Unit rate is based on 2 adults and 2 children sharing. Little Chem Chem Family Tent: 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom fully canvased tent can accommodate 2 adults and up to 3 children (under 16). Third child is accommodated on an extra bed in the main bedroom. Unit rate is based on 2 adults and 2 children sharing. Forest Chem Chem Family Tent: 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom fully canvased tent can accommodate 2 adults and up to 2 children (under 16). Unit is included in the camp rate per night. No additional children can be accommodated. If Chem Chem Lodge or Little Chem Chem is hired exclusively, children of all ages are welcome. All children must be accompanied by parents/guardians on all safari activities. PAGE 5

6 Guide Information: PRIVATE GUIDE: Pays 50% of the Conservation & Community Fees. 2019/20 Rack Rates Pays US$ 200 per night (Includes accommodation at any camp in guide tent and meals with clients). DRIVER GUIDE: No Conservation & Community Fees charged. Driver guides are accommodated in staff accommodation (Chem Chem Lodge only). $60 per guide per day supplement available to dine with guests at the Lodge. No 3rd party drivers or guide allowed to drive on Little Chem Chem or Forest Chem Chem Burunge Wildlife Management Area without being accompanied by a Chem Chem Safari guide. Terms & Conditions: CHEM CHEM LODGE, LITTLE CHEM CHEM & FOREST CHEM CHEM: Minimum stay of 2 nights. Provisional bookings will be held for 14 days. After this period, a 20% non-refundable deposit must be paid or the booking will be released. No reservation is deemed confirmed until the 20% deposit is received, acknowledged and accepted in writing by the Reservation Manager. Reservations will be confirmed in writing ( ). The 80% balance of the booking is due no later than 45 days before arrival. Failure to pay the balance within this period will result in a 3% late penalty of the booking total compounded every week the payment is outstanding. If a reservation is made 45 days prior to the arrival date, full payment is due (3% late penalty applies). For group bookings (4 tents or more) the full balance is due 60 days prior to arrival (3% late penalty applies). The amount stated on the invoice is what needs to be received by Chem Chem Safaris. ALL bank charges are to be settled and recovered by the client. Payments must be made in USD ($), extras can be paid for at the property by cash, Visa or MasterCard. Emergency Evacuation Insurance: US$ 30 per person for all bookings made directly with Chem Chem, insurance will be added to the rate. For bookings made via an international agent, Chem Chem will need confirmation prior to arrival that the insurance will be handled by the agent, otherwise it will be added to the rate. For bookings made via DMC, Chem Chem will need confirmation that guests have this insurance prior to arrival. CANCELLATION POLICY: Between confirmation & 45 days, 20% of the total cost is charged (the deposit). Between confirmation & 44 and 30 days, 50% of the total cost is charged. Between 29 days and a no show, 100% of the total cost will be charged. Any cancellation of a reservation must be in writing and shall only be effective upon it s acknowledgement by the company. PAGE 6
