Ingredients 2 pounds lean chuck or other beef stew meat, cut into large bite-sized pieces 3 large potatoes, peeled and chopped into large bite-sized pieces 1 (14.5 ounce) can diced fire-roasted diced tomatoes, with juice 1 clove garlic, minced 1/2 cup chopped onion 1 bay leaf 1/2 teaspoon kosher or sea salt 1/2 teaspoon black pepper 1-1/2 cups low sodium beef broth 2 teaspoons worcestershire sauce 1 teaspoon dried oregano or 1 tablespoon fresh 1 teaspoon paprika Directions Add meat pieces to the slow cooker. Add onions, potatoes, worcestershire sauce, and can of diced tomatoes with juice. Stir broth, garlic, oregano, paprika, and bay leaf, and add in. Cover and cook on high for 4 to 6 hours or low for 8 to 10 hours. Stir well. Enjoy 2

4 Asteria Aptly named for the Goddess of the Stars, it is a celestial master piece in blue and white or red and white! The finished quilt measures 106" x 106". And is an 9-Month Block Series starting January 25 th, Each month there is a new block to make and instead of making one you will make several of the same block. There is even a bonus quilt pattern each and every month that features the current month block designed into another whole quilt. The way Asteria blocks are put together is so stunning; it is all pieced with straight lines but appears curved. This quilt can be made by a confident beginner. Registration: $20.00, Cost per month $25.95 (includes 9 quilt patterns and all of the fabric for the top) a backing kit will be available at a later date. Gravity Oh my gosh this quilt is amazing!!! 102x102 made with 3 layer cakes and 9 ¼ yards of fabric! Each month for 12 months you will make 2 blocks using with the paper templates included in the book or the Hex N More and Super sidekick ruler! Registration: $40.00 Cost per month: $20.00 (with rulers) or $15.85 (without rulers) Classes Start January 24 th! Mini of the Month Are you tired of making all of those big quilts? Well then we have a block of the month for you! We will be making a mini a month. Each month you will receive everything you need to make your mini quilt all for just $20.00! Paint A Lighted Canvas December 9th at 6:00-8:30 A little nervous to paint? Don't be! No talent or experience is necessary. Our talented instructors will guide you step-by-step! 5 Snow Parade The North Pole Marching Band is passing by the snow queen has been crowned the crowds are cheering, and the Snow Parade has begun! This fresh and jubilant 66 square quilt is brimming with winter fun! Hand embroidery, crayon tinting, and easy piecing make this quilt a must do! We will start January 4 th and meet the 1 st Wed. of each month! $18.50 per month includes all fabric even binding & backing!! Does not include thread or crayons. Mystery Quilt 2016 I decided!!! Did you know that there is about years of quilting experience here at the shop on any given day? Class Policies Class Registration: All classes are filled on a first-come, first serve basis. Classes fill FAST and are limited in size. Registration fee is due at sign up. Phone registrations are welcome with a credit card. Class Refund Policy: We may cancel a class if the minimum number of students is not met seven days before the class begins. If we cancel a class we will gladly refund your money. If you need to cancel or withdraw from a class please let us know as soon as possible so that we will not continue to cut kits for you, no class fee refund will be given if the class has already started. No registration refund will be given, however, will gladly transfer your registration to another upcoming class! General Rules: 1. As a courtesy to others, no babies or children under 8 are allowed. Children over 8 are welcome to attend if they have paid the regular class fee and are accompanied by an adult registered for the same class. 2. Please arrive early for classes, as they will begin on time. 3.
