2 Implementation Status and Key Decisions The project implementation is progressing smoothly. A disbursement rate of 55% was achieved in FY15 reaching a cumulative level of about 76% (as of June 27, 2015). A project extension of 6 months was approved on June 25, 2015 to take into account the borrower request to carry out work for the rehabilitation works on the Bamako-Ségou transmission line outside the peak-demand season to avoid disturbing electricity supply. Project closing is expected on June 30, Based on current implementation status and implementation schedule, all significant planned activities are expected to be completed before the closing date.
