the shaft or dump area in an attempt to confirm the previously reported free gold values. This work was carried out on September 5th and 6th, This report will deal with the results of the preliminary prospecting program carried out on the above-mentioned property.

5 3 LOCATION AND ACCESS The Benoit Twp. Property consists of a single claim (1 unit) located in the south central portion of Benoit Township (Figure #2). The property has a legal description of, the northwest quarter of the north half of Lot 4, Concession 1, Benoit Township. The property is located approximately 20 km northwest of the town of Kirkland Lake, Ontario. Access to the work area was gained by taking Hwy 101north, to the Village of Borques. The east west road that accesses the village continues to the east and runs along the northern boundary of the claim (Figure #2). 6 PREVIOUS WORK 4 The first phase of exploration to be conducted by the claim holder. The following is a description of previous work carried out on the property as reported in OGS Report R-92, Page 19. R.S.Potter, 1920: In Benoit Township, concession 1, lot 4, northwest quarter, north half, a 40 foot incline shaft was collared on a quartz vein cutting mafic volcanic rocks. The quartz vein is 210 feet long and 1 foot wide (average). It strikes northeast and dips 45SW to almost horizontal. Along the footwall between the vein and the volcanic rocks is a felsite dike containing considerable pyrite and some galena. Native gold was seen in places. (Wright 1921, p.55) CLAIMS The area worked during this program focused on a single unit mining claim Located in Benoit Township, Larder Lake Marie Mining Division Mining Division. A total of 6 grab samples taken from the dump area around the incline shaft. The first day was spent travelling and prospecting the eastern portion of the claim. The second day the incline shaft was located and samples were taken from the dump area, located to the southeast of the shaft. The assay results can be found under appendix A of this report.

11 9 SURVEY RESULTS The following is a description of the 6 samples taken. All samples were taken from the dump area, Nad 83, Zone 17, mE, mN Mafic Volcanic with 2cm quartz vein, 2 % pyrite 2211 Mafic Volcanic with 2 % pyrite 2212 Mafic Volcanic with 10% pyrite 2213 Quartz with 2cm Mafic Volcanic, 5 % pyrite 2214 Mafic Volcanic with 2 % pyrite 2215 Mafic Volcanic with quartz and 5 % pyrite RECOMMENDATIONS AND CONCLUSIONS The prospecting program carried out on the Benoit Project was successful in locating the incline shaft on the property (Nad 83, Zone 17, mE, mN ) It was also successful in confirming the presence of gold, as reported by previous operators in Of the 6 samples taken, 3 contained anomalous values in gold that include 266ppb, 487ppb and 24.1 grams/ton. Sample 2213 shows the property has the potential to host a high grade deposit. At this point the property should be covered with a north-south grid and magnetometer and Induced Polarization surveys carried out. Base on the amount of sulphides present in and around the shaft area, the IP should respond well. Any anomalous zones should then be tested with diamond drilling.
