2 The civil works component constitutes the rehabilitation, maintenance, operation and management of the Tororo-Mbale-Soroti-Lira-Kamdini Road corridor (340km) on an Output and Performance based Road Contract (OPRC) basis in two lots: Lot 1: Tororo-Mbale-Soroti (150 km), and Lot 2: Soroti- Lira-Kamdini (190 km). UNRA received bids for the OPRC Works Contract on Lot 1 and Lot 2 on October 30, 2015 and the bids are under evaluation. Similarly the selection of the Consultant that would provide the Project Management Services for the OPRC contracts has been completed.
