There were so many homes, especially on Pebble Lane, that were decorated this year that it made it difficult to decide on just 2 winners.but we did. Best Seasonal Lights. 2 Holiday Decorations. A friendly reminder that all Holiday, not Seasonal, decorations need to be taken down by Monday, January 15 Thank you for your cooperation. Christmas Tree Removal. Christmas trees are NORMALLY picked up the day before recyclables. If you have any questions, please call Public Works Dog Waste Pick Up. Another newsletter...another issue with dogs. Dog owners are not picking up after their dogs. This has been noticed over the past few month but we have also received quite a few s and have had a few conversations with homeowners. It is a problem that is not limited to Golf View Drive; it is throughout Glen Eagles as well. Please be responsible if you have a dog. We are asking the same of the other communities as well. Thank you.

3 Snow Removal With the two recent snow storms, we have received a few questions regarding snow removal. Gloucester Twp is responsible for plowing the streets. Coincidentally, Joseph s Landscaping, who is the landscaper for one of the communities in Valleybrook, is contracted with the Twp, not Valleybrook / Glen Eagles, to plow the streets. Each homeowner is responsible to shovel/remove the snow from the sidewalk that falls within their property line. We have looked into the cost of snow removal in the past and it was not feasible however, if homeowners are interested, and willing, to pay for the cost of snow removal, please attend the next scheduled meeting and it will be discussed. PSEG Street Lights There are a few street lights that are not lit and/or not working properly. PSEG is responsible for their maintenance and/or repairs. Please contact them directly, either on their website through MY ACCOUNT option or call them. You will need to provide them with the number of the pole, which is located under the lamp portion, and your address. Thank you.

4 Exterior Approval Reminder... ALL EXTERIOR WORK / UPDATES MUST BE SUBMITTED TO THE BOARD PRIOR TO ANY WORK BEING DONE. ANY WORK DONE PRIOR WILL RESULT IN DAILY FINES GE Website. The website s News and Events is updated on a frequent, as needed basis. The required forms for Exterior and Roof Approvals, Vehicle Registration and Guest At Random parking decal requests, Pet Registration, and Rental Procedures can be found under Forms. The approved paint colors are also available on the website, except for the non white paint trim. That formula will be provided if you need it. Please refer to the website. It is updated regularly for your convenience and, more importantly, to keep you updated. If you have any questions, feel free to contact Associa and ask for Denise Cutrera or Ed Salter. They work closely with the board and are the ones you should speak with to ensure your questions are being answered and requests are being addressed.

All homeowners are responsible for annual assessments to both. Please remember to include your coupons with any payment to avoid any delay of crediting to your account. All payments will be sent to a new lock box address in New Jersey.
