4 Coastal Flood Hazard Map (Yangon), Flood scale: 100-year flood & Cyclone Nargis (3rd Version) This hazard map shows areas that would be flooded in the event when the 100-year flood#1 and storm surge as a result of cyclone Nargis occurs in Yangon. It also shows the depth of flooding. Information of area and depth of inundation can be used for evacuation and land use planning. Please note that the areas not marked as inundated on this map may be inundated subject to weather conditions.
