Ste. 256, Portland, OR Phone (503) * * * Fax (503) Lon Yandel1, RG, LG, LRG GeoDesign, Inc SW Sequoia Parkway, Suite 100 Portland, OR Re: Sampling Results for Carver Coach Project Dear Lon: This report presents the procedures, methods and results ofthe surface soil sampling performed at 5004 SE Johnson Creek Blvd. in Milwaukie, Oregon. Surface Soil Sampling Procedures On March 29, 2016, K&S Environmental collected a total of 12 discrete soil samples along the south property line ofthe property. The samples were collected from the top 6 inches using a small hand shovel. The locations ofthe samples are noted on the attached Site Map_ The 12 soil samples were placed into EPA approved 8 ounce glass jars using disposable Nitrile gloves. The jars were labeled, placed on ice and transported to Apex Laboratory in Tigard, OR for chemical analyses. The 12 soil samples were compo sited at the lab into 3 composite soil samples. Samples CIa through Cld were compo sited into sample CI, samples C2a through C2d were compo sited into sample C2 and samples C3a through C3d were composited into sample C3. Samples Cl, C2 and C3 were analyzed for PARs by EPA Method 8270D S1M and for PCBs by EPA Method 8082A. The results of the sample analyses are summarized below in Table 1. A complete certified analytical report is attached. As part ofprevious investigations at the site, 8 surface soil samples had been collected throughout the site on November 30, The locations ofthose 8 soil samples are noted as samples PI through P8 on the attached Site Map. Those soil samples were composited on March 16,2016 by and composite sample PI-P8 Composite was analyzed for Total RCRA Metals by EPA Method The results ofthat analysis are summarized below in Table 2. A complete certified analytical report is attached. Results Chemical Results: The soil samples collected for analyses were analyzed for Total RCRA Metals, PARs and/or PCBs. Results ofthe soil samples collected for analyses are summarized below in Tables 1 and 2.

Water Miscible Solvent Correction has been applied to Results and MRLs for volatiles soil samples per EPA8000C. Unless specifically requested, this report contains only results for Batch QC derived from client samples included in this report. All analyses were performed with the appropriate Batch QC (including Sample Duplicates, Matrix Spikes andfor Matrix Spike Duplicates) in order to mcet or exceed method and regulatory requirements. Any exceptions to this will be qualified in this report. Complete Batch QC results are available upon request In cases where there is insufficient sample provided for Sample Duplicates and/or Matrix Spikes, a Lab Control Sample Duplicate (LCS Dup) is analyzed to demonstrate aceuracy and precision of the extraction and analysis. Blank Policy Apex assesses blank data for potential high bias down to a level equal to Yz the method reporting limit (MRL), except for conventional chemistry and HCID analyses which are assessed only to the MRL. Sample results flagged with a B or B-02 qualifier are potentially biased high if they are less than ten times the level found in the blank fur inorganic analyses or less than five times the level found in the blank for organic analyses. For accurate comparison ofvolatile results to the level found in the blank; water sample results should be divided by the dilution factor, and soil sample results should be divided by 1150 ofthe sample dilution to account for the sample prep factor. Results qualified as reported below the MRL may include a potential high bias if associated with a B or B-02 qualified blank. Band B-02 qualifications are not applied to J qualified results reported below the MRL. QC results are not applicable. Notes and C'A)nventions: DET NR dry RPD MDL Analyte DETECTED Analyte T DETECTED at or above the reporting limit Not Reported Sample results reported on a dry weight basis. Results listed as 'wet' or without 'dry'designation are not dry weight corrected. Relative Percent Difference IfMDL is not listed, data has been evaluated to the Method Reporting Limit only. WMSC Water Miscible Solvent Correction has been applied to Results and MRLs for volatiles soil samples per EPA 8000C. Batch QC Unless specifically requested, this report contains only results for Batch QC derived from client samples included in this report. All analyses were performed with the appropriate Batch QC (including Sample Duplicates, Matrix Spikes andlor Matrix Spike Duplicatcs) in order to meet or exceed method and regulatory requirements. Any exceptions to this will he qualified in this report. Complete Batch QC results are available upon request In cases where there is insufficient sample provided for Sample Duplicates andlor Matrix Spikes, a Lab Control Sample Duplicate (LCS Dup) is analyzed to demonstrate accuracy and precision ofthe extraction and analysis. Blank Policy Apex assesses blank data for potential high bias do\\'ll to a level equal to II, the method reporting limit (MRL), except for conventional chemistry and HClD analyses which are assessed only to the MRL. Sample results flagged with a B or B-02 qualifier are potentially biased high ifthey are lcss than ten times the level found in the blank for inorganic analyses or less than five times the level found in the blank for organic analyses. For accurate comparison of volatile results to the level found in the blank; water sample results should be divided by the dilution factor, and soil sample results should be divided by 1150 ofthe samplc dilution to account for the sample prep factor. Results qualified as reported helow the MRL may include a potential high bias ifassociated with a B or J3..02 qualified blank. Band B-02 qual ifications are not applied to J qualified results reported below the MRL. QC results are not applicable. For example, % Recoveries for Blanks and Duplicates, % RPD for Blanks, Blank Spikes and Matrix Spikes, etc. *** Used to indicate a possible discrepancy with the Sample and Sample Duplicate results when the %RPD is not available. In this case, either the Sample or the Sample Duplicate has a reportable result for this analyte, while the other is Non Detect ().
