Starting this week we will have a new wall! I will be painting the wall at the end of the hall with chalkboard paint, and here is what you get to do. When you come in you will write your name on the I was at Creative Hands wall with chalk, then on the last day of each month I will pick a random winner of a prize! I will circle your name on the wall and when you come in next time, check to see if you were our winner! In medium bowl, stir Bisquick mix and boiling water until dough forms. Divide dough into fourths. In small bowl, mix sauerkraut and dressing. 2 For each sandwich, place one-fourth of dough on surface sprinkled with Bisquick mix; roll in Bisquick mix to coat. Press dough into 6 1/2-inch round, 1/4 inch thick. Arrange 1/4 of the corned beef on dough to within 1/2 inch of edges, folding beef to fit if necessary. Top with 2 tablespoons of sauerkraut mixture and 1/4 cup cheese. Fold sandwich in half; press edges with tines of fork to seal. Place on ungreased cookie sheet. 3 Brush sandwiches with egg; sprinkle with caraway seed. Bake 20 to 24 minutes or until crust is golden brown. 2

4 Come join us for a one day class to make flowery fabric postcards to mail, trade or frame! We will be making these 2 postcards! Price: $24.00 (includes all supplies) just bring your rotary cutter, ruler sewing machine and appliqué scissors! Are you afraid of the A word??? Then this is the class for you! Come and learn different appliqué techniques! This is a one day class where you will learn several different ways to complete a appliqué project! We will learn needle turn, raw edge, freezer paper, steam a seam, blanket stitch, machine stitch...we will be designing 4 different blocks that we will be working on! Sign up fast, space is limited. You will need to bring your sewing machine! Saturday April 18 th 11:00 to 3:00 (feel free to bring your lunch) Instructors: Sheryll, Leona & Cheryl Cost: Registration $5.00 Class cost coming soon! Join us for a Friday night wine & painting party. Class space is limited so reserve your space early! You must supply your own wine & drinking glass! I will supply the glasses for painting and all of the other supplies needed. $25.00 person, must be 21 or over! Class Policy All classes are filled on a first-come, first serve basis. Classes fill FAST and are limited in size. Registration fee is due at sign up. If you need to cancel or reschedule, we would appreciate 12 hours notice. As a courtesy to others, no babies or children under 8 are allowed. Children over 8 are welcome to attend if they have paid the regular class fee and are accompanied by an adult registered for the same class.please arrive early for classes, as they will begin on time. Please check each class description for supplies you need to bring or come early and we ll be happy to assist you with finding what you need. Class participants receive a 20% discount on any purchase made during class. 4

5 Do you pop you seams???? When you make a four patch that is! This is a neat little trick that will help your seams lay flatter & your quilter will appreciate it! This will reduce the bulk! Painting Corner Because acrylics dry so fast, squeeze only a little paint out of a tube at a time. If you're using a 'normal' plastic palette invest in a spray bottle so you can spray a fine mist over the paint regularly to keep it moist, and thus usable. 5
