5 Key Decisions Regarding Implementation The restructuring and recent progress in implementation open good prospects for the satisfactory implementation of the Project. As the performance of the project shows steady signs of improvements, the implementing agency needs to focus on maintaining the positive momentum in implementation of the Project and inform the World Bank about any deviation from the plan of actions agreed during the restructuring.
