PROJECT DETAILS 1.1 PROJECT NAME This Project is known as the Elephant Head Property. 1.2 CLIENT West Hastings Street Vancouver, British Columbia Canada V6B 1N2 Telephone: Fax: LOCATION The Elephant Head Property is located in Connaught Township approximately 10km north-west of Shining Tree or 100km south of Timmins. 4 1.4 ACCESS The property is accessible by a logging road off of Hwy. 560 at km 37. The logging road heads north and starts approximately 400m south- west of Shining Tree. 1.5 GENERAL GEOLOGY The Elephant Head property lies in the south western portion of the Abitibi Greenstone Belt. Consolidated rocks in the area are of early, middle and late Precambrian age. The basement rocks are comprised of a suite of subalkalic to alkalic metavolcanics, interlayered with mafic to ultramafic rocks and both chemical and clastic metasediments. A diabase dyke trending north-west to north-east crosses the township cutting all rock units. Several major faults (sinistral wrenching faults) striking north to north-west pass through the region which are considered part of the Onaping Lineament (Mullan, 1994). 1.6 PREVIOUS WORK Pioneer Consultants put in 4 diamond drill holes, 3 near the main showing and 1 on the south side of Elephant Creek at an iron formation A prospector named Mclean drilled 6 shallow holes, 2 near the main showing and 4 on the south side of Elephant Creek testing an iron formation Royal Agassiz Mines blasted out a "new showing" said to assay 10.8% Cu, 4.9% oz/t Ag, 0.1 oz/t Au. In a massive sulphide section disseminated wall rock assayed 0.07 oz/t Au, 1.52 % Cu Texasgulf conducted HLEM and mag regional aerial surveys Timmins Gold assayed by Narex Ore Search reported 5.12% Cu over 8' width. October Onatip Mines Ltd had Narex Ore Search conduct geophysical surveys (Mag and VLF) showing moderate strength EM and strong mag-highs. December Actuate Resources Inc. had ACA Howe conduct a mag survey in the area. 3

5 December Trinity Explorations staked 20 (1 unit) claims covering the Elephant Head Lake showing with the objective to investigate potential VMS type targets based on the description of mineralization and local geology by Narex Ore Search. April 1991 Trinity Exploration completed airborne surveys (mag &VLF) and found 14 anomalies outlined, mag highs present over the known showing Trinity Explorations had 13 miles of lines cut and completed mag, VLF and Max Min surveys in the area. Geological mapping and prospecting were also done on the property at that time. (Mullan, 1994) 2. WORK UNDERTAKEN 2.1 PERSONNEL Prospecting was performed June 3 rd and June 4th by Laurie Morin of Ottawa, Amanda Rungis of Timmins, Stephanie Friedrich of Waterloo, and Tamara Zuend of Oshawa. All are Geological Technicians with diplomas from Sir Sanford Fleming College. 2.2 PURPOSE The main purpose of prospecting was to locate areas of geological interest on the Elephant Head Property. This would allow follow-up programs to be designed around the conclusions generated in the prospecting process. 3. PROSPECTING DIARY AND NOTES 4

6 ALL SAMPLES WERE TAKEN FOR REFERENCE PURPOSES ONLY! NO SAMPLES HAVE BEEN SENT TO LAB FOR ANALYSIS. 3.1 JUNE 3 RD, 2008 Historic Saville showing found. Iron formation can be seen. An old trench has been blasted in the iron formation. Four samples from this area were collected for analysis. Sample 1: Felsic volcanic flow; rhyolite. Material is fine grained and massive in nature. Contains traces of pyrite mineralization Sample 2: Felsic volcanic flow; rhyolite. Material is fine grained and massive in nature. Sample contains some rusting and traces of mineralization. Not magnetic Sample 3: Felsic volcanic flow; rhyolite. Contains greater amounts of rusting accompanied by greater amounts of mineralization. Traces of quartz throughout. Non-magnetic Sample 4: Heavily weathered outer rind. Roughly 2mm thick. Mineralization can be seen in trace amounts throughout sample. Sample is non-magnetic, contains some quartz and is predominantly fine grained and massive in nature. 7 Trenching is recommended around the showing to expose the full extent of the iron formation. There is also the potential for the property to host economic sulphide deposits and/or potential for quartz vein type gold mineralization. Based on assay results from sampling, detailed geophysical surveys and a diamond drilling program may possibly be required. 5.
