3 ~ Optimal cncept c z y The GEMINI based n the mving clumn cncept meets the requirements f mdern machine tls perfectly: stable, precise, cmpact and ecnmical. Thanks t the large T-slt table, the machine is flexible t be equipped with tl supprt, tailstck, dressing attachment r the custmer's wn devices, there is even enugh space fr an integrated lading rbt. In the deep grinding prcess, cnsiderable quantities f clant are used under high pressure. The machine has t meet special requirements fr the enclsure, fr prtectin f the cntrl and mechanical system and fr mist cllectr. SCHNEEBERGER's 5-vlume principle is an ptimal slutin. A supply cabinet which is separate frm the cntrl cabinet is fed with air pressure, thus supplying the mechanical system and actively preventing undesired penetratin f water and grinding dust. These rutines benefit frm the QUINTO structure - wheel gemetry, tl attributes, lcal crdinate systems, etc. - and can be very easily edited n the machine. With ur sftware easyprofileall the layuts fr prfile tls can be mdified easily directly n the machine. The FANUC 160 cntrl has an integrated industrial PC as a user interface, as well as the mdern, efficient machine tl cntrl frm FANUC with digital cntrl f the alpha generatin thrughut.
