2 Overall Risk Rating High High Implementation Status and Key Decisions The first project restructuring was formalized on November 3, The key changes were related to: 1) reallocation of IDA credits to the Immediate Response Mechanism to support the country s recovery from the 2015 floods and landslides, and 2) inclusion of installation works for distribution systems under IDA funding, which was expected to be financed by the government during project preparation. The Project has made significant progress under both main components since the last mission in May 2017, with major contracts signed in November 2017 under the Grid Component and 92 percent of installation work for the first 147,000 solar systems for homes and public buildings completed under the Off-grid Component. An Energy and Electricity Power Sector Coordination Group comprised of high-level representatives from government and development partners has been established to provide strategic leadership and guidance to the sector and coordinate efforts by donors and development partners.
